Objective To compare the efficacy of low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy and cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach in treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods 38 patients with nasal vestibular cyst from Jan 2013 to Nov 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 18). The control group received cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach and the observation group received low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy. The time of surgery, bleeding volume in surgery, hospitalization, postoperative complications and relapse were collected and compared between the two groups. Results We found that the observation group have less surgery time than that in control group [(65.45 ± 27.51) vs (34.72 ± 17.61) min, P = 0.000], less bleeding volume in surgery [(22.35 ± 18.41) vs (3.17 ± 1.69) ml, P = 0.000), less postoperative complications [(6.35 ± 0.75) vs (3.61 ± 1.19) d, P = 0.000] and less postoperative complications (16 vs 1, P = 0.000), but relapse of the two groups have no statistical difference (1 vs 0, P = 0.783). Conclusions Low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy in treatment of nasal vestibular cyst have many advantages than cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach such as shorter time of surgery, less bleeding volume in surgery, shorter hospitalization and less postoperative complications. Therefore it's worth of applying clinically.

Objective To investigate the therapy efficiency and complication prevention in patients undergoing radiofrequency current catheter ablation combined with multiple X-ray projecting angles.Methods Two hundred and six atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) patients were involved in this study. The distance between the tip of His and the ostium of coronary sinus were measured under different X-ray projecting angles respectively, including posterior anterior (PA), right anterior oblique 30° (RAO 30° ) and left anterior oblique 45° (LAO 45° ) in each patient, and mapping was proceeding under the corresponding X-ray projecting angles with the longest distance. The distance between ablating catheter and His was confirmed again before powering by the other two X-ray projecting angles. Results The longest distance between the tip of His and the ostium of coronary sinus were obtained in 66,75 and 65 patients under PA,RAO 30° and LAO 45° respectively(P＞ 0.05 ),and the data were (2.94 ± 0.87), (2.98 ± 0.76)and (2.91 ± 0.52) cm(P＞ 0.05). Transient first or second degree of atrioventricular blocking was observed in 4 cases among 22 high risk patients in which the powering sites were above the medium level of the distance between the tip of His and the ostium of coronary sinus under three kinds of X-ray projecting angles obviously.However,only 1 case was observed in other 184 patients(P＜ 0.01 ). All patients were cured successfully and no permanent atrioventricular blocking occurred. Conclusion Radiofrequency current catheter ablation combined with multiple X-ray projecting angles is helpful to increasing the successful rate and preventing complication in ablating therapy.

Methods The porcine cornea was prepared as de-cellular corneal matrix of porcine by the application of detergent enzyme combined process.The corneal epithelial cells,keratocyte and endothelial cells of porcine were removed completely and stored in -20℃ refrigerator after sterilization.The morphology of de-cellular corneal matrix of porcine was examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining under the light microscope.The structure characteristics of de.cellular corneal matrix of porcine under the scan electron microscope,and its physics features were investigated by the evaluation of water content,strength,expansion and transparency.The de-cellular corneal matrix of porcine were implanted to cornea stroma of rabbit and co-cultured with rabbit corneal epithelial cells for 4 weeks in vitro to assess the keracyte compatibility. Results The epithelial cells,keratocyte and endothelial cells of porcine were removed completely by trypsogen digestion.The collagen fibril network and collagen plates paralleled to corneal surface under the light microscope.The water content,strength,expansion。Ratio of light transparency of de-cellular corneal matrix of porcine were similar to normal porcine cornea.After implantation of de.cellular comeal matrix of porcine into rabbits corneal stroma,the edema of tissue was found in one week,and edema disappeared on two weeks and became clear on four weeks after surgery.The de-cellular eorneal matrix attached to rabbit cornea stroma well.No inflammatory eell and new vessel were found after surgery.The co-cultured rabbit corneal epithelial cells differentiated and proliferated on the surfaee of de-cellular corneal matrix and showed positive response for CK3.No statistically significant differences were found in the water content,strength,expansion of de-cellular cornea matrix of porcine among the normal,before dehydration,2 and 4 hours after dehydration cornea matrix(P＞0.05).However,the transparency was much better in the corneal matrix with 2-hour,4-hour dehydration in comparison with non-dehydration one(P＜0.05). Conclusion The structure features of de-cellular cornea matrix of porcine are similar to normal porcine cornea.Good biocompatibility is proved for xenogenesis of rabbit cornea.

Objective To investigate the effect of hypert riglyceridemia on vascular endothelial function. Methods With high-resolution ultrasound, flow and nitroglycerin-induced dilatation of the brachial artery were determined in thirty hypertriglyceridemic patients and thirty healthy subjects as controls. Serum lipid and plasma endothelin (ET) were determined. Results In patients with hypertriglyceridemia,flow-induced vasodilatation was much reduced compared with that in the control subjects[(2.7±2.0)% vs (15.0±8.0)%, P<0.001］.However, vasodilatation in response to nitroglycerin were similar in both groups［(15.0±5.0)% vs (16.8±9.0)%, P>0.05].Plasma ET level in the hypertriglyceridemic group was significantly higher than that in the control group［(106.22±19.16) μg/L vs (72.37±14.06) μg/L, P<0.001].ConclusionEndothelium-dependent vasodilatation was impaired in patients with hypertriglyceridemia.

Objective To provide references for enriching and innovating patterns of TCM syndrome differentiation by exploring the relationship between pathological changes and TCM syndrome differentiation of delayed graft function (DGF) after renal transplantation. Methods Totally 57 patients with DGF after renal transplantation who were diagnosed by pathological biopsy were also diagnosed by TCM doctors to obtain TCM syndromes. And the pathological diagnoses were compared with the distribution of TCM syndromes to discuss the relationship between them. Results All the patients were classified into four TCM syndromes:spleen-kidney qi deficiency, liver-kidney yin deficiency, qi-stagnation and blood stasis, and deficiency of both qi and yin. The results of pathological biopsy were as follows:acute tubular necrosis, calcineurin inhibitor toxicity and acute rejection. Quantitative corresponding relation was found between the pathological diagnoses and the TCM syndromes. Conclusion There are inner links between pathological diagnosis and TCM syndromes of DGF, which can be references for diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation.

Objective To understand the Oncomelania hupensis distribution and infection status in the schistosomiasis sur?veillance sites of Yunnan Province,so as to provide the evidence for making the control and prevention measures. Methods Eighteen administrative villages were selected as the surveillance sites where the schistosomiasis endemic was serious in 18 epi?demic counties,one village for one county. The snail status was investigated with the systematic sampling and environmental sampling methods,and the infection status of the snails was detected by a microscope and loop?mediated isothermal amplifica?tion(LAMP). The surveillance database was established and descriptively analyzed. Results In 2015,the total surveillance ar?ea was 1 826.55 hm2,and the area with snails was 55.03 hm2,that was reduced by 57.70% as compared to that in 2013,and by 40.63% as compared to that in 2014. No new snail area was discovered,and also no schistosome infected snails were discovered. Totally 718 532 frames were surveyed,and the occurrence rate of frames with snails was 0.45% and the density of living snails was 0.013 9 snail/0.1 m2. In the endemic controlled areas,the snail area and density of living snails were both the highest. The snails concentrated on the environments of paddy field,ditch,bottomland,small reservoir,and dry land,and the vegetations of rice,dry crop,weed and wood. The snail area,occurrence rate of frames with snails,total number of snails and number of liv?ing snails all showed a downward trend. No infected snails were found for three years. Conclusions The Oncomelania hupensis snails have been effectively controlled in the national schistosomiasis surveillance sites of Yunnan Province. However,the com?prehensive snail control measures still should be continually strengthened in order to consolidate the achivements.

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of GP73 in alcoholic disease .Methods GP73 was measured by ELISA in 44 alcoholic fatty liver ,43 alcoholic hepatitis ,32 alcoholic cirrhosis ,67 non‐alcoholic fatty liver patients and 120 healthy control per‐sons .Meanwhile ALT ,AST ,ALP ,GGT ,Alb ,TBil ,AFP were measured .Results GP73 of alcoholic fatty liver ,alcoholic hepatitis , alcoholic cirrhosis ,non‐alcoholic fatty liver patients and healthy control group were (84 .22 ± 26 .22) ,(157 .98 ± 39 .71) ,(201 .23 ± 61 .14) ,(62 ± 14 .02) ,(47 .08 ± 22 .75)ng/mL respectively .The GP73 differences between patients and healthy control group had statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Before and after therapy of alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis patients had statistical signif‐icance(P<0 .05) .Sensitivity of diagnostic value of GP73 in ALD was 71 .4% and specification was 95 .2% .Conclusion Serum GP73 elevates in types of alcoholic liver disease and show significant diagnostic value .Decrease of GP73 could be applied to assess treatment of alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis .

Objective To determine risk factors for the miss rate of colorectal adenomas during colonoscopy.Methods A total of 981 patients,diagnosed as having at least one polyp in colonoscopy,received a second colonoscopy in 6 months from November 2012 to March 2016.All polyps were removed in the second colonoscopy.Bio-information of patients such as sex,age,surveillance interval and features of polyps such as number,size,shape,location,pathology,withdrawal time,bowel preparation was retrospectively analyzed.Factors associated with the miss rates in these patients were analyzed with Chisquare and was also analyzed with Logistic regression model for multiple factors.Results A total of 981 patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 604 males and 377 females.Miss rates of males and females were 38.9％ (235/604) and 27.9％ (105/377) (P＜0.01)respectively.Age ranged from 25 to 87 years with mean age being 61.0±9.7 years.Miss rates of senior patients ＜65 and ≥65 years were 31.5％(195/619) and 40.1％(145/362) respectively (P＜0.01).A total of 1 728 adenomas were found in first colonoscopy.A total of 2 267 adenomas were found in the second colonoscopy.The adenoma miss rate was 23.8％ (539/2 267).The miss rate of adenoma whose size ≤ 5 mm was 42.5％ (311/732);and that of larger size of 6 to 9 mm was 17.8％ (194/1 090);that of even larger size,i.e.,≥10 mm,was 7.6％(34/445)(P＜0.01).Miss rates of Is,Isp,Ip,LST and Ⅱ adenomas in shape were 28.4％(489/1 720),9.3％(24/235),6.6％ (12/182),9.0％(6/67) 20.5％ (8/39) respectively (P＞0.05).Location with highest adenoma miss rate were descending colon,ascending colon and transverse colon,27.8％(64/230),25.5％(120/470),25.5％ (161/632) respectively.Miss rates of high and low risk adenoma were 44.8％ (277/618) and 17.4％ (63/363) (P＜0.01).The highest adenoma miss rate of all the pathology type was tubular adenoma.The adenoma miss rate was 26.9％ (449/1 671) (P＜0.01).Miss rates of good and poor bowel preparation were 30.2％ (271/897) and 82.1％ (69/84) (P＜0.01).Miss rates of adequate and inadequate withdrawal time were 24.3％ (174/717) and 62.9％ (166/264) (P＜0.01).Conclusion Male,old-age,diameter ≤ 5 mm,poor bowel preparation and inadequate withdrawal time,high risk adenoma are the risk factors for missed adenoma.But the shape and location of adenoma are not the risk factors.
