5.The curative effect of adefovir dipivoxil on Hepatitis B virus related primary hepatocellular carcinoma after comprehensive therapy
Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(11):1894-1897,1901
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of adefovir dipivoxil on Hepatitis B virus related primary hepa-tocellular carcinoma after transcatheter hepatic arterical chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation. Methods 30 pa-tients with Hepatitis B virus related primary hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into study group and control group,1 5 cases in each group. All 30 patients were administrated comprehensive interventional therapy, while the study group took medicine of adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg/day additionally. Then all patients were followed up and evaluated the survival quality and mortality after operation. Results The high and medium quality survival rate were compared between two groups of patients in 48 weeks after oper-ation,and there was a significant difference (P <0.05).During 60 weeks, the high quality survival rate was different significantly (P <0.05).The mortality, and the medium quality were significantly different (P <0.05)during 72 weeks.while the difference was more significantly in the low quality survival (P <0.01).Furhtermore,the differences between the medium and low quality survival during 84 weeks and 2 years were also significantly different (P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Comprehensive interventional therapy com-bined with adefovir antiviral therapy can improve the survival quality and prolong the lifetime of patients who had Hepatitis B virus related primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
6.Effects of ligustrazine on extracellular dopamine levels in rat brain dialysate.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(6):906-10
Using brain microdialysis and LC-ECD, the content of dopamine in rat brain was detected to investigate the effects of ligustrazine. A liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector method has been established and validated for the determination of dopamine in rat brain dialysate. The results indicate that ligustrazine administration by subcutaneous injection significantly increased dopamine release in rat medial prefrontal cortex, nucleus accumbens and hippocampus in a dose-related manner. The drug's effects on dopa release in rat brain could be directly detected by microdialysis combined with HPLC-ECD and this method has the preponderance over traditional neurology methods.

8.Immunosuppressive effects of human semen on macrophage of mouse
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
This paper reports the functional changes of macrophage under the effect of SF1, the first fraction of human semen separated by Sephadex G-100. Two kinds of Balb/c mouse macrophage, i. e. peri toneal macrophage (PEC-M?) and the bone marrow derived macrophage (BM-M?), were treated by SF1 in vivo (i.p. ) and in vitro. It has been proved that SF1 is a potent immunosuppressive fraction; (1) As compared with the control, the phagocytosis of SF1 treated macrophage to SRBC coated with antibody declines significantly in terms of phagocytosis rate and index (p
9.Research progress of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome (ACOS)
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(5):789-793
Asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are the most common obstructive airway diseases, mainly manifested with chronic inflammation affecting the whole respiratory tract. Some studies have shown that two diseases can appeared at the same time in partly patients, especially in elderly patients, known as asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome (ACOS).Although the incidence of ACOS is high, but it is not well recognized, especially in relevant clinical trial, patients with asthma and COPD are often divided in the control group to make comparison. However,in recent years, with in-depth research about phenotype of COPD,ACOS as a new disease that has clinical manifestations of asthma and COPD attracted our great attention and promoted a series of furthermore studies.
10.Impact of maternal obesity on offspring long-term health
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(2):196-199
The prevalence of obesity among pregnant women is increasing, that include pre-pregnancy obesity and/or over gestational weight gain diagnosed by different criteria in different countries.Emerging evidance suggests that maternal obesity before and during pregnancy have not only short-term effects on both of mother and offspring, but also long-term adverse influences on offspring health.Evidence from both animal and human studies indicates that maternal obesity increases the weight and adiposity, alters body composition and increases the risk of metabolic disorders. These changes further result in the increased risk of metabolic syndrome of offspring in their later life.Further studies are required to elucidate the programming mechanisms of disease risk in the offspring as a consequence of matemal obesity.Strategies to prevent and reduce the impact of maternal obesity on long-term health of offsprings are required.
