Objective:To invetigate the value of a novel puncture and drainage of intracranial hematoma for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:In the group there were 27 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, with mean age of 61 years. Their hematomas located in thalamus(1 patient),basal ganglia(22 patients),and lobe(4 patients). The mean(SD)hematoma volume was 40(3.2)mL,the mean Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)score was 10.15,and the mean National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was 30.65 at admission.CT scan provided hematoma location.and the percutaneous puncture. grind and drainage were performed under the local anesthesia by using a novel puncture and drainage of intracranial hematoma. Results:No adverse events occurred during the punctures and after the procedures. One patiems died 20 days after procedure.Other patients were followed up for more than 6 months.Eight patients had a good outcome as assessed by Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores,15 had mild disability,2 had serious disability, and 1 was in a permanent vegetative state. Conclusions:This novel puncture and drainage of intracranial hematoma can be used in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and it is simple and safe.
7.Caesarean sections performed under general anesthesia.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2006;28(3):460-463
OBJECTIVETo analyse the preoperative conditions and intraoperative anesthetic managements of parturients who underwent Caesarean section and explore possible relationship between perianesthetic managements and prognosis of parturients and fetuses.
METHODSA group of 30 parturients who underwent Caesarean sections under general anesthesia were analysed retrospectively.
RESULTSAll the 30 Caesarean sections were smooth in terms of both procedure and anesthesia.
CONCLUSIONSGeneral anesthesia is still indicated in Caesarean section, although multiple risks may still exist. Considerate perinatal planning, careful preoperative preparations, and delicate intraoperative managements positively contribute to the good prognosis of parturient and fetus.

In order to identify Peucedani Radix, Peucedani Decursivi Radix and their adulterants, the internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) regions of Peucedani Radix, Peucedani Decursivi Radix and their adulterants were amplified and bidirectionally sequenced based on the Principles for Molecular Identification of Traditional Chinese Materia Medica Using DNA Barcoding, which has been promulgated by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. Sequences were analyzed and assembled by Codon Code Aligner V3. 7.1. The relevant data were analyzed by MEGA 5. 0. Species identification analyses were performed by using the nearest distance methods and neighbor-joining (NJ) methods. The result showed that the ITS2 sequence lengths of Peucedani Radix were 229-230 bp and the average intra-specific genetic distances were 0.005. The ITS2 sequence lengths of Peucedani Decursivi Radix were 227 bp and the sequences contained no variation site. The average inter-specific K2P genetic distance of Peucedani Radix, Peucedani Decursivi Radix and their adulterants species were 0.044 and 0.065 respectively. The minimum inter-specific divergence is larger than the maximum intra-specific divergence of Peucedani Decursivi Radix. The nearest distance methods and NJ trees results indicated that Peucedani Radix, Peucedani Decursivi Radix and their adulterants species could be identification clearly. The ITS2 regions can stably and accurately distinguish Peucedani Radix, Peucedani Decursivi Radix and their adulterants.

9. Effect of inhibitor of differentiation 1 deficiency on ocular neovascularization
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2019;39(4):358-365
Objective • To study the effect of inhibitor of differentiation 1 (ID1) on ocular neovascularization. Methods • The oxygen-induced retinal neovascularization (OIR), laser-induced choroidal neovascularization (CNV) and over-expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (Rho-VEGF) transgenic mice were established. The localization and mRNA level of ID1 in retina of OIR mice and Rho-VEGF transgenic mice were determined by immunofluorescence staining and quantitative real-time PCR. Mice deficient in ID1 (ID1-/-) were used to induce retinal neovascularization in accordance with the above three models, and to compare the changes of ID1 on the number of retinal, subretinal and choroidal neovascularization areas. In order to explore the role ID1 in neovascularization, the numbers and areas of retinal, subretinal and choroidal neovascularization in the mice models with or without ID1 deficiency were compared. Its effect on the related factors, i.e. hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), VEGF and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1/2 (VEGFR1/2) were also observed. Results • Mice deficient in ID1 showed a significant reduction in the area of neovascularization in these three models(P<0.05). Mice lacking ID1 showed reduced levels of HIF-1α, VEGF and VEGFR 1. Conclusion • ID1 promotes the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and VEGFR1 in the retina and choroidal neovascularization during hypoxia and oxidative injury.
