Objective To understand the isolation and change of drug resistance of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa in sputum from 2013 to 2015 so as to provide a scientific basis for reasonable clinical use of antibacterial drugs.Methods The isolation,culture and identification were carried out according to the fourth edition of National Clinical Laboratory Operation Rules.The drug susceptibility testing was performed with the use of Kindy-Bauer.The drug susceptibility testing results were judged according to the standards of CLSI 2014.The clinical data were analyzed by software WHONET 5.6.Results Among 1 653 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in the clinical sputum specimens from 2013 to 2015,including 255(15.4%)strains of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa;during the three years,the drugs of highest drug resistance rate was piperacillin,which was 29.0%;the drug resistance rate less than 10.0% had amikacin and piperacillin/tazobactam;the drugs with larger increase range of resistance rate included imipenem,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and ciprofloxacin,their resistance rates were increased from 12.5%,9.7%,8.3% and 9.7% in 2013 to 20.5%,17.0%,19.3% and 15.9% in 2015.Conclusion The isolating rate of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa in sputm is gradually increased year by year from 2013 to 2015.At the same time,the drug resistance rates show an increasing trend in recent three years.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of drug resistance of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Objective To evaluate the effect of various kinds of dyslipidaemia on insulin resistance and pancreatic islet ? cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 263 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into normal lipidemia group and dyslipidaemia group according to ATPⅢ standard. The dyslipidaemia group included 3 subgroups as the following: high TG group, high TC group, and mix group with high TG and TC. Objective To investigate the correlation between ABCD2 scores and vertebrobasilar artery stenosis in patients with posterior circulation transient ischemic attack (TIA).Methods The patients with posterior circulation TIA who performed cerebral angiography were enrolled in the study,and their ABCD2 scores and imaging data were analyzed.Results A total of 108 patients with posterior circulation TIA were enrolled.There were significant differences in the main trunk stenosis degree of vertebrobasilar artery with different ABCD2 scores in patients with posterior circulation TIA (P =0.005).The overall degree of stenosis increased with the increase of ABCD2 score (P =0.000).After adjustment for other vascular risk factors,ABCD2 score had significant predictive ability for whether had posterior circulation stenosis (odds ratio [OR]1.771,95％ confidence interval [CI] 1.234-2.542; P =0.002) and moderate to severe stenosis (OR 2.083,95％ CI 1.336-3.176; P =0.001).Its receiver operating characteristic area under the curve was 0.693(95％ CI 0.586-0.800) and 0.755 (95％ CI 0.661-0.849) respectively.When the ABCD2 score was ≥3,the sensitivity and specificity of predicting posterior circulation stenosis were 62.6％ (95％ CI 53.4％-71.7％) and 70.6％ (95％ CI62.0％-79.1％) respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity of predicting posterior circulation stenosis ＞ 50％ were 78.7％ (95％ CI 70.9％-86.4％) and 67.5％ (95％ CI58.7％-76.3％) respectively.Conclusions In patients with posterior circulation TIA,the stenosis degree of vertebrobasilar arterial trunk increases with the increase of ABCD2 score.In a certain extent,ABCD2 score may predict whether the main trunk of the posterior circulation has stenosis and whether has moderate to severe stenosis.

Objective To analyze the aetiological characteristics and bacterial susceptibility in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) after mechanical ventilation. Methods To review the clinical characteristics, aetiological flora and bacterial susceptibility in 28 patients complicated with VAP in the ICU in recent years. Results The incidence rate of VAP was 66.7％. 91 clinical bacteria and 10 mycete isolates were collected, 64 (80.3％) were Gram-negative bacteria (GNB) and 27(29.7％) Gram- positive bacteria (GPC). The dominant bacteria was Xanthomonas maltophilia in COPD complicated VAP. Conclusion The main kind of bacteria in COPD complicated VAP after mechanical ventilation was GNB, and all kinds of the bacteria showed high tolerance. More attention should be paid to the cultivate aetiological bacteria and bacterial susceptibility and select the most suitable antibiotics in the treatment of VAP.

AlM: To study the effects of different concentrations of Coix seed oil on human retinal capillary endothelial cells ( HRCECs ) proliferation and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) expression in high glucose environment.
METHODS: HRCECs extracted from human fresher eyeball and cultured in vitro, and ultimately used in the experiment were the growth of 3rd ~ 4th cells, the experimental were divided into blank control group, low glucose control group, high glucose control group, high glucose + ( 50ü L/mL, 100ü L/mL, 200ü L/mL ) different concentrations Coix seed oil group. Detecting the multiplication of HRCECs by MTT, the immunocytochemical method was employed to detect the each group HRCECs of VEGF expression.
RESULTS:MTT assay results showed that: different concentrations of coix seed oil acted at HRCECs for 48h, inhibition of cell proliferation was significant difference compared with high glucose control group (P<0. 05). Within 48h showed concentration dependence. There was no statistical difference between the low glucose group and high glucose control group (P>0. 05). lmmunocytochemical assay showed that:50ü L/mL, 100ü L/mL, 200ü L/mL Coix seed oil acted at HRCECs 48h, the expression of VEGF decreased significantly compared with the high glucose control group ( P< 0. 05 ), and in a dose- dependent manner. However, in high glucose control group, the expression of VEGF was obvious higher than that of low glucose control group (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSlON:Coix seed oil can inhibit the HRCECs proliferation and suppress the VEGF expression in high glucose environment.

Purpose:To explore the preventive effect of hepatic arterial infusion (DDS) against recurrence of hepato- cellular carcinoma (HCC) after radical resection.Methods:From Jan,1996 to May,1998,287 patients of HCC after radical resection were randomly divided into four groups:intra-hepatic arterial infusion(97),intra-portal vein(80),intra-hepatic artery and portal vein (60),control (50).All patients received chemotherapy for two years and observed for postoperative recurrence of HCC.Results:The postoperative recurrence rate of HCC with intra-hepatic arterial infusion was significantly lower than that of intra-portal vein (P0.05).The 1～、2～ and 3～year survival rate of intra-hepatic arterial infusion was significantly higher than any of the other groups.Conclusions:Intra-hepatic arterial infusion (DDS) through gastro-duodenal artery can effectively pro- long the postoperative survival and decrease the post-operative recurrence rate of HCC.The preventive method of DDS through gastro-duodenal artery was safer and effective.

BACKGROUND:Cytological studies show that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s play an important role in postmenopausal osteoporosis mechanism.
OBJECTIVE:To study the osteogenic differentiation in vitro of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s from ovariectomied osteoporotic rats.
METHODS:The osteoporotic animal model was established by performing ovariectomy in the 6-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats. There were four groups:bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s control group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s osteoporosis group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s osteogenic induction group and oseogenesis induction group. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were isolated from the rats of control group and oseogenesis induction group by means of the whole bone marrow adherence method and cultured to the 3rd generation. Then the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were used in al the experiments. Cel morphology was observed under the inverted phase contrast microscope, cel cycle and proliferation index of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were detected by flow cytometry. After osteogenic induction, the expression level of alkaline phosphatase was detected, and the fornation of calcium nodes of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were marked by alizarin red staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cel s in the osteogenic induction group and oseogenesis induction group had the morphology of osteobalsts, and the change of morphology of the cel s in the oseogenesis induction group was relatively tardiness. The proliferation index in the control group was higher than that in the osteoporosis group (P<0.05);expression level of alkaline phosphatase in the osteogenic induction group was significantly higher than that in the oseogenesis induction group (P<0. 05), and the control group was significantly higher than the oseogenesis group (P<0.05). The alizarin red staining of the cel s in the osteogenic induction group was positive, while negative in the control group and the oseogenesis group;the staining in the osteogenic induction group was stronger than that in the oseogenesis induction group. These findings indicate that both the proliferative potential and the osteogenic potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s from the ovariectomized osteoporotic rats are decreased, which may be related with the ostoeporosis pathogensis of ovariectomied rats.

Objective To detect the effect of leptin on proliferation and c.Myc mRNA expression of human colon carcinoma HT-29 cell line and investigate the role of Leptin in the development of the HT-29 cell line.Methods Human colon carcinoma HT-29 cell line was cultured in vitro.After treatment with various concentration of Leptin for 72h.MTr was used to detect the proliferative and inhibitive status.And c-myc mRNA-expression Was detected by RT-PCR.Results After treatment with various concentration of Leptin.The cell pmlifemtion and c-myc mRNA expression Wag obviously promoted,compared with the control group.The effect wag in a time-dose-dependent manner within a certain range.Conclusion Leptin can improve cell proliferation and c-myc gene expression level in HT-29 cell line.Promoting the c-myc gene expression level may be one of the reasons that Leptin improves the proliferation of the human colon carcinoma HT-29 cell line.
