Flavonoid naringin is widely distributed in various types of plants and is an important component of herbal Drynaria. In previous studies, Drynaria has been demonstrated to have inhibitory effects on inflammatory responses and bone destruction and exert anabolic effects on bone, has been widely used in the clinical treatment. Naringin, was in the stage of experimental yet. The experimental results have confirmed that naringin suppressed inflammation including arthritis by lowering the expression of inflammatory cytokines, and the mechanism can be explained as reducing the expression of NF-κB. Naringin has been shown to increase osteoblast proliferation by increasing the expression of BMP-2, inhibit osteoclast activity by reducing the expression of RANKL. In animal experimental, naringin was useful for osteoporosis, and the mechanisms are in-depth studies. Research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and orthopedics, naringin as a explicit material structure in the components of Drynaria, has been concerned about the experimental studies, it is not only prosperity the development of traditional Chinese medicine research, but also ready for clinical studies anti-inflammatory and bone effects of naringin in the future.

Objective To analyze the genotype distribution of human papillomavirus( HPV) strains and their epidemiological characteristics in cervixes of Chinese females. Methods Pertinent litera-tures published during 2004 to 2013 were screened from PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)and Wanfang database for data analysis. Results There were 245 studies screened out for the me-ta-analysis. A total of 661 658 cases met the inclusion criteria, ranging from 16 to 87 years old. All prov-inces and territories of China were covered by the data. The overall rate of HPV infection in cervix was 25. 0% among Chinese females. The predominant high risk genotype of human papillomavirus strains was HPV16,followed by HPV52,HPV58,HPV18,HPV33 and HPV31. HPV52 and HPV58 genotypes were more prevalent than HPV18 genotype. HPV35 and HPV45 genotypes were less popular. Conclusion The study suggested that the HPV infection showed obvious regional differences in genotypes. The genotype dis-tribution of HPV infection in China was different from that in other regions of the world. There were differ-ences with genotype distribution of HPV strains among seven geographic regions of China.

Aortic dissection is a common disease which is very dangerous, with high mortality rate.Bypass graft for the treatment of DeBakey Ⅲ dissection has outstanding advantages than the ordinary replacement of thoracic aorta, and some patients will inevitably require the use of the procedure. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of the subclavian artery-abdominal aorta bypass graft on hemodynamic parameters in the false lumen and the effectiveness of surgical treatment.First of all,the idealized three-dimensional geometric models of DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection and its subclavian artery-abdominal aorta bypass graft operation were constructed, respectively. Then the models were imported into ANSYS 11.0 for finite element analysis. Results of numerical simulation showed that both velocity and pressure of the blood flow were reduced after bypass graft at the entrance and in the internal sac of false lumen, which is very favorable for reducing the impact of blood flow on false lumen, slowing down the further expansion of entrance, preventing the breakdown of false lumen, and promoting the healing of dissection. Therefore, the subclavian artery-abdominal aorta bypass graft operation is an effective surgical method for the treatment of DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection in some particular cases. This operation is with great prospects for clinical application.

Objective The aim of this study is to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF genes among different age groups of healthy Chinese Han individuals, and to analyze the correlation between the mRNA and protein expression levels andthe age of individuals in order to find new molecular markers for forensic age estimation. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 150 unrelated healthy Chinese Han individuals. The plasma was centrifuged from the whole blood by gradient centrifugation, and the totalRNA was extractedwithTrizol fromperipheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs).Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to quantitatively analyze the mRNA relative expression levels of ERCC1and XPF in PBMCs.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to quantitatively analyze the protein expression levels of ERCC1and XPF in plasma. Results There were no significant differences in the mRNA relative expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF in PBMCs between males and females(P>0.05).Significant differences were found in the mRNA relative expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF between different age groups (P<0.05).Regression analysis showed thatthe mRNA relative expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF were both negatively correlated with age.The correlation coefficients(r) were-0.578 and-0.844,respectively.When the age was used as independent variable(x) and the mRNA expression relative level as dependent variable (y),the fitting curveswere Y=3.3E-5X2-0.0261X+1.9175 (R2=0.3244,P<0.01),Y=0.0003X2-0.0459X+2.0439 R2=0.729,P<0.01),respectively.There were no significant differences inthe protein expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF in plasma between different age groups or genders (P>0.05).Conclusion The mRNA relative expression levels of ERCC1 and XPF in PBMCsdeclined with the increase of age, however, the protein expression levels in plasma were unrelated to age.ERCC 1 and XPF genes can be used asnew molecular markers for forensic age estimation,so as to providetheoretical basis for establishing the mathematical model of ERCC1/XPF genesin concern ofindividual ages.
