1. Effect of visual feedback training using mirror neuron theory on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia during early stroke
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2019;26(16):1995-1998
Objective:
To explore the effect of visual feedback training using mirror neuron theory in patients with hemiplegia in early stroke.
Methods:
From July 2014 to July 2017, 122 early stroke patients with hemiplegic stroke in the First People's Hospital of Wenling were selected in the study. After the patients' condition was stable, visual feedback training based on mirror neuron theory was performed. The functional status of upper limbs before and after treatment was evaluated by the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation. The modified Ashworth scale was used to evaluate the upper limb muscle tension before and after treatment. The Barthel index was used to evaluate the ability of daily living activities before and after treatment.
Results:
The FMA score of patients after treatment was (35.74±11.24)points, which was significantly higher than that before treatment [(28.81±9.68)points,

Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in elderly people after hip joint replacement and nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 56 elderly patients with DVT after artificial joint replacement in our hospital were selected. And 60 patients without DVT were selected at the same time.Single factor analysis was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis after TRK.At the same time, nursing experience of elderly patients was explored. Results Age, body mass index, blood coagulation function, blood coagulation function, blood loss, smoking history, history of diabetes, and anticoagulation care or not between the DVT group and no DVT group showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Age, body mass index, blood coagulation function, total hip replacement, blood loss, smoking history, diabetes history, and the prevention and nursing of the patients with DVT were the high risk factors of the patients. The patients need to strengthen preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative monitoring and actively carry out preventive anticoagulation in order to effectively prevent the emergence of DVT after TRK in elderly patients.

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment methods of Lophomonas blattarum infection combined with paragonimiasis in children, and improve pediatricians' understanding of the disease. Methods:The clinical data of two children with Lophomonas blattarum infection combined with paragonimiasis who received treatment in the Department of Pediatrics of The First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were retrospectively analyzed. Children's clinical manifestation and diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Relative literature was reviewed. Results:Case 1 had the onset of gastrointestinal symptoms. Case 2 had the onset of headache and liver dysfunction. Routine blood tests showed elevated eosinophils two cases and sputum examination results revealed the presence of live eggs of Lophomonas blattarum and paragonimiasis in two cases. Fecal roundworm eggs were also detected in case 1. Follow-up results showed that both cases were cured after treatment with metronidazole injection and praziquantel tablets. Conclusion:Lophomonas blattarum infection is a relatively rare opportunistic infection. Paragonimiasis is a natural parasitic disease that affects both humans and animals. Mixed infection of the two pathogens is rare. We hope that the findings from this paper will broaden clinical physicians' thoughts and guide clinical practice.
