Objective To study the correlation between chronic infection of three microorganism and coronary artery lesion by detecting their antibodies and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) .Methods According to their severity of coronary artery lesion ,patients enrolled in the study were divided into 4 groups ,including normal control group(n=37) ,single-branch lesion group (n=36) ,double-branch lesion group(n= 30) and multi-branch lesion group(n= 29) .Serum Chlamydia pneumonia IgG(CPN-IgG) ,Helicobacter pylori IgG(HP-IgG) ,human cytomegalo virus IgG (HCMV-IgG) and hs-CRP tests were performed .Results CPN-IgG ,HP-IgG ,HCMV-IgG positive rates and the mixed infection positive rates increased sequentially from normal group to multi-branch group .There were significant differences of CPN-IgG ,HP-IgG ,HCMV-IgG and hs-CRP contents among the 4 groups (P<0 .05) .Logistic analysis showed that CPN-IgG ,HP-IgG and HCMV-IgG were dangerous factors to coronary artery lesion . Conclusion Chronic infections of three microorganism might affect the development of coronary artery lesion .

Objective To explore the relationship between the HBV‐DNA ,ALT ,AST and NO ,iNOS ,SOD levels in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) .Methods 24 patients with mild CHB ,30 patients with moderate CHB ,18 patients with se‐vere CHB and 30 healthy individuals were selected and set in group A ,B ,C and D ,respectively .The serum levels of HBV‐DNA , ALT ,AST ,NO ,iNOS ,and SOD were detected by FQ‐PCR and chemical analysis respectively .Results There were significant difference in the levels of ALT ,AST ,NO ,iNOS and SOD between group D and group A ,B and C (P<0 .05) .The serum level of ALT was positive relative to the levels of NO and iNOS(r=0 .487 ,0 .521 ,P<0 .05) ,and was negative relative to the level of SOD (r= -0 .574 ,P<0 .05) .The serum level of AST was positive relative to the levels of NO and iNOS(r=0 .453 ,0 .545 ,P<0 .05) , and was negative relative to the level of SOD(r= -0 .484 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion With the increase of ALT and AST levels ,the levels of NO and iNOS increase ,and the level of SOD decreases simultaneously in CHB patients .It is suggested hepatocellular inju‐ry .

Objective To investigate the application effects of quantitative and qualitative fecal occult blood (FOB) reagent in colorectal cancer screening.Methods With the platform of colorectal cancer screening for early diagnosis and treatment,the original screening methods and process were not changed,individuals underwent colorectal cancer screening,aged from 40 to 74 years old,from four villages of Haining City in Zhejiang Province were selected as study objects.Initial screening included medical history questionnaire and FOB test.The first stool samples were examined both with quantitative and qualitative FOB test,one week later the second samples were detected with qualitative FOB test.History positive or once of any type of reagent positive was considered as initial screening positive.The individuals with initial screening positive received fine screening (colon endoscope examination).The effects evaluation included the positive rate of FOB,intestinal lesion detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and Youden index.The health economic analysis was calculated.Chi-square test was performed for comparisons between the two groups.Results A total of 8 427 history survey were completed,the positive rate of history was 8.48％(715/8 427) ; 6 644 underwent quantitative detection of FOB and the positive rate was 4.44 ％ (295/6 644) ; qulitative test was conducted in 12 633 samples were conducted and the positive rate was 2.56 ％ (324/12 633),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =49.27,P＜ 0.01).A total of 854 individuals with initial screening positive underwent electronic colonoscopy examination,the total intestinal lesion detection rate was 22.72％ (194/854),of which the intestinal lesion detection rate of quantitative group was 34.55％ (66/191),and that of qualitative group was 17.73％ (36/203),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =14.53,P＜0.01).The detection rate of both quantitative and qualitative test positive was 43.75 ％ (14/32).The colorectal cancer detection rates of quantitative and qualitative FOB test were 3.66％ (7/191) and 0.99％ (2/203),advanced adenoma detection rates were 8.38 ％ (16/191) and 5.91％,there were no significant differences (x2 =2.08 and 0.96,both P＞0.05).The sensitivity of quantitative and qualitative FOB test in advanced adenoma and cancer detection rate was 45.10％ and 27.45％,respectively.The average cost of quantitative and qualitative FOB test in intestinal lesions detection was 5 874.50 and 1 432.14 yuan.Conclusion The effects of quantitative FOB test in colorectal cancer screening was better than that of qualitative reagent,however on the cost of screening,the former was 4.10 times of the latter.

Objective To study the correlation between coronary lesion and Cystatin C (CyC),Nitric Oxide (NO)and Super oxide dismutase,accumulate the clinical experience in prevention and diagnose of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)by analy-zing the contents of serum Cystatin C (CyC),Nitric Oxide and Superoxide Dismutase in patients with coronary lesion.Meth-ods According to their severity of coronary artery lesion,all cases were divided into four groups:Normal compared group (40 cases);Simple branch pathological group (44 cases);Double branch pathological group (43 cases):Multi-branch patho-logical group (35 cases).All cases were tested CyC,NO,SOD and hs-CRP in serum.Results The level of CyC and hs-CRP were increased gradually from normal group to multi-branch group.The level of NO and SOD were decreased gradually from normal group to multi-branch group.There were significant differences the levels of CyC,NO,SOD and hs-CRP among the four groups.Coronary lesion Gensini in the CHD patients had significant positive relationship to the level of CyC or hs-CRP respectively (r=0.473,0.429),had significant negative relationship to the level of NO or SOD respectively (r=-0.356, 0.384)(P<0.05).CyC in the CHD patients had significant positive relationship to the level of hs-CRP (r=0.458),had sig-nificant negative relationship to the level of NO or SOD respectively (r=-0.426,0.484,P<0.05).Conclusion By aggra-vation of coronary artery lesion,the level of CyC increased,reduced the contents of NO,SOD,aroused endothelial dysfunc-tion,induced occurrence and aggravation of coronary artery lesion.CyC,NO and SOD play important mark in the assistant diagnosis of the disease.

Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatin on urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Type 2 diabetes patients with mieroalbuminuria were randomly divided into fluvastatin goup(n=126)and control group(n=129).Fluvastatin group was given fluvastatin 40 mg each night.Follow up was conducted for 1.5 years.The UAER and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)as well as blood lipid level before and after therapy were compared.Results UAER in fluvastatin group was significantly lower than that in control group[(59.6±10.5)vs(87.5±12.3)mg/min,P＜0.05]before therapy[(104.4±25.2)vs(110.6±19.7)mg/min,P＜0.05],which was independent of its lowering-lipid effect.But GFR had no signifimicroalbuminuria which is independent of lowering-lipid effect in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients and delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy.

Objective To discuss the interactive management mode (IMM) of preventive treatment on osteoporosis self-rehabilitation of rural elderly residents.Methods IMM was used to manage osteoporosis patients in the community of Changshu,and general self-efficacy scale was adopted for evaluation.Results Self-efficacy score (34.2) increased comparing with before(23.5 ) the medical management,the difference was statistically significant ( P＜0.05 ).Conclusion IMM of preventive treatment can effectively improve the rural community general self-efficacy level.

Objective To elucidate the function of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway underlying the regulation of Na+-I-symporter (NIS) and the influence of different levels of iodine on PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in lactating breast cells.Methods The primary cultured mammary gland cells were divided into three groups:①control group [0 μmol/L LY294002 + 0 μg/L insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ)];②stimulation group (50 μg/L IGF-Ⅰ);③inhibition group (40 μmo]/L LY294002 + 50 μg/L IGF-Ⅰ).In addition,the cells were treated with different iodine contents (0,5,50,1 000,3 000 μg/L) for low iodine groups 1 and 2,iodine group,high iodine groups 1 and 2,and IGF-Ⅰ (50 μg/L) was used to stimulate PI3K-AKT signaling pathway.The expressions of AKT and NIS mRNA and protein were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting,respectively.Results The expression of AKT mRNA (1.497 ± 0.550) in stimulation group was higher than that in inhibition group (0.777 ± 0.108,P ＜ 0.05),while the expression of NIS mRNA and protein in stimulation group (0.783 ± 0.187,0.618 ± 0.103) was lower than those in inhibition group (2.430 ± 1.423,1.417 ± 0.250,all P ＜ 0.05).With the iodine concentration increasing,except high iodine group 1 (1.090 ± 0.356),the expression of AKT mRNA in low iodine groups 1 and 2,iodine group,high iodine group 2 (1.758 ± 0.893,1.320 ± 0.538,1.003 ± 0.006,0.745 ± 0.307) tended to decline;total AKT protein (0.640 ± 0.106,0.601 ± 0.081,0.583 ± 0.089,0.555 ± 0.097,0.532 ± 0.023) and NIS mRNA (2.259 ± 0.682,1.823 ± 0.332,1.409 ± 0.366,1.321 ± 0.405,1.150 ± 0.454) tended to decline in low iodine groups 1 and 2,iodine group,high iodine groups 1 and 2;except low iodine group 2 (0.484 ± 0.179),NIS protein expression tended to decline (0.556 ± 0.199,0.502 ± 0.179,0.455 ± 0.126,0.435 ± 0.138);however,except low iodine group 2 (0.076 ± 0.045),the p-AKT protein expressions (0.078 ± 0.049,0.079 ± 0.040,0.085 ± 0.055,0.095 ± 0.051) were on the rise.Conclusion PI3K-AKT signaling pathway may play an inhibition role in the expression of NIS in lactating breast cells.

Objective To explore the effect of wild type or mutant parkin gene expression on the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Huh-7. Methods The parkin (wild type or mutant) expression vector and empty vector were transferred into Huh-7 cell lines with LipofectAMINE 2000 reagents. The positive clones that expressed parkin gene stably were chosen by G418 and checked by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to check the DNA sequences. The cytobiological behaviors of those positive clones were analyzed by cell proliferation assay and tumorigenesis in nude mice. Results Huh-7 cell lines that expressed wild type or mutant parkin gene stably were successfully established. The growth of wild type parkin-expressed cells was obviously inhibited compared with the control cells transfected with empty vectors(t= 3. 875, P= 0. 031).The volume of tumor formed by wild type parkin-expressing cells in nude mice was also significantly reduced (t=8. 228,P=-0. 003). Mutant parkin gene expression had a slight effect on the growth of Huh-7 cells in vitro and in vivo (P＞0.05). Conclusion The re-expression of wild type parkin gene can favor the malignant phenotype revision of Huh-7 cells. Therefore, it might be a good candidate for tumor suppressor gene associated with HCC.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of early interfering of yellow-water on Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) in lower extremities of hip fracture patients after operation. Methods 60 patients with hip fracture were recruited into a control group and a treatment group randomly. The control group was treated with low molecular heparin,while the treatment group was treated additionally with yellow-water on that basis. The status of pain, swelling levels, vascular color doppler ultrasound and safety of medication were reviewed after two weeks. Results There was 23.3% cure rate and 60.0% significant improvement rate in the treatment group, and 13.3% cure rate and 40.0% significant improvement rate in the treatment group. The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05 ) . Conclusion Yellow-water was effective in early interfering in DVT in lower extremity due to its quickness in eliminating swelling and alleviating pains with no stimulus feeling.
