Objective To analyze the associations of the interleukin-10 (IL-10) promoter-1082G/A and-819C/T single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and serum level of IL-10 with intracranial aneurysm (IAs). Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA direct sequencing methods were used to detect IL-10 gene promoter district two SNP site,-1082G/A and-819C/T genotype frequency and allele frequency in 206 patients with IAs and 187 controls. Chi-square test was used to analyze differences between two groups. The serum level of IL-10 was analyzed by ELISA, and t-test was used to analyze significant differences between two groups. Results There were significant differences in genotypes of GG and GA+AA, as well as the alleles G and A, in-1082G/A locus between IAs group and control group (P<0.01). There were higher frequencies of genotype GA+AA and the allele A in IAs group than those in control group (P<0.01). There was higher risk of suffering IAs in patients with genotype GA+AA (OR=4.137, 95%CI:2.476-6.914) and the allele A (OR=3.368, 95%CI:2.476-4.583). There were higher frequencies of the genotype CT+TT and the allele T in-819C/T locus in IAs group than those of control group (P<0.01). There was higher risk of suffering IAs in patients with genotype CT+TT (OR=3.393, 95%CI:1.952-5.900) and the allele T (OR=3.764, 95%CI:2.730-5.192). The serum level of IL-10 was significantly lower in IAs group than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The IL-10 promoter SNP influences the expression of IL-10. IL-10 promoter-1082G/A and-819C/T polymorphisms are correlated with the formation of IAs.

Objective:
To examine the effects of obesity and central obesity on hypertension, so as to provide insights into the prevention and control measures of hypertension.
Methods:
From September to December 2018, residents at ages of 35 to 75 years were sampled using the multi-stage random sampling method in Baiyin District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, and subjected to questionnaire surveys and physical examinations. The interaction between obesity/central obesity and hypertension was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. The synergy index ( SI ), relative excess risk due to interaction ( RERI ) and attributable proportion due to interaction ( AP ) were calculated using Excel compiled by Andersson et al.
Results:
A total of 6 246 questionnaires were allocated and 6 169 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 98.77%. The respondents included 3 038 men ( 49.25% ) and 3 131 women (50.75%), with a mean age of ( 52.05±8.78 ) years. There were 832 respondents with obesity ( 13.49% ) and 2 278 with central obesity ( 36.93% ). The crude and standardized prevalence rates of hypertension were 35.89% and 33.05%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that obesity ( OR=2.020, 95%CI: 1.705-2.393 ) and central obesity ( OR=1.622, 95%CI: 1.433-1.836 ) were statistically associated with hypertension. There was no multiplicative interaction between obesity or central obesity and hypertension ( OR=1.011, 95%CI: 0.655-1.560 ), and no additive interaction was detected between obesity or central obesityand hypertension ( SI=1.405, 95%CI: 0.815-2.424; RERI=0.658, 95%CI: -0.298 to 1.614; AP=0.201, 95%CI: -0.075 to 0.476 ).
Conclusions
Obesity and central obesity increase the risk of hypertension; however, no interaction is detected between obesity or central obesity and hypertension.

Objective:
To explore the screening efficiency of colorectal cancer in urban residents of Kunming, China.
Methods:
Using the method of cluster sampling, from October 2014 to October 2017, residents of the three jurisdictions of Xishan, Guandu and Chenggong Districts of Kunming city were investigated. The inclusion criteria: (1) resident (for more than 3 years) population of Kunming city aged 40-74 years old; (2) voluntarily participating and receiving colonoscopy; (3) signing informed consent. Based on the Harvard Cancer Risk Index, the questionnaire was built on the consensus of more than 20 years of common cancer epidemiology in China. Through the consensus reached by the multidisciplinary expert panel discussion, a comprehensive evaluation system for cancer risk in China was designed. The high-risk group of colorectal cancer was determined by preliminary screening of the questionnaire, and a free colonoscopy was performed for the appointment to the gastrointestinal endoscopy department of the Yunnan Cancer Hospital. All polypoid lesions and ulcers found by colonoscopy must be biopsied to confirm the diagnosis. χ2 test or Fisher exact probability method was used to compare the detection of colorectal cancer in 4 groups of 40-49 years old, 50-59 years old, 60-69 years old, and ≥70-years old. Detection of colonoscopy, compliance, pathological examination, pathological diagnosis, and morbidity of colorectal cancer were analyzed.
Results:
A total of 127 960 people from 40 to 74 years old of urban residents in Kunming city participated in the preliminary screening of the questionnaire, including 59 748 (46.7%) males and 68 212 females (53.3%) with mean age of (53.6±8.6) years old. The 40-49 years old group had the largest number of participants (48 044, 37.5%), followed by the groups of 50-59 years old (42 473, 33.2%), 60-69 years old (34 111, 26.7%), and ≥70 years old (3332, 2.6%). Till October 2017, a total of 14 971 people were screened as at high risk of colorectal cancer, with the high-risk detection rate of 11.7%, and the high-risk detection rate of women was significantly higher than that of men [13.4% (9 109/68 212) vs. 9.8% (5 862/59 748), χ2=386.947,

Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer 2010;13(2):102-106
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVEFast track surgery (FTS) is a systematical method to accelerate the recovery of surgical patients by reducing the physical and mental trauma stress of them. The research is to investigate the feasibility of FTS application in lung cancer surgery.
METHODSA total of 80 cases of lung cancer patients with single leaf lobotomy resection were randomized into two groups. While the experimental group was treated with the conception of FTS, and the control group was treated with the traditional methods. The incident rate of post-operation pain degrees, telecasts, pleural effusion, the post-operation time stay in hospital time and the total cost during hospitalization in two groups were compared respectively.
RESULTSIn FTS group: the VAS score of post-operation pain at 1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h all significantly decreased compared to the traditional therapy group. The incidence rate of telecast was 10.53%. The incidence rate of pleural effusion was 26.31%. The length of stay after operation was (4 +/- 1) d and the total cost was RMB 15 600 +/- 7 600. In the control group, the above values were 77.78%, 33.33%, 22.22%, (9 +/- 1) d, RMB 23 600 +/- 5 400, respectively. The post operation pain (VAS method) of FTS group was remarkablely below the control group. There has significant difference of the incident rate of telecasts, stay time in hospital and the total cast in two groups (P < 0.05). No significant difference was observed in the incident rate ofpleural effusion.
CONCLUSIONThe new methods of FTS can apparently accelerates recovery after lung cancer resection, reduces complications, shorten timestay in hospital and cut down the total cost.

Objective To propose a human-machine coupling dynamics modeling method based on virtual muscles, so as to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of human-computer interaction force and muscle activation of the musculoskeletal system. Methods First, in the gait experiment of wearing exoskeleton, the human motion capture system and self-developed mechanical monitoring device were used to obtain the wearer’s walking dynamics, electromyography (EMG) signals, exoskeleton drive status and local human-computer interaction information. The human-machine coupling model was established in modeling environment of the bone system, and the gait experiment data and the exoskeleton joint torques were used as driving information of the coupling model to perform inverse mechanical calculations. Finally, by adjusting strength and stiffness parameters of the virtual muscles, the real data of the model was compared with the experimental test result, to quantitatively evaluate effectiveness of the human-machine coupling model of the lower extremity exoskeleton. Results The normal interaction force calculated by inverse dynamics of the coupled model and the activation of lower limb muscles had a good consistency in response curve trend compared with measurement results of the gait experiment, and the interaction force results had a high degree of correlation (r=0.931, P<0.01), the root mean square error was small, and the peak error of lower limb muscle activation was lower than 5%. Conclusions The human-machine coupling model proposed in this study can effectively calculate the interaction force between human and exoskeleton. The establishment of the coupling model provides a theoretical basis for verification and iteration of the exoskeleton structure optimization and control algorithm, as well as performance evaluation on mobility assistance effects of the exoskeleton.
