An investigation of the current nurse-patient relationship is conducted in Guangzhou city,by analyzing the data it can be concluded that the attitude of nursing service and skills of communication, the degree of nurses' knowledge on their patients' cases have a significant influence on the nurse-patient relationship.Nurses should play a leading role in nurse-patient relationship. There is a lack of mutual consideration and understanding between nurses and patients, which lead to nurse-patient misunderstanding and conflicts. There is a strong desire to discuss the case together intensively between nurses and patients.Furthermore, the lack of effective communication and teamwork between medical staff will also hinder the relief of tension in current physician-patient relationship.

Objective To detect the express of the pulmonary fibrosis factor CTGF,TGF-β1 and the senescence correlated β-Gal in the primary pulmonary bulla, and investigate the correlation of the pulmonary fibrosis factor, cell senescence and the development of the primary pulmonary bulla. Methods The expression of CTGF,TGF-β1 and β-Gal protein in the tissue of normal lung tissues and lung bullae were tested. The cell image extracted with the digital camera system was entered into the Image-pro Plus 6.0 morphology Image analysis system and analyzed with Semi-quantitative way. Results The expression level of TGF-β1 and CTGF in primary pulmonary bulla organization was obviously higher than that of normal lung tissue. There was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).CTGF and TGF-β1 expression level had a significant correlation (r =0.965,P < 0.01).β-Gal expression level of primary pulmonary bullae had no obvious difference with normal lung tissue. Conclusion CTGF and TGF-β1 may play an important role in the formation of primary pulmonary bulla. Both play a synergistic role in the formation of primary pulmonary bulla.Cell senescence is not relevanted with the formation of primary pulmonary bulla.

Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture at Baihui (DU20) acupoint on learning and memory and its possible mechanism through the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in APP/PS1 double-transgenic mice. Methods 30 female APP/PS1 double transgenic mice were randomly divided into model group, DU20 group and non-acupoint group, and 10 wild type mice con-sisted of wild group. DU20 group received electroacupuncture at Baihui and the non-acupoint group received electroacupuncture at non-acu-point for 28 days. Learning and memory was tested by Morris water maze. Deposition ofβ-amyloid (Aβ) peptide was determined by immu-nohistochemical staining. The expression of BDNF in cortex was examined by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results Compared with the model group, DU20 group ameliorated the learning and memory ability of APP/PS1 double-transgenic mice (P<0.05), decreased the deposi-tion of Aβpeptide (P<0.05) and upregulated the gene and protein levels of BDNF (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the model group and non-acupoint group (P>0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at DU20 acupoint could ameliorate learning and memory in APP/PS1 double-transgenic mice. The mechanism may be related to increase the expression of BDNF and decrease the deposition of Aβ.

OBJECTIVESTo evaluate the relationship between sperm apoptosis and male infertility.
METHODSPercentage of apoptotic sperm (PAS) in spermatozoa of fertile and infertile men were tested by flow cytometry (FCM).
RESULTSSperm apoptosis had happened in all different people. PAS in fertile and infertile group was (4.28 +/- 1.66)% and (18.67 +/- 8.55)% respectively, and difference was significant between two groups (P < 0.01). There was negative correlation between PAS and semen volume, sperm density, percentage of forward motility, percentage of normal morphology (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONSThere was very close relationship between sperm apoptosis and male infertility. FCM used to test sperm apoptosis is rapid, accurate, objective and reliable to analyse sperm functions and male fertility.

The aim of this study was to investigate the bcl-2/IgH expression levels in patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and its clinical significance. The bcl-2/IgH expression levels in bone marrow (BM) and/or peripheral blood (PB) of 20 patients were detected by using SYBR Green I real-time polymerase chain reaction, and the dynamic monitoring for bcl-2/IgH expression level in 4 of these patients was performed. The results showed that in patients with bcl-2/IgH-positive there was no statistically significant difference in the relative copy-numbers of bcl-2/IgH fusion gene in BM and PB (4.23 and 2.73 respectively, p = 0.107), but the difference was significant before and after treatment (3.61 and 2.69 respectively, p = 0.000), the expression level of bcl-2/IgH fusion gene in newly diagnosed and relapsed group was remarkably higher than that in remission group (p = 0.008). The bcl-2/IgH expression level in PB increased evidently 3 months prior to the clinical relapse in one case out of dynamically monitored 4 cases. It is concluded that the bcl-2/IgH expression level is associated with the disease status, the expression level is high in newly diagnosed and relapsed patients and low in those who achieved remission, the bcl-2/IgH fusion gene expression level decreased evidently after therapy, this change may be related to the clinical disease progression, the results suggest that peripheral blood can be regarded as the resource for detection of bcl-2/IgH fusion gene.

Objective: To investigate the changes of proportion on both consistent condom use and syphilis infection among low-fee female sex workers aged 35 and above (LFSW), in order to provide evidence for targeted intervention strategies. Methods: A total of six cities-Liuzhou city and Pingnan couty of Guigang city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Jinghong city of Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture and Dali city of Dali Bai autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province, Zhangjiajie city and Jianghua Yao autonomous county of Yongzhou city Hunan province were involved in this study, with 60 eligible participants needed in each city, estimated through a pre-study. The first cross-sectional survey was completed from October 2012 to January 2013. Face-to-face questionnaire interview was carried out to collect information on socio-demography, work-related information and condom use situation. Blood was collected for syphilis testing. The second cross-sectional survey was carried out from June to September, 2015 under the same procedure. Results: A total of 371 and 403 eligible participants were included in the first and second survey, respectively. When comparing the two surveys, we noticed that the average age showed a slight change, from 42.4 years to 43.8 years old (t=3.537, P<0.001) and the average price for every commercial sex exchange increased from 36.8 RMB to 49.5 RMB (t=11.961, P<0.001). In the first survey, 46.9% (174/371) of the participants had more than two years of experience working as LFSW, compared to 61.3% (247/403) in the second survey (χ(2)=16.125, P<0.001). Also, 46.9% (174/371) of the participants consistently used condoms with clients in the past month in the first survey versus 64.3% (259/403) (χ(2)=23.641, P<0.001) in the second one. Rates of syphilis infection were found from 15.9% (59/371) in the first survey reduced to 7.2% (29/403) in the second survey (χ(2)=14.533, P<0.001). Conclusion: Compared with the first survey, the proportion of consistent condoms use showed an increase. Although the proportion of syphilis infection decreased in the second survey, the scope did not meet the criteria on syphilis, set by the government. Targeted intervention strategies on condom promotion and syphilis control should be implemented consistently in this population.
