Plant samples were collected and investigated periodically. According to the growth of different parts and the characteristics of dry substance accumulation of Scrophularia ningpoensis, the development of S. ningpoensis could be divided into four stages: seeding stage, stem and leaf growth stage, expanding period of root tubers, and dry substance accumulation stage of root tuber. Leaf numbers of S. ningpoensis grew gradually from one at first to 370 at the final stage, main stem leaf were 50 pieces. Leaf size increasesed with the fastest growth at the stem and leaf growth stage, average daily increase amount was 225 cm2. By the middle of August, leaf size reached to 16,270 cm2. Leaf area indexrose sharply in the seeding stage, and remained above 8 among stem and leaf growth stage and expanding period of root tubers, and rapidly reduced to zero in the stage of dry substance accumulation of root tuber. Leaf area ratio has a tendency of obvious dropping. The net assimilation rate had a small change ranges, two small peak were seeding stage and dry substance accumulation of root tuber. The value of specific leaf area was higher in seeding stage, and in the earlier stage of dry substance accumulation of root tuber. Relative growth rate changed with large ranges, higher in seeding stage, rapid decrease in stem and leaf growth stage, rose in expanding period of root tubers, and declined again in the stage of dry substance accumulation of root tuber. Crop growth rate was higher in the first and last stages, and smaller in interim stage. The growth parameters of S. ningpoensis such as relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, leaf area index, leaf area ratio, specific leaf area, crop growth rate changed along with the growth. The rule of dry matter accumulation was as follows: the dry matter increased slowly during the seeding stage and speeded up in the middle and late stages, and in dry substance accumulation of root tuber increased slower, the growth of dry matter all appeared an "S" curve, and accorded with logistic equation. Cultivation technologies of S. ningpoensis and the relevant management methods could be established according to the growth of different parts of S. ningpoensis and the characteristics of dry substance accumulation in different stage.

Objective To study effect of eleetromyograghie(EMG) biofeedback training on three kinds of u- rinary ineontifienee.Methods Nineteen patients with urinary incontinence were treated by means of EMG biofeed- back training twice a day for six weeks.The treatment was performed with a device,which can detect the EMG ampli- tude of the pelvic muscle and deliver electric stimulation accordingly.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the inci- dence of uretbrorrhea was reduced by 41%,and the frequency of micturition was decreased by 38% ,while the fre- quency of urination in one day reduced to 9 to 13.The general subjectively rated improvement rate of patients was 53% ,while the general objectively one was 58%.Conclusion Biofeedback training has significant therapeutic: eftects on patients with urinary incontinence.

Objective To explore the relationship between adult tobacco use and health literacy, and to provide evidence for tobacco control intervention and health promotion. Methods By combining PPS method and KISH table method, the 2018 National Residents′ Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire was used to investigate the health literacy level and tobacco use, and the correlation between current smoking behavior and health literacy among residents aged 15-69 was analyzed by logistic regression. Results A total of 3 200 people were surveyed, and 3 185 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective rate of 99.53%.The current smoking rate of people with scientific health literacy, infectious disease prevention literacy, safety and first aid literacy, basic medical literacy and health information literacy was lower than those without (P < 0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the current smoking rate of males was higher than that of females (OR=25.900, 95%CI:17.018-39.416).The current smoking rates in groups aged 25-69 were higher than those in groups aged 15-24 (OR=4.956-9.178, 95%CI:1.179-37.940).The current smoking rates of workers, employees of other enterprises and other professionals were higher than those of employees of government institutions (OR=1.488-1.913, 95%CI:1.082-3.055).People without basic medical literacy had a higher smoking rate than those with basic medical and health literacy (OR=1.366, 95%CI:1.057-1.765). Conclusion From now on, we should carry out health literacy promotion and tobacco control propaganda for key groups, improve the level of basic medical and health literacy and reduce the smoking rate.

OBJECTIVETo explore the causative pathogens in littoral hand infections which exhibited chronic granulomatous inflammation, the relationship between chronic granulomatous inflammation and mycobacteria and to discuss the prospects of PCR in clinical application for diagnosis of granulomatous inflammation.

METHODWith 16S-rDNA as the target sequence, Nest-PCR was used to detect mycobacteria directly from 37 cases of chronic granulomatous inflammations, and identified them by gene sequencing.

RESULTSTwenty-four of 37 cases were positive for mycobacteria by Nest-PCR, in which 17 were M.marinum, 1 M.chelonae, 2 M.avium, 2 M.kansasii, and 2 M.tubercular through gene sequencing.

CONCLUSIONSNest-PCR combining gene sequencing proved to be a liable and sensitive method to detect Non-tubercular mycobacteria (NTM) in fresh tissue. NTM is the major factor of hand specific chronic infections other than tubercular. Pathological changes are difficult to differentiate TB from NTM and bacterial evidence was necessary.

This study was aimed to investigate the immunological effect of modified dendritic cells (DC) which inducing cytotoxic T cells (CTL) against lymphoma cells. The DC were isolated from the lymph node and peripheral blood of patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). DC were transfected with recombinant adenovirus vector carrying human p53 gene (rAd-p53-DC). The expression of p53 gene was detected by flow cytometry. Western-blot was used to detect the expression of P53. ELISA was used to detect IL-12 level in supernatant. The mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) was used to detect the proliferative ability of auto-lymphocyte stimulated by DC. The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release test was used to determine the cytotoxicity of CTL. The results indicates that the expressions of DC surface molecule (except for CD1a) such as CD83, CD80, CD86 and HLA-DR were significantly higher in experiment group than that in control group and blank control group. The secretion of IL-12 in supernatant was higher in experiment group than that in control group. The autologous T lymphocyte proliferation and cytotoxic activity against the same kind of DLBL-cells increased in experiment group as compared with control group and blank control group (P < 0.05). The ability to stimulate T lymphocyte proliferation increased with the rising of the ratio of DC and T lymphocyte. However, there was statistically significant difference between rAd-p53-DC derived from Lymph node and peripheral blood (P < 0.05). It is concluded that rAd-p53-transfected DC can induce CTL response in vitro against lymphoma cells.

OBJECTIVETo observe the quality of life in patients with post-traumatic epilepsy and discuss the influencing factors.

METHODSWe assessed 105 patients with post-traumatic epilepsy and 100 healthy people as control using Quality of Life Scale-31 (QOL-31), Self-rating Depressing Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and conducted retrospective analysis on the depression, anxiety, site of trauma, control of seizure, EEG and therapeutic compliance.

RESULTSPatients with post-traumatic epilepsy scored much lower than the control group on QOL-31 (P less than 0.01), but higher than the control group on SDS and SAS (P less than 0.01). Multiple regression analysis indicated that major influencing factors on the quality of life were anxiety, therapeutic compliance, depression, poor control of epileptic seizure and site of trauma.

CONCLUSIONSThe quality of life in patients with post-traumatic epilepsy has significantly declined. Doctors should pay attention to psychological and mental problems of patients with epilepsy, such as depression and anxiety, enhancing therapeutic compliance and controlling epileptic seizure, which are the keys to improving prognosis.
