Objective To investigate the effect of Dureping injection (DRP) on IL-4, IFN-? mRNA and CD40L protein expression of FM1 infected mice with virus pneumonia, and explore the mechanism of antiviral effect. Methods ICR mice were divided into 7 groups:DRP1, DRP2, DRP3, SHL, Ribavirin, sham and model group. The mice were sacrificed on the 7th after infected, and the lung index was calculated. Then, IFN-?mRNA and IL-10 mRNA in the lung tissue was measured with RT-PCR, CD40L protein in the lung tissue was measured with Western-blot. Results The lung index of mice in model group was significantly higher than sham group (P0.05). Conclusion DRP in vivo could down-regulate the lung index, inhibit the transcription IL-4 mRNA, enhance the transcription of IFN-? and inhibit the expression of CD40L protein in lung of FM1 infected mice.

Objective To discuss the feasibility, indications, surgical techniques, and outcome con- cerning the application of less invasive stabilization system (LISS) for complex proximal femoral fractures. Methods We treated 12 complex proximal femoral fractures using femoral LISS reversely from June 2005 to May 2006. They were five complex intertrochanteric fractures and seven subtrochanteric ones.By AO classification, two were type 31-A2.2,two type 31-A2.3,one type 31-A3.3,one type 32-A3.1,three type 32-B1.1,one type 32-B2.1, and two type 32-B3.I.The patients were treated with closed or indirect reduction and fixation with percutaneous LISS plate reversely. Results There were no major postoperative complications in this study. The mean operation time was 65 minutes (range,50 to 90 minutes),the mean intra-operative blood loss was 142 milliliters (range,50 to 400 milliliters),and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 9.3 days (range,6 to 15 days). All patients had a clinical follow-up;the mean follow-up time was 7.2 months (range,3 to 14 months).Ten cases healed clinically three months postoperatively, one periprosthetic fracture healed four months and one pathological fracture healed six months after operation. At the final radiographic follow-up,no collapse, varus deformity,cutting-out,hardware failure,or avascular necrosis was found. Conclusions Femoral LISS used reversely can provide secure fixation for proximal femoral fractures biomechanically and anatomically. It is also easy and safe.It is particularly suitable for old patients with intertrochanteric fractures complicated with disorders of internal organs and severe osteoporosis or patients with complex proximal femoral fractures. It is important to be skillful in indirect reduction and positioning of guide wire into hole A,and to avoid immediate weight-bearing postoperatively.

Objective To design a private cloud storage system to guarantee intranet and internet data security and realize data sharing between multi platforms. Methods The idea and solution for building the system were proposed by analyzing the difficulty during hospital informatization. The infrastructure based on the idle computing resources in the existing virtual pool and the application platform by private cloud storage software were involved in the development of the system, and related software and hardware were integrated after adjustment and customization, and then the system came into being with easy operation and high performance-cost ratio. Results The system developed realized freely data storage and sharing, and implemented file encryption to control the applied range. Conclusion The system has the functions of malicious code scanning, cooperative office system and data auto-backup,synchronization,transmission,sharing and etc, which executes intranet and intemet data sharing based on physical isolation.

Objective To investigate the expressions of intermedin /adrenomeduliin 2 (IMD/AM2) and its receptor calcitonin receptor-like receptor (CRLR) in the kidney of rats after renal ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI). Methods Male Wistar rats were divided randomly into two groups: sham group and operation group. Renal IRI model was induced by clamping both renal arteries. Blood and kidney were harversted at 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after reperfusion, respectively. Renal histological changes were semi-quantitated. Expressions of IMD and CRLR in the kidney were detected by Western blot, and the content of IMD in serum was measured by radioimmunity at 12 h, 48 h, 72 h after repeffusion. Results Kidneys of renal IRI model rats displayed significant pathologic changes, and the changes were much severer at 48 h after reperfusion. The expressions of IMD and CRLR in kidney were significantly up-regnlated at 12 h, 48 h, 72 h after renal IRI (P<0.01). The level of IMD in serum increased at 12 h, 48 h, 72 h after renal IRI (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of IMD and its receptor are up-regulated in the kidney after renal IRI, which may participate in the pathophysiological changes induced by renal IRI.

OBJECTIVEThe purpose of the paper is to examine the relationship among Career Decision-Making Self Efficacy, existential anxiety and anxiety in the sample of college students during the professional choice.
METHODSData on The Revised Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy-Shot Form, Existential Anxiety Scale (EAS), SCL-90 and self-identity status were collected and analyzed on a sample of 500 college students.
RESULTS201 rural students' career decision making self-efficacy scores were as follows: self-appraisal (12.58 ± 3.48), occupational information (12.07 ± 3.05), goal selection (12.48 ± 3.51), planning (12.17 ± 3.10), problem solving (9.75 ± 2.38), all scores were lower than urban students, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Rural Students' anxiety dimension score were as follows: death and the fate of anxiety (14.75 ± 2.56), the meaningless and empty anxiety (19.32 ± 2.88), condemnation and guilt anxiety (13.72 ± 2.38), alienation and loneliness anxiety (16.82 ± 2.51), all scores are higher than urban students, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). There is negative correlation between Anxiety and career decision making self-efficacy. There is a significant positive correlation between anxiety and existential anxiety. There exists a significant negative correlation among factors of student and career decision making self-efficacy and anxiety. Meaningless and emptiness anxiety on career decision making self-efficacy are significant predictors.
CONCLUSIONThere is negative correlation among existential anxiety, occupational information and anxiety during the professional choice.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of Dureping Injection (DRP) on the T-cells function of mice and the function of T-cells in killing MF infected by influenza virus subtype A mice-lung adaptive strain FM1 in vitro.
METHODSNumber of splenic normal and FM1 infected T-cells in mice were measured by MTT and double-antibody sandwich ELISA, after being treated with DRP at different concentrations (2.1, 8.5 and 17.0 microg/mL), and the effect of DRP on interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) production as well as on splenic T-cell killing FM1 infected Mphi/Ana-1 function were detected.
RESULTSDRP inhibited the multiplication of normal spleen T cells induced by concanavalin A in vitro, suppressed Th2 cell factor IL-10 production, and maintained Th1 cell factor IFN-y at a definite level, moreover, it directly enhanced the power of T-cells in killing FM1 infected Mphi (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONDRP could act on mice T-cells to enhance the immune response for antiinfluenza viral FM1 in vitro.
