Objective To investigate the ECG atypical changes in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Meth-ods 352 patients with AMI were selected sequentially and examined by electrocardiogram(ECG) ,Holter of 24h,my-ocardial enzymes testing and coronary angiography, and electrocardio-monitoring was performed at the same time. Data were analyzed by statistics. Results The incidence of ECG atypical changes in patients with AMI was 14. 5%. The ECG atypical changes including Q wavelet with the elevation value of ST segment, the delays of Q wave and the only changes of ST-T. Conclusion The above several kind of ECG performane are present in atypical AMI.
3.Effect of Various Kind of Dyslipidaemia on Insulin Resistance and Pancreatic Islet Function in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of various kinds of dyslipidaemia on insulin resistance and pancreatic islet ? cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 263 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into normal lipidemia group and dyslipidaemia group according to ATPⅢ standard. The dyslipidaemia group included 3 subgroups as the following: high TG group, high TC group, and mix group with high TG and TC. Homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) was applied to estimate insulin resistance (IR) and pancreatic islet ? cell function. Early insulin secretion index (EISI) and area under curve of insulin (AUCI) at all OGTT time points were calculated. Results Incidence of dyslipidaemia in the type 2 diabetic patients was 63%. BMI and WHR were significantly higher in both high TG group and mix group than in normal lipidemia group(P
4.The effects of compressive stress on TGF-?1 expression in condylar cartilage in vitro
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-?1 (TGF-?1) in mandibular condylar chondrocytes after the condylar cartilage was stimulated by compressive stress.Methods:20 condylar cartilage samples were obtained from 10 new borne SD rats and cultured for 24 h.Then,10 samples were treated by a static compressive stress with a magnitude of 10 kPa for 1 h.Another 10 samples without stress treatment were used as the controls. At end of stress stimulation, the expression of TGF-?1 in the samples of both groups was examined by immunohistochemistry and image pattern analysis. Results:The grayscale values of TGF-?1 in perichondrium lay of stress treated and control samples were 159.21?19.84 and 174.20?14.47(P

Objective To study the clinical features of aged patients with sudden cardiac death(SCD) for improving the resuscitation rate. Methods Hie usual etiology of SCD,electrocardiogram(ECG),echocardiography, dynamic electrocardiography(DCG), X-ray and electrolytes were analyzed. Results Most sudden death had inducement. Electrolytes disorder, ventricular ectopic beats, high grade atrioventricular block, auxocardia, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiac insufficiency and myocardial ischemia could cause serious arrhythmias (.all P <0.05). Conclusion It could be related to heart functional class, left ventricular enlargement, myocardial ischemia, hypokalemia in aged patients with SCD.

Objective To explore the risk factors for inguinal hernia in children. Methods A 1:1 matched case-control study which based on hospital group data was carried out.201 cases aged 0~6 years with inguinal hernia and controls were enrolled, and their parents were investigated with questionaire.Conditional logistic regression model was used for single factor and multivariate factoranalysistoestimateoddsratios(OR) and the 95% eonfidence interval(95% CI).Results Inguinal hernia was related to ehildren ' s constipation(0R=3.520,95%CI:1.238~10.015),children's cry(OR=6.532,95%CI:2.651~16.091),mother ate pickles(OR=2.529, 95%CI:1.271~5.031) and maternal anemia(OR=6.809,95%CI:2.530~18.322) during the period of one month before pregnancy and the first 3 months of gestation, the children's family history of inguinal hernia(OR=I 1.250,95%CI:4.766~26.553).Conclusion Children's constipation, children's cry, maternal anemia and eating pickles during the period of one month before pregnancy and the first 3 months of gestation, children ' s family history of inguinal hernia are the risk factors for children' s inguinal hernia.

Purpose:To explore the preventive effect of hepatic arterial infusion (DDS) against recurrence of hepato- cellular carcinoma (HCC) after radical resection. Methods:From Jan,1996 to May,1998,287 patients of HCC after radical resection were randomly divided into four groups:intra-hepatic arterial infusion(97),intra-portal vein(80),intra-hepatic artery and portal vein (60),control (50).All patients received chemotherapy for two years and observed for postoperative recurrence of HCC.Results:The postoperative recurrence rate of HCC with intra-hepatic arterial infusion was significantly lower than that of intra-portal vein (P0.05).The 1~、2~ and 3~year survival rate of intra-hepatic arterial infusion was significantly higher than any of the other groups.Conclusions:Intra-hepatic arterial infusion (DDS) through gastro-duodenal artery can effectively pro- long the postoperative survival and decrease the post-operative recurrence rate of HCC.The preventive method of DDS through gastro-duodenal artery was safer and effective.
