Objective:To investigate prevalent aeroallergens in ChongQing and their sensitization risk factors in children with allergic diseases,especially asthma.Methods:Skin prick tests with 13 standardized aeroallergens and questionnaires were used.A total of 298 patients,aged between 4~15 years and were diagnosed with allergic asthma and or allergic rhinitis,were investigated.Results:The total positive rate of allergen was 84.9%(253/298).The prevalence of aeroallergens were following:the first was house dust mite,cockroach followed,the third one was cat dander;the positive family history of asthma was 69.6%(116/230),asthma and rhinitis accounted for 67.2%(78/116)。Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that house dust mite was an independent risk factors for asthma(odds ratio Value(OR):2.602,95%CI:1.672～7.488),air conditioning had strong relationship with it(OR:1.659,95%CI:1.139～5.942).Conclusion:House dust mite is the major allergen of allergic diseases,especially asthma in ChongQing.Air conditioning is one of important risk factors for house dust mite sensitization.

Objective:To prepare Pingwei dispersible tablets and establish a method for the determination of atractylodin. Meth-ods:HPLC was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)using methanol-water(75:25)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was at 340nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The optimized formula of the tablets was as follows:the proportion of inner disintegrant microcrystalline cellulose,out-side disintegrant carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and HPMC was 40%,9% and 2%,respectively. The adhesive was 2% HPMC in 70% ethanol,and 1. 5% magnesium stearate was used as the lubricant. The linear range of atractylodin was 0. 100 6-0. 503 0 μg(r=0. 999 9),and the average recovery was 99. 3%(RSD=0. 9%,n=6). Conclusion:The formula and the preparation process of the tablets are reasonable and the content determination method is simple,accurate and specific,which can be used in the quality control of Pingwei dispersible tablets.

Superficial siderosis of the central nervous system is a seldom disease in clinical practice. Its most common clinical manifestations are hearing loss and ataxia. It is a hemosiderin deposition in the surface of the brain and spinal cord after chronic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Magnetic resonance imaging can make the diagnosis. However, further research and clinical verification are needed.

Posterior capsule opacification(PCO) is a common postoperative complication of cataract surgery.PCO is usually caused by the proliferation,migration,epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT),collagen deposition,and lens fiber regeneration of residual lens epithelial cells(LECs).Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) has been proposed as the most important factor driving the trans-differentiation and pathologic fibrosis of LECs.A variety of studies have elucidated that the Smad signaling pathway plays a critical role in the transduction of TGF-β signal.However,there are still other signaling pathways which may be activated downstream by TGF-β,including phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/Akt(PI3 K/Akt),Rho,Wnt and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) pathways.This review highlights recent advances in the study of the signaling pathway of TGF-β in the pathological process of PCO.

Cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) is an important subtype of cerebrovascular disease. It is also one of the major reasons for resulting in vascular cognitive impairment or dementia in the elderly. SVD is a small arteriovenous lesion in subcortex caused by a variety of causes, mainly causing subcortical lacunar infarction, white matter damage, microblecds and other pathological changes. There is evidence that vascular endothelial function and blood-brain barrier damage may result in small vessel structures and perivascular changes, which may be the initial factors.of causing SVD. Genetic susceptibility is also one of the risk factors that can not be ignored.

Objective To study the awareness and behaviors for patients′ privacy protection among undergraduate nurses. Method By using questionnaire, the survey was conducted among 100 undergraduate nurses. Results The score on the awareness and behaviors for patients′privacy protection was (15.84 ± 1.25). There were significant differences in the awareness and behaviors among different internship time, gender and hospitals (all P<0.05). Conclusions Awareness and behaviors for patients′privacy protection among undergraduate nurses are at a medium level. It is a demand to enhance the education on patients′privacy protection , especially to male undergraduate nurses and at the beginning of internship so as to prevent the patient-nurse disputes.

Objective To investigate the effects of CO 2 pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on pulmonary functions in chronic pulmonary failure rabbits and their mechanisms. Methods A total of 50 healthy male rabbits ( oryctolagus cuniculus ) were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (N 0: n=5, no pneumoperitoneum), experimental control group (T 0: n=5, no pneumoperitoneum), 10 mmHg experimental group (T 10 : n=20, 10 mmHg pneumoperitoneum) and 15 mmHg experimental group (T 15 : n=20, 15 mmHg pneumoperitoneum). After the successful establishment of emphysema rabbit models, CO 2 pneumoperitoneum was conducted and maintained for 2 hours at the pressure of 10 mmHg (1.33 kPa) and 15 mmHg (2.00 kPa), respectively. Pulmonary functions (total respiratory resistance, central resistance and total airway resistance) of the 4 groups were measured by pulse oscillation technique before and after the pneumoperitoneum, respectively. Results Total respiratory resistance, central resistance and total airway resistance increased after the establishment of emphysema models. Objective To investigate the changes of detection rates of IL-2,IL-6 and serum anti-Chlamydia immunodominant protein antibody in the patients with Chlamydia trachomatis genital tract infection.Methods Sixty women with genital tract infection (CT group) and 60 healthy women (control group) were selected in our hospital from January to May 2016.The serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and anti-Chlamydia immunodominant protein and IL-2 and IL-6 levels in cervical secretions were detected in the two groups.Results The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of serum and cervical secretions in the CT group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the positive detection rates of serum OmcBc antibody,Pgp3 antibody,HSP60 antibody and CTT841 antibody in the CT group were 45.00%,75.00%,23.33% and 38.33% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The positive detection rates of IL-2,IL-6 and serum anti-Chlamydia immunodominant protein antibody in the patients with genital tract Chlamydia infection are significantly increased,which has some guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
