Objective To establish the feasibility and clinical applications of intravenous myocardial perfusion imaging with Levovist in assessing the coronary microcirculaton reserve.Methods Intravenous myocardial contrast echocardiography (IMCE) was performed pre and post dipyridamole injection in 10 cases with normal coronary angiography (group I) and 8 cases with 50% to 70% stenosis in the lift anterior descending branch(LAD) (group Ⅱ) respectively.A set of special instrumental setting and an integrated imaging approach including power Doppler imaging,incremental triggering imaging and harmonic imaging were utilized to record the apical four chamber view.The power Doppler signals of the septum were analyzed and the time amplitude curves were plotted during Levovist infusion and incremental triggering.The maximal amplitude score (A),the mean ascending slope of the curve(?) and the product of A?? were measured.The reserve of A,? and A?? were also calculated.Results At baseline,both group I and group Ⅱ had normal myocardial perfusion.After dipyridamole infusion,contrast score A increased slightly in group I and decreased in group Ⅱ without statistical significance.Both ? and A?? were increased significantly after dipyradamole (P

The results showed that the invasiveness of stromal cells was stronger than that of epithelial cells; the invasiveness of cells from patients with endometriosis was stronger than that of the controls. Objective To study the indications of percutaneous ultrasound-guided direct fetal blood sampling; the methods of fetal blood assessment; and the relationship between the different puncture techniques and the complications. Methods Direct fetal blood sampling were performed on 90 pregnant women whose gestational age were from 16 to 36 weeks for medical indications under the guide of ultrasound. None stress test were performed before and after the puncture. Ulrtrasonographies were done at 2 hours and 24 hours after the procedure. Results There were no severe maternal or fetal complications such as fetal loss and placental abruption. The incidence of bradycardia was 35.6%(32/90), all recovered within 60 seconds; the incidence of bradycardia happened within 4 hours after the puncture was 2.25(2/90). There was a positive relationship among the incidence of bradycardia, the volume of blood taken and the place of punctures,r=0.27 and 0.36 respectively. There was one case with placental changing happened after 2 hours of the puncture, the placenta changing incidence was 1.1%. No emergency cesarean section was done due to the complications of the procedure. All the umbilical cord were normal when the babies were born. Conclusions Direct fetal blood sampling is a safe technique for both fetus and the mother under the guide of real time ultrasound. The data come from fetal blood analysis give reliable informations about chromosome, congenital infections, the status of fetal metabolism, endocrine system and hematologic system directly, which make this technique unreplacable for intrauterine diagnosis.

Objective To study the immunodiagnostic potential of recombinant membrane protein Tetraspanin 2 of Schistosoma japonicum(rSjTsp2) as a diagnostic antigen. Methods The rSjTsp2 was expressed and purified as an antigen used in indirect ELISA to detect specific serum antibody against Schistosoma japonicum of rabbits that at different stages of infection, and the results were compared with those of ELISA using natural antigen (AWA) as antigen. Results The sensitivities of rSjTsp2-ELISA were 75.4% (46/61),77.6% (45/58) and 81.5% (44/54), respectively, 2, 4, 6 weeks after rabbits were infected with Schistosoma japonicum, meanwhile the sensitivities of AWA-ELISA were 68.9% (42/61),86.2% (50/58) and 88.9% (48/54), respectively. The sensitivity difference of two methods was not significant statistically (x2 = 0.652, 1.454,1.174, all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The rSjTsp2 is expressed successfully in vitro, and rSjTsp2 recombinant protein expressed in prokaryotic system has a certain application potential in immunodiagnosis.
