3.DNA image cytometry in breast fine needle aspiration cytology
Cancer Research and Clinic 2012;24(8):521-523
Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of DNA imaging cytometry (DNA-ICM) analysis in fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).Methods Conventional cytopathology and DNA-ICM were used to detect 95 fine needle aspiration patients with breast masses. The results were analyzed according to the histopathological diagnosis. Results There was not significant difference between conventional cytopathology and DNA-ICM [88.4 %(84/95) vs.94.7 %(90/95)] (x2 =2.457,P =0.117).Two false positive cases had been found in conventional cytopathologic diagnosis, but not in DNA-ICM.There was a positive correlation between the nucleus area and its DNA content (r =0.744,P =0.000).By DNA-ICM,the detectable rate of abnormal DNA content in the infiltrating ductal carcinoma was higher than that in the infiltrating lobular carcinoma [90.3 %(65/72) vs.50.0 %(4/8)] (P =0.011).Conclusion The detection of DNA-ICM can reduce the false positive rate of FNAC,but it has limitations in diploid tumors.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):62-63
Objective To evaluate the effect of insulin pumps in diabetic patients. Methods Perioporative 37 diabetic patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups;19 patients were given continuous insulin pump subcutaneously(CS Ⅱ), 18 multiple subcutaneous injection(MS Ⅱ), comparing the level of blood sugar control, pre-operative time, control of blood sugar levels, wound healing, and so on, postoperative enteral nutrition. Results Two groups of blood glucose levels before treatment had no significant difference (P > 0.5), after treatment the de-creased level of blood sugar and blood sugar level of stability in the CS Ⅱ group better than the MS Ⅱ group, the differ-ence was signifieant(P <0.01). CS Ⅱ significantly shortened the pre-operative preparation time, before and after op-eration and postoperative enteral nutrition ,control of blood sugar stable ,the wound healed well and shortened hospital stay. Conclusion Insulin pump is an effective manner in the perioperative treatment of diabetes for smoothing opera-tion, reducing the burden on patients and complications.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(9):444-448
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a biological factor associated with gastric carcinoma. The prognosis of EBV-associated gastric car-cinoma (EBVaGC) is good because of its distinct clinicopathological features. The pathogenesis mechanism of EBVaGC is extensively in-vestigated at present. The development of molecular techniques has stimulated the research on the expression of EBV genes in EB-VaGC, thereby providing a theoretical foundation on the diagnosis, therapy, and prevention of EBVaGC. This article reviewed present research advances in EBV genes in EBVaGC.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatm ent of choledochoduodenal Fistula (CDF).Methods To analysis preoperative and operative examination and postoperative situation of CDF.Results The operation confirmed the preoperative ERCP diagnosis of 19 cases with CDF.9 cases have been taken the choledochojejunostomy with tran sverse cutting the common bile duct and this method has been proved very effecti ve. Conclusions ERCP is an important method for the preoper ative diagnosis of CDF. The choledochojejunostomy with the common bile transvers ed cat duct is a recommended procedure to CDF.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To explore the clinical and radiological findings of skeletal desmoplastic fibromas. Methods Radiographs of six patients with desmoplastic fibromas proved by pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results Two tumors arose in femur, two in tibia, one in radius and one in humur. In plain radiography, these lesions were always metaphyseal and expansile lytic with a reactive bony rim(n=6).They often had a trabeculated or honeycomb appearance into lesion and four tumors invaded adjacent soft tissue. Conclusion Desmoplastic fibromas of long bones are nearly always metaphyseal.Radiographs disclose a expansile lytic lesion with a sclerotic rim and a trabeculated apperance into it.And the "root hair"sign is fairly characteristic for this tumor. No calcification and periosteal reaction can be seen.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the apoptosis of human primary gastric cancer cells implanted in nude mice induced by genistein. Methods Human primary gastric cancer cells were implanted into Balb/c nude mice to establish the cancer model, and the growth curve of implanted tumor was measured. Twenty-five nude mice with implanted gastric cancer cells were divided 5 groups. Genistein at different doses (0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/kg), normal saline and dimethyl sulfoxide were injected around the neoplasm. After treatment, transmission electron microscope and TUNEL staining were used to detect the apoptosis of implanted tumor cells. Immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax in implanted tumor. Results Genistein could significantly inhibit carcinoma growth when it was injected near the carcinoma. The apoptosis of tumor cells in implanted tumor induced by genistein was detected by transmission electron microscopy. The apoptosis index of the genistein treatment groups (28.7%?1.1%, 33.4%?1.4% and 37.1%?1.0%) was significantly higher than that of control groups(11.8%?0.4% and 11.7%?0.4%; P

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
By using replica cast SEM method, the vascular architecture of the dental pulp of rat incisors was studied. The characteristics of the vascular architecture are as follows:1. The axis of the dental pulp is occupied by the central vascular bundle, which consists of 10 to 20 arterioles and 8 to 12 venules.2. The arterioles (30-50?m in diameter) and the venules (50-80?m in diameter) located in the central bundles are arranged parallely in a relatively long distance as a countercurrent system. The longest distance is about 12 mm.3. Each arteriole of the central vascular bundle supplies an independent area of the dentin of the tooth. The territory of an arteriole is about 700 to 1400 ?m in length.4. The arteriole of the central bundle breaks up into capillaries (4~6?m in diameter) which are mainly distributed over the odontblast area and form a complex 3-dimensional plexus.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(19):869-872
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is prevalent in Southeast Asia, especially in the area of southern China. It is acknowl-edged that NPC is absolutely related to EBV infection. Nevertheless, there are just a few researches about the relationship between the level of EBV antibodies and the tumor stages and it hasn't come to conclusion. This review makes a summary on present research progress and would be valuable for the better understanding of the contribution of EBV antibodies to the tumor stages in NPC.
