Objective To summarize the experience in surgical management of bile duct injury. Methods The clinical data of 683 patients with bile duct injury who were admitted to the Hunan People's Hospital from August 1990 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Of all the patients, seven received hepatectomy +T tube drainage, two received liver repair + T tube drainage, four received external biliary drainage + hepatectomy,27 received liver repair or hepatectomy + silicone support, 233 received temporary portal triad clamping + gelatin sponge hemostasis, 72 received biliary repair + T tube drainage, 248 received hepatobiliary basin Roux-en-Y anastomosis, 22 received external biliary drainage, 61 received long arm T tube drainage, two received pancreaticoduodenectomy and five received hepatectomy + T tube drainage. The surgical outcomes were evaluated by analyzing the results of the follow-up. Results The surgical outcomes were ranked excellent, good and poor according to the condition of patients and the results of imaging examination. Six hundred and twelve patients were followed up for 8 months to 19 years, and the surgical outcomes were excellent in 337 patients (55.1%), good in 214 patients (35.0%) and poor in 61 patients ( 10.0% ). Conclusion The surgical outcome of bile duct injury could be satisfactory if the approach of the surgery is properly selected.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2016;44(6):915-922
The magnetic Illite ( MILT) was firstly prepared by an effective polyol-medium solvothermal method. Based on these 3-( methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane ( MILT-MPS), magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MMIPs) were further synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization in a mixture solution of methanol and deionized water. The as-prepared MMIIPs were characterized by FT-IR, TEM), XRD, TGA and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and the results indicated that the MMIIPs exhibited magnetic sensitivity ( Ms =3. 866 emu / g ), thermal stability and a larger specific surface area (109. 58 m2 / g). The batch mode adsorption studies were carried out to investigate the recognition specificity and selective capacity. The Langmuir isotherm model was fitted to the equilibrium data, and the monolayer adsorption capacity of MMIPs at 25℃ was 86. 58 mg / g. The selective recognition experiments demonstrated high affinity and selectivity of MMIPs towards ciprofloxacin ( CIP) over competitive compounds. Combined with high performance liquid chromatographic analysis technology, the prepared MMIIPs were successfully applied to extract and enrich trace CIP in environmental samples with the CIP recoveries from 93. 4% to 98. 3% and the limit of detection of 0. 01 mg / L.

China Modern Doctor 2015;(2):68-72
Objective To explore the effects of no convulsions electric shock treatment on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia from Jan 2012 to Apr 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group patients were treated with MECT and new anti-psychotic while control groups just with new anti-psychotic. The corresponding index were compared. Results The first treatment week: BANS scores of the observation group were significantly higher, while PANSS,TESS etc were significantly lower than the control group (vi-sual spatial structure was opposite) (P﹤0.05); Connect test completion time and errors numbers of control group were significantly lower than the one of observation group(P﹤0.05). One week after treatment:RBANS scores of observation group was significantly higher, while the PANSS, TESS scores were significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05);Connect test completion time of control group were significantly higher than the one of observation group. Conclusion Schizophrenia patients with non-convulsive electric shock treatment, have a greatly recovery, but the presence of cogni-tive function exist reversible injury.

Objective:
To summarized the experience in laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection (LDPPHR).
Methods:
The clinical data of four patients who underwent LDPPHR from February 2017 to June 2018 in Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The Clinical characteristics, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, biliary fistula rate, pancreatic fistula rate and follow-up data were analyzed.
Results:
The four patients included one patient with a solid pseudopapillary tumor and three patients with a serous cystadenoma. Two patients underwent duodenum-preserving total pancreatic head resection, and two patients underwent duodenum-preserving subtotal pancreatic head resection. The operation time of the four patients was (525.8±121.8) minutes, and the blood loss (250.0±191.5) ml. Biliary duct drainage was carried out in 2 patients: one patient developed biochemical bile leakage, while another had no postoperative complication. The two patients without biliary drainage developed grade B pancreatic leakage, delayed bile leakage, abdominal bleeding and infection. All the three patients who developed postoperative complications were treated conservatively and they recovered well.
Conclusions
LDPPHR was designed to better preserve the integrity and function of digestive tract. However, the perioperative complications were high. This operation should only be carried out in large pancreatic centers. Routine biliary drainage is recommended to surgeons with little experience in this operation.

Objective To quickly observe the tonic effects of Cervi Colla on enriching blood, strengthening bones and anti-aging in zebrafish model. Methods Glyphosate(Gly)was used to construct the erythrocyte injury model in adult zebrafish, and methotrexate(MTX)was used to construct the hematopoietic function injury model of juvenile zebrafish.Prednisolone(Pred)was used to establish the inhibition model of bone formation in zebrafish larvae. The ocular cell apoptosis model of zebrafish larvae was established by dibutyl phthalate(DBP).Results Cervi Colla could improve the Gly-induced abnormal erythrocyte nucleus in adult zebrafish and promote the expression of hematopoietic factors SCL and GATA1.Cervi Colla improved Pred-induced inhibition of bone formation in juvenile zebrafish, and promoted the expression of osteoblast-related gene ALP and Runx2a.The number of ocular cell apoptosis induced by DBP was decreased, and the expression of anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-2 was promoted. Conclusion Cervi Colla has significant effects on protecting erythrocyte, protecting hematopoiesis, protecting bone formation and anti-apoptosis.These effects may be related to replenish blood,anti-osteoporosis,and anti-aging.This study provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of Cervi Colla, and lays a foundation for further development and application.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2022;38(1):11-22
Blast injury of the chest injury is the most common wound in modern war trauma and terrorist attacks, and is also the most fatal type of whole body explosion injury. Most patients with severe blast injury of the chest die in the early stage before hospitalization or during transportation, so first aid is critically important. At present, there exist widespread problems such as non-standard treatment and large difference in curative effect, while there lacks clinical treatment standards for blast injury of the chest. According to the principles of scientificity, practicality and advancement, the Trauma Society of Chinese Medical Association has formulated the guidance of classification, pre-hospital first aid, in-hospital treatment and major injury management strategies for blast injury of the chest, aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
