1.Strengthening Communication and Dissolving the Cognitive Conflict between Doctors and Patients
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The cognitive conflict between doctors and patients mainly manifests in the different cognition of diseases, the expectation of medical skill and the understanding of medical science. The way to dissolve the cognitive conflict between doctors and patients lies in strengthening exchange and communication between them.

4.Study on the drug resistance of 45 hacemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2010;31(1):29-30,33
Objective To investigate the infectious state and drug resistance of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection, so as to instruct the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Haemophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from the pa-tients with respiratory tract infection and performed by K-B methods. Nitrocefin slip test was applied into detecting β-lactamase. Re-sults A total of 45 Hacmophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from 760 specimen, with the isolation rate being 5.92%. Amoxicil-lin/claulanic acid,Azithromycin, Imipenem,Ceftazidime and Cefuroxime had the better antibiotic function and the average drug re-sistance was lower than 5 % ,The β-lactamase positive rate was 37.78 %. Conclusion The high drug resistance and β-lactamase pos-itive rate of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae isolated from respiratory tract characterized by multi-resistance must be taken seriousely.
5.Expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1? in placental trophoblasts of pregnancy-induced hypertension
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(20):-
Objective To investigate the differences in expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1? (HIF-1?) in placental trophoblasts between normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the relationship of HIF-1? expression with magnesium sulfate treatment of PIH. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (SABC) was used to examine the expression of HIF-1? in 20 cases of PIH and 20 cases of normal placenta. Three groups of PIH were divided according to the degrees of severity. The results were analyzed by computer-assisted imaging and compared by t-test. Results There was significant difference in the expression of HIF-1? between the PIH group and the control group (P
6.Research status of herbal drug-induced liver injury
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
Herbal drug-induced liver injury is a hot issue in the fi eld of TCM researches.Rapid screening and evaluating of herbal drug-induced liver injury have become one of the key techniques of herbal research. This text carried on the discussion on the research status of it from active, toxic ingredient, toxic mechanism and decreasing toxicity of Chinese herbal drugs. At the same time, the text viewed the application foreground of gene chip technique in the study of it.The current status and methods of it was discussed. In addition, most of the reports adopted in this paper were about studies on crude drugs, and discussion on how to correctly treat herbal drug-induced liver injury.
8.Progress in CXCL12-CXCR4 biological axis in colorectal cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is kind of the common malignant tumor worldwide.Bad prognosis is always due to distal metastasis. In recent years, the research on chemokines targeted on cancer metastasis and directing on the movement of the tumor cells have been more and more deeply taken into consideration.Chemokine CXCL12 and its specific chemokine receptor CXCR4 play important roles in CRC cell's targeted cancer metastasis and directing movement by signal transduction mechanism.Researches showed that it can inhibit the migration and invasion of the tumor through interception chemokine receptor CXCR4 by many ways. The studies of this signal may be a potential target sit for gene therapy. The aim of this review was to summarize the current knowledge of these researches.
9.Determination of omeprazole with a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
Objective To develop a new flow-injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL) method for the determination of omeprazole. Methods Strong chemiluminescence(CL) signal was found generated when omeprazole was injected into the reaction mixture of KMnO4 and luminol. The experimental conditions that affected the CL reaction were optimized by using FI mode. Results Under the optimum experimental conditions(150cm of mixing tubing,0.15mol/L NaOH,7.0?10-5mol/L luminol,2.0?10-5mol/L KMnO4 and 2.8mL/min of flow rate),CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration within the range of 2.0?10-8-1.0?10-5g/mL.The detection limit was 3?10-9g/mL omeprazole, and the relative standard deviations(n=11) were 1.0% and 2.6% for 1.0?10-7g/mL and 1.0?10-6g/mL omeprazole solutions, respectively. Conclusion The proposed method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and suitable for determining omeprazole content in pharmaceutical preparations.
10.The diagnosis and treatment of acute gangrenous cholecystitis in senile patients
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute gangrenous cholecystitis in senile (patients), so as to decrease complications and lower the mortality rate. Methods The clinical data of 112 senile patients with acute gangrenous cholecystitis were retrospectived analysed. Results 19 cases(17.0%) of the 112 patients had hyperpyrexia, 8(7.1%) had icterus,11(17.0%) had a mass in the right upper abdomen, 26(23.2%) had symptoms of peritonitis; 11(9.8%) were complicated with acute edematous pancreatitis, 5(4.5%) had acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis, 6(5.4%) had septic shock. All of the 112 patients underwent surgery. At operation, 79 of 95 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis had (gangrene) of gallbladder,16(16.8%) had gangrene with perforation; in 17 cases with acute non-calculous cholecystitis had gangrene of gallbladder, 9(52.9%) had gangrene with perforation. Of the 112 patients, 86 underwent cholecystectomy, 18 underwent partial cholecystectomy, 5 underwent cholecystectomy with bile duct exploration and T tube drainage, and 3 underwent cholecystostomy 104 patients(92.9%) were cured, 8 patients(7.1%) died, and 9(8.7%) of the 104 cured patients had postoperative complications. (Conclusions) Acute gangrenous cholecystitis in senile patients should be definitely diagnosed as soon as (possible), co-existent diseases should be correctly treated, emergency operation should be performed with in 24 hours of onset of symptoms(or in the shortest time after admission), and a suitable operation should be (selected).
