Multifocality and multicentric breast cancer (MMBC) has been attached remarkable importance.The diagnosis of MMBC is of great importance for breast cancer individualized management,particularly regarding the choice of surgical method.A discovery of MMBC may be verified decisions to perform a wider excision which will avoid the appearance of positive margins.As for the results of conservative surgery developed by MMBC,however,contradictory conclusions exist in the related documents.No general common has been reached.MMBC may also alter the solution of the axillary basin.

Objective To analyze the effect of Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in senile mycotic vaginitis. Methods 100 patients with senile mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with nifuratil nystatin alone.The observation group were treated with Fuke Xiaoyan prescription.The inflammatory factors of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) and oxidative stress products of SOD, nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were determined before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.0% and 80.0% respectively.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The difference of the inflammatory factors between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of SOD and NO in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but the levels of the inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of MDA and ET-1 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratil and nystatin has a good effect in the treatment of senile mycotic vaginitis.It can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the level of oxidative stress products , thus improving the patients'life quality.

Objectives:To study the relationship between the expression of PS2 protein and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) ,c-erbB2 status and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods:PS2 protein expressions in 52 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rate of PS2 protein was 59.6 %(31/52) in 52 patients.There was significant correlation between PS2 protein and menopausal status,ER status,PR status respectively.Tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node status were not significantly related with the expression of PS2 protein.Patients with PS2 protein positive expression had higher 5-year-survival rate than those with PS2 protein negative expression.Conclusion:PS2 protein appears to be an independent and valid prognostic factor of breast cancer,and detection of PS2 protein expression was useful for treatment of breast cancer.

The current studies showed that there was little contradiction between the result of risk level of lung cancer from the extrapolation by the miners' epidemiology study and that of the epidemiology study on radon exposure within residence.For the widely adoption of the energy-saving measures and the high closeness of modern constructions,assembling of radon in the houses is intensified,which attracts people's attentions to the influence of indoor radon and its daughters on health.The character of radon,source of indoor radon pollution,influence on human health and the control measures were introduced in the present paper.

The antero-posterior chest rcentgenogram of mitral valve disease before and after valve prosthesis were presented for the preliminary evaluation of the surgical effects. The criteria included cardio-thoracic ratio, DPA/DHT X 100, diameter of Rt descending oranch of pulmonary artery, diameter of Rt upper pulmonary vein, total huar width, pulmonary hypertension, changes of pulmonary artery tributaries, K-B line, interlobar pleural thickening and pleural effusion. 15 cases of mitral valve dilation were selected randomly for control. The cardiopulmonary changes of the prosthetic group showed significant improvement 1/2 month postoperatively. the rate of improvement was rapid within the first 2 month and then slowed down gradually but improved steadily during the first year of convalescence. Objective To set up a method for determination of the trace amounts of aluminium(Ⅲ) in water samples. Methods Second derivative polarogaphy was used. Results In a solution of acetate buffer(HOAc-NH4OH, pH=5.8), Al(Ⅲ)reacted with Berllon Ⅲ to form a complex and a sensitive polarogaphic adsorptive wave appeared at -0.54 V(vs.SCE). By using the 2nd derivative polarogaphy measyrement, the wave height had a linear relationship with the concentration of Al(Ⅲ)in the range of 0.005-0.300 ?g/ml. The limit of detection was 3.0 ng/ml. RSDs were 5.4%-9.1%. Recovery rates were 92.7%-108.0%. Conclusion The present method is sensitive, accurate with high selectivity and can be applied to the determination of the trace amounts of Aluminium(Ⅲ) in water sample with satisfactory results.

Objective To discuss the causes,the methods of intraoperative prevention and treatment of local recurrence in patients after operation for rectal carcinoma.Methods Fifty-two re-operated patients with local recurrence of rectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results In these 52 patients,there were 14 patients with perianus and pelvic cavity recurrence,31 patients with stoma recurrence,4patients with vaginal wall recurrence,2 patients with prostate gland recurrence and 1 patient with implantation in the incision of abdominal wall.Among them,36 patients underwent radical operation,13 patients had palliative resection and 3 patients were treated by enterostomy.The median survival time for the groups who underwent radical(operation) and palliative resection was 33.5(12~80) months and 12(3~23) months respectively.(Conclusions) Patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer should still be given aggressive operative(treatment).Radical resection of the lesions and formal radical lymphadenectomy can prolong patient survival time and improve quality of life.
