Objective To investigate the ECG atypical changes in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Meth-ods 352 patients with AMI were selected sequentially and examined by electrocardiogram(ECG) ,Holter of 24h,my-ocardial enzymes testing and coronary angiography, and electrocardio-monitoring was performed at the same time. Data were analyzed by statistics. Results The incidence of ECG atypical changes in patients with AMI was 14. 5%. The ECG atypical changes including Q wavelet with the elevation value of ST segment, the delays of Q wave and the only changes of ST-T. Conclusion The above several kind of ECG performane are present in atypical AMI.

Objective To evaluate the effect of various kinds of dyslipidaemia on insulin resistance and pancreatic islet ? cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 263 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into normal lipidemia group and dyslipidaemia group according to ATPⅢ standard. The dyslipidaemia group included 3 subgroups as the following: high TG group, high TC group, and mix group with high TG and TC. Homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) was applied to estimate insulin resistance (IR) and pancreatic islet ? cell function. Objective:To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-?1 (TGF-?1) in mandibular condylar chondrocytes after the condylar cartilage was stimulated by compressive stress.Methods:20 condylar cartilage samples were obtained from 10 new borne SD rats and cultured for 24 h.Then,10 samples were treated by a static compressive stress with a magnitude of 10 kPa for 1 h.Another 10 samples without stress treatment were used as the controls. Objective To study the clinical features of aged patients with sudden cardiac death(SCD) for improving the resuscitation rate. Methods Hie usual etiology of SCD,electrocardiogram(ECG),echocardiography, dynamic electrocardiography(DCG), X-ray and electrolytes were analyzed. Results Most sudden death had inducement. Electrolytes disorder,ventricular ectopic beats,high grade atrioventricular block, auxocardia, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiac insufficiency and myocardial ischemia could cause serious arrhythmias (.all P <0.05). Conclusion It could be related to heart functional class,left ventricular enlargement,myocardial ischemia,hypokalemia in aged patients with SCD.

BACKGROUND:Cytological studies show that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s play an important role in postmenopausal osteoporosis mechanism.
OBJECTIVE:To study the osteogenic differentiation in vitro of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s from ovariectomied osteoporotic rats.
METHODS:The osteoporotic animal model was established by performing ovariectomy in the 6-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats. There were four groups:bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s control group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s osteoporosis group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s osteogenic induction group and oseogenesis induction group. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were isolated from the rats of control group and oseogenesis induction group by means of the whole bone marrow adherence method and cultured to the 3rd generation. Then the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were used in al the experiments. Cel morphology was observed under the inverted phase contrast microscope, cel cycle and proliferation index of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were detected by flow cytometry. After osteogenic induction, the expression level of alkaline phosphatase was detected, and the fornation of calcium nodes of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were marked by alizarin red staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cel s in the osteogenic induction group and oseogenesis induction group had the morphology of osteobalsts, and the change of morphology of the cel s in the oseogenesis induction group was relatively tardiness. The proliferation index in the control group was higher than that in the osteoporosis group (P<0.05);expression level of alkaline phosphatase in the osteogenic induction group was significantly higher than that in the oseogenesis induction group (P<0. 05), and the control group was significantly higher than the oseogenesis group (P<0.05). The alizarin red staining of the cel s in the osteogenic induction group was positive, while negative in the control group and the oseogenesis group;the staining in the osteogenic induction group was stronger than that in the oseogenesis induction group. These findings indicate that both the proliferative potential and the osteogenic potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s from the ovariectomized osteoporotic rats are decreased, which may be related with the ostoeporosis pathogensis of ovariectomied rats.

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of raltitrexed combined with irino-tecan as first-line chemotherapy for recurrent or metastatic gastric cancer.Methods From January 201 4 to March 201 5,39 patients of recurrent or metastatic gastric cancer who received treatment in the First People′s Hospital of Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu Province were collected.All patients received raltitrexed (3.0 mg/m2 , 1 5 min intravenous drip)on the first day and irinotecan (1 80.0 mg/m2 ,90 min intravenous drip)on the first day.One cycle lasted 21 days.The efficacies were evaluated every 2-cycle.Adverse reactions were evaluated every cycle.Results The efficacies and adverse reactions could be evaluated in 39 patients.The study received 0 complete remission,1 6 partial remission,1 1 stable disease,1 2 progression disease.The objective response rate was 41 .03% (1 6 /39).The disease control rate was 69.23% (27 /39).The median overall sur-vival time was 9.3 months (95%CI:8.8-1 1 .1 months).The median progression-free survival time was 6.0 months (95%CI:5.1 -6.8 months).The adverse reactions were mainly neutropenia,anemia,liver dysfunc-tion,the incidence of them were 35.90%,33.33% and 28.21 % respectively.Conlusion Raltitrexed com-bined with irinotecan as first-line chemotherapy for recurrent or metastatic gastric cancer acquires an definite efficacy,and the adverse reactions can be tolerated,which is worthy of further clinical research.
