To investigate the effects of Chinese herbs for replenishing qi (Yiqi) and dissolving stasis (Huayu) on substance P expression in granulation tissue of skin ulcers in rats with diabetes mellitus.

[Objective]To explore the effect of continuous physiological osteogenic stress on the bone healing of canine iliopectineal crest.[Method]Ten adult mixed breed dogs without significant individual difference were made transverse fracture at bilateral iliopectineal crest 1.5 cm above the dome of acetabulum,which were fixed with ATMFS or steel plate respectively. Objective To probe into the usage of statins in the patients with coronary artery disease in elderly patients. Methods From Jun 1,2009 to Mar 31,2009 in our hospital, 323 elderly outpatients with coronary artery disease were included in the investigation. The data were statistically analyzed. Results 62.2% of the patients used statins. The statins usage rates (44. 8% ,61.3% ,71.3% ) among three age groups(60 -69 years old,70- 79 years old, and ＞ 80 years old)were significantly different. The rates of statins usage were significantly different between male and female groups. Conclusion The usage of statins as secondary prevention of coronary artery disease varies and there is urgent need to standardize the usage of statins according to the treatment guideline.

Objective To investigate the value of the clinical application of fetal testis transplantation with main vessel segment. Methods The testicular transplantation were performed to cure 9 patients suffered from male hyponadism with the fetal testis with main vessel segment as donor tissue. Results Except one, 8 patients had a significantly increased level of serum testosterone, the male secondary sexual characteristics and the sexual desire were improved. The size of testis was larger than before operation. Conclusion Fetal testis transplantation with main vessel segment is a effective method to cure male hyponadism and has great value of clinical application.

ABSTRACT:As the only intermediate host of Schistosoma j aponicum ,Oncomelania hupensis is an important link of schis‐tosomiasis .It plays an important role in the transmission of schistosomiasis .This article mainly demonstrates the following as‐pects :the invasion of schistosome miracidium into O .hupensis ,the growth of sporocyst ,and the mature and escape of cercari‐ae ,which would provide laboratory data from literatures for revealing the symbiotic relationship between O .hupensis and S . japonicum .However ,the symbiotic relationship between O .hupensis and S .japonicum is too complex to description com‐pletely .Therefore ,the symbiotic relationship will be the focus of future research .

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of 1470nm diode laser vaporization prostatectomy and bipolar transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy (TUPKP) for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods From June 2015-February 2016 a total of 95 patients diagnosed with BPH were randomly divided into 2 group:52 patients were treated with TUPKP while 43 patients with 1470 diode laser.All patients were followed up with mean operative time,intra-operative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative catheterization time,postoperative complications,international prostate symptom score (IPSS),score of life quality (QoL),maximum flow rate (Qmax),post-void residual (PVR) before and after surgery.Results Compared with data of preoperation,postoperative IPSS,QoL,Qmax,PVR in 6 months revealed significant improvement in both of two groups.IPSS of TUPKP group and 1470 group respectively dropped to 6.3 ± 2.6 and 6.7 ± 2.4.In TUPKP group,PVR reduced to 23.1 ± 20.9ml and in 1470 group decreased to 24.3 ± 19.9ml.While Qmax increased to 18.5 ± 3.1 ml/s and 18.7 ± 2.8ml/s respectively in TUPKP and 1470 group.In TUPKP group,operation time were 60.1 ± 14.9min,significantly less than that in 1470 group of 69.3 ± 12.9min (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with catheterization time in 1470 group of 33.9 ± 9.4h,the time in TUPKP group of 73.9 ± 37.6h was shorter with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).While Curative effect of two groups of showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of two operation methods for patients with BPH showed no significant difference.1470 group had longer operation time,while TUPKP group had less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recovery.

AIM:To observe the effects of adiponectin on injury of the 3-4 d SD rat cardiomyocytes induced by the intervention of H2O2.METHODS:Primary cardiomyocytes were obtained from neonatal rat and were cultured by enzymatic digestion methods.The molecular marker was observed by ?-actin immunocytochemistry.Primary cultured 3-4 d cells were used in experiment,and the injury model was established by H2O2,and adiponectin and Ara-A were used for pre-treatment before cell culture.The morphological change of cardiomyocytes was observed under electron microscope.The contents of LDH,MDA and the activity of SOD were measured.The apoptosis of cardiomyocytes was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and Annexin V/PI staining with flow cytometry.RESULTS:Adiponectin pretreatment significantly decreased the release of LDH(P
