Objective To improve the scientific literature novelty assessment by studying the characteristics and novelty of researches in clinical medicine. Methods The objects, levels, locations, methods and novelty of 380 scientific literature novelty assessment files in Library of Guilin Medical College from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed by chi-square test. Results The novelty of researches was mainly manifested as an effect index in 2012-2013 and as an in-tervention factor in 2014(x2=110.12, P<0.01).The novelty of effect index was mainly manifested as a compre-hensive index in 2012-2013 and as a sensitivity index in 2014(x2=44.10, P<0.01).Conclusion Understanding and keeping abreast of the characteristics and novelty of researches in clinical medicine can serve them better and more effectively encourage their innovation .

Objective To reduce or prevent the incidence of bile duct injury in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and reduce the postoperative complications of Bile duct injury in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy by time and exact treatment during the surgical procedure. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 8700 cases of LC, including 12 cases of bile duct injury, from September 1991 to today. The corresponding treatment was used in LC to avoid bile duct injury, when bile duct injury occurred, the injury was recognized and immediately repaired by surgery. Result The mean follow-up period after surgery was 5-10 years, all 12 patients with bile duct injury were cured and discharged. Conclusions We should correctly handle the relationship of various duct and avoid burn or cut duct for reducing incidence of the extrahepatic bile duct injury. Correct treatment can reduce or avoid the incidence of postoperative complications.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(11):-
Objective To compare the differences between state-owned hospitals and private-funded hospitals in Shanghai on the introduction and application of hospital marketing conception. Methods Questionnaire and interviews were conducted to reflect understandings in marketing conception, advertisements, hospital brand, customers' sense of satisfaction, etc. Results State-owned hospitals were less concerned in marketing conception compared with their private counterparts, even less sufficient in marketing input or management. Conclusion The state-owned hospitals should update their conception and enhance their ability of marketing management. While the private hospitals need to maintain the moderation of marketing and deal with the relationship among marketing, profit and development properly.

Objective We aimed to investigate the nurses' ethics cognition status and its influencing factors after carrying out the High quality nursing service demonstration project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods From May to June 2014,379 clinical nurses from 59 hospitals of different grades in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. Results After carrying out the High quality nursing service demonstration project, the total score of the nurses' ethics cognition were (51.29±3.46),which was higher than those in 2010.There was no statistical difference in cognition of medical confidentiality between 2014 and 2010,but it showed significant statistical differences in dimensions of medical optimization, informed consent, the value of life,t value was 11.389,7.448 and 2.126,P <0.05.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse-job seniority and hospital hierarchy of clinical nurses were influencing factors of nurses' ethics cognition; educational levels, professional title and nurse-job seniority of clinical nurses were influencing factors of medical optimization; nurses' professional title was influencing factor of informed consent; nurse-job seniority, department and hospital hierarchy of clinical nurses were influencing factors of medical confidentiality; nurses' educational level was influencing factor of life value. Conclusions The High quality nursing service demonstration project contributes to improve the level of nurses' ethics cognition. We should strengthen the nursing ethics continuing education system,in order to improve the nurses' comprehensive ethics cognition.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between odor and contents of the chemical compounds in Lonicera japonica, including chlorogenic acid, galuteolin and polyphenols. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in L. japonica. The ponptent of polyphenols was determined by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. Electronic nose was used to extract and measure the odor of L. japonica. Then SPSS 17.0 software was employed for data processing. There is a significant positive correlation between the comprehensive index value of aroma and the contents of chlorogenic acid and polyphenols. The regression equations have been established. However, the relationship between the comprehensive index value and the content of galuteolin is not obvious. This is proof that the odor of L. japonica has close connection with the chemical compounds. Therefore, this research offered a new method for initially determine or predict the content of the chemical composition in L. japonica,
