OBJECTIVE: To study the dissolution amounts of aciclovir (ACV) from differently based preparations and provide the evidence for the development of new preparation of ACV. METHOD: The dissolution tester was applied for the quantitative determination of ACV released from 3 based formulations and 5 concentrations samples. The release amount per unit area (M) and the accumulative release percentage (Q) were compared respectively. RESULTS: The value for M was raised with the increase of the concentration of aciclovir in preparations, and for Q was reduced. The release rates of the aciclovir gel were at least two times faster than the creams and the ointment. CONCLUSION: The drug dissolution from ACV gel was better than the creams and the ointment. 10 gkg-1 ACV in prearation was the suitable concentration.

Cholangiocarcinoma is a type of malignant tumor with high destruction.Due to its low diagnostic rate and high fatality rate, the operation is the unique therapeutic methods for the radical cure. However, the diagnosis and treatment for the disease were always in the phase of progression,so currently, the radical therapeutic rate is quite low, while the recurrence rate of the operation is extremely high.If the correlated mechanism of perineural invasion of cholangiocarcinoma could be understood, then interrupted its perineural invasion in the early period, that could greatly enhance the prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma patients. This article systematically reviews the progress of cholangiocarcinoma neural invasion related molecules and possible mechanism.

Objective To evaluate the effect of direct stenting on no-reflow in patients with ST-segment elevation (STEMI) acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 157 patients with STEMI received direct stenting (DS,n=85) or conventional post-dilation stenting (CS,n=72). The time of X-ray exposure, the amount of contrast media consumed, the TIMI grading after stenting and ST-segment changes of electrocardiogram were compared between two groups. Results The time of X-ray exposure and the amount of contrast media consumed were significantly less in DS group than those in CS group [(24.6?16.9) min vs (34.4?17.5) min, (115?37) mL vs (166?61) mL, P

Objective To investigate the significance of symptom-to-ballon time on patients with ST elevation acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 171 patients, in which ANGIOGUARD XP distal protection devices were applied in 18 patients, were divided into three groups according to their symptom-to-ballon time: group A (

OBJECTIVE:To screen the effective antioxidant in tretinion ointment METHODS:The six tretinion ointments were prepared with different antioxidants and the same base Based on the accelerated test design, the tretinion concentration was determined by HPLC RESULTS:The ointment with the antioxidant D exhibited the least oxidation rate CONCLUSION:Data from accelerated test demonstrated that the compound antioxidant D was the best one in this formula

Objective To study the clinical effect of SCOFIX on thoracolumbar fracture. Methods The clinical data of twenty-five cases with thoracolumbar fracture treated with SCOFIX system were retrospectively anal- ysed. Results With six to twenty-two months follow-up,anterior height of compressed vertebral bodies was restored from 46.8 %(12%~60%)preoperatively to 92%(90%~100%)postoperatively,and that of posterior height was from 77.5%(26%~86%)to 96.7%(90%~100%).Cobb's angle was from 15.7?(12?~26?)preoperatively to 1.4?(0?~6?)postoperatively.Conclusion SCOFIX system was simple structured, easily used and strongly fixed, and it was a good system in spinal internal fixation and for deeply reseach.

OBJECTIVE:To try to establish a combined serum-pharmacology and electrophysiology method for the study of mechanism of chuanxiong extract in dilatating coronary artery.METHODS:Chuanxiong extract was intragastrically given to rats and mice, then the serum contents of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP)were determined by HPLC,which provided data for electrophysiological study. The action of chuanxiong extract on Ca 2+ -activated K channel(Kca)of smooth muscle of coronary artery in pigs was studied by patch clamp technique.RESULTS:The calibration curve of TMP was linear in the range of0.216~54?g/ml(r=0.9999).The recovery was100.7%~102.4%.The serum concentrations of TMP in rats and mice were(3.56?3.01)and(8.19?6.57)?g/ml respectively. The chuanxiong extract could not markedly activate the Kca of smooth muscle of coronary artery in patch clamp study.CONCLUSION:The established method for TMP determination is feasible and relieable. In order to improve the combined electrophysiology and serum pharmacology technique, high quality medical materials should be adopted and the bioavailability improved.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Objective To explore the inhibition effect of interleukin-10(IL-10)on pneumonic anaphylacticitis in mice with asthma and its effects on the level of serum IgE.Methods Thirty BALB/c male mice whose weight were(20?2)g were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal group(n=10),asthma model group(n=10)and IL-10 treatment group(n=10).Asthma model group and IL-10 group were sensitized with 1 g?L-1 ovalbumin, then asthma model was made with inhallating 10 g?L-1 VOA 20 mL.The normal group was not administered anything as a negative group. Before inhallating with 10 g?L-1 VOA,asthma model group was administered inhalation with 9 g?L-1 saline 0.1 mL,and IL-10 treatment group was administered inhalation with 0.1 mL IL-10 whose concentration was 0.2 ?g?L-1.The level of IgE was measured by ELISA reagent box, eviscerated lungs after collecting blood and then made them into pathological slices. Results There was an obvious distinction in the mice pathological change of lungs and bronchus between asthma model group and other groups, but no significant difference between IL-10 treatment group and normal group. There was no obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells in the airways of IL-10 treatment group and normal group. However, there were a great number of inflammatory cells in the interstitial and peribronchovascular regions of asthma model group. The levels of serum IgE were(5.219?0.427)?g?L-1,(6.633?0.145)?g?L-1 and(5.503?0.566)?g?L-1 in normal group, asthma model group and IL-10 treatment group, respectively. The level of serum IgE in asthma model group increased obviously compared with normal group and IL-10 treatment group, with significant differences(Pa0.05).Conclusions Inhalation of IL-10 can optimally control the pneumonic anaphylacticitis, improve the situation of airway inflammation in mice asthmatic model and reduce the IgE serum level.
