Objective To investigate the ECG atypical changes in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Meth-ods 352 patients with AMI were selected sequentially and examined by electrocardiogram(ECG) ,Holter of 24h,my-ocardial enzymes testing and coronary angiography, and electrocardio-monitoring was performed at the same time. Data were analyzed by statistics. Results The incidence of ECG atypical changes in patients with AMI was 14. 5%. The ECG atypical changes including Q wavelet with the elevation value of ST segment, the delays of Q wave and the only changes of ST-T. Conclusion The above several kind of ECG performane are present in atypical AMI.
3.The effects of compressive stress on TGF-?1 expression in condylar cartilage in vitro
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-?1 (TGF-?1) in mandibular condylar chondrocytes after the condylar cartilage was stimulated by compressive stress.Methods:20 condylar cartilage samples were obtained from 10 new borne SD rats and cultured for 24 h.Then,10 samples were treated by a static compressive stress with a magnitude of 10 kPa for 1 h.Another 10 samples without stress treatment were used as the controls. At end of stress stimulation, the expression of TGF-?1 in the samples of both groups was examined by immunohistochemistry and image pattern analysis. Results:The grayscale values of TGF-?1 in perichondrium lay of stress treated and control samples were 159.21?19.84 and 174.20?14.47(P

5.Effect of Various Kind of Dyslipidaemia on Insulin Resistance and Pancreatic Islet Function in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of various kinds of dyslipidaemia on insulin resistance and pancreatic islet ? cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 263 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into normal lipidemia group and dyslipidaemia group according to ATPⅢ standard. The dyslipidaemia group included 3 subgroups as the following: high TG group, high TC group, and mix group with high TG and TC. Homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) was applied to estimate insulin resistance (IR) and pancreatic islet ? cell function. Early insulin secretion index (EISI) and area under curve of insulin (AUCI) at all OGTT time points were calculated. Results Incidence of dyslipidaemia in the type 2 diabetic patients was 63%. BMI and WHR were significantly higher in both high TG group and mix group than in normal lipidemia group(P

Objective To study the clinical features of aged patients with sudden cardiac death(SCD) for improving the resuscitation rate. Methods Hie usual etiology of SCD,electrocardiogram(ECG),echocardiography, dynamic electrocardiography(DCG), X-ray and electrolytes were analyzed. Results Most sudden death had inducement. Electrolytes disorder, ventricular ectopic beats, high grade atrioventricular block, auxocardia, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiac insufficiency and myocardial ischemia could cause serious arrhythmias (.all P <0.05). Conclusion It could be related to heart functional class, left ventricular enlargement, myocardial ischemia, hypokalemia in aged patients with SCD.

Objective To improve the understanding of Amiodarone in the treatment of intractable incessant tachycardia in children. MethodsData of 80 patients with intractable incessant tachycardia treated by Amiodarone were summarized. Among them 52 were male,38 were female, and average age was 2.5 years old. ResultsAmiodarone reduced heart rate effectively, with about 90% effective. Simultaneously, it could convert tachycardia into sinus rhythm and succeeded 67% in atrial tachycardia, 92% in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,89% in junctional ectopic tachycardia, 56% in ventricular tachycardia respectively. Use of small dosage of β-receptor blocker together with Amiodarone showed synergy. Hypotension and bradycardia are the main side effects. ConclusionsToo rapid and sustained tachycardia can lead, to hemodynamic disorders and cause heart failure, it requires urgent and adequate treatment. Amiodarone can be used to treat different kinds of intractable incessant tachycardia, and is safe and effective in patients with relatively stable hemodynamis.

Objective: To evaluate the antitumor effect of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis(PSP), and its synergic and attenuated effects on chemotherapeutic drugs in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Mouse models of transplanting tumor were established. Antitumor effects of PSP and PSP combined with chemotherapeutic drugs were observed and the effect of PSP on leukopenia induced by chemotherapeutic drugs was also investigated. Results: PSP significantly inhibited S180 and H22, the inhibitory rate being 50 %-58 %and 43 %-51 %respectively. PSP evidently increased the antitumor action of cytoxan, PDD and 5-Fu, and elevated the number of white blood cells in leukopenia. Conclusion: PSP can obviously inhibit the tumor growth, also has synergic and attenuated effects on chemotherapeutic drugs.

High-level researchers, who can efficiently enhance the research strength of the college, are often brought in at high cost. Therefore there is often the need to scientifically evaluate these researchers when introduce them.We here discuss the main indicators for the evaluation of High-level researchers.Taking into consideration of their age, research span,et al.,we propose a model for the quantitative evaluation of research capability based on research achievement and prediction of future achievement,
