Objective To analyze the situation of the intellectual development of children between 0 to 18months.Methods Using Denver Developmental Screening Test(DDST),1 064 children aged between 0 to 18 months in four items:their indicidual and social reaction ability,subject-touching reaction ability of fingers,and speaking ability as well as movement ability were tested,each itern had 2 kinds of tests and here only need to test one kind which is shown on the left part of DDST.Every example need to understand the pregnancy history,family history,birth of children,past history,parents'jobs and education level.The measured results were calculmed,about the ages of which 50%examlnation could pass in each test itern and 90%could pass,and compared with tested children in Denver.Results The passing rate of same item would be increased as age increases.the passing rate would be different between different test items in the sslne age,and the more difficult the item,the lower the passing rate.The common trend of children's intellectual development Was in accordance with that of Denver children,whereas there were age differences that pass certain items.Conclusion As a screening way of infants'intellectual tests,DDST had universal significance.Lacking scientific education was an important cause of mental retardation in children.

Objective To discuss the relationship between the incidence of lymph node metastasis and tumor size in patients with non small cell lung cancer,and to provide evidence for clinical operation and follow -up treat-ment.Methods 180 patients with non small cell lung cancer who were hospitalized and recieived Lobectomy opera-tion were selected,the clinical data of patients and resection of tumor size,lymph node metastasis were retrospectively analyzed,and then the relationship between the lymph node metastasis and tumor volume was investigated.Results 180 cases of patients with lymph node metastasis rate was 37.20%,in which hilar lymph node metastasis rate was 11.02 percent and mediastinal lymph node metastasis rate was 10.95%.Lung lymph node metastasis rates in lymph node metastasis,hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis of T1a were 13.21%,15.09% and 13.21%;those of T1b period were 38.09%,35.71% and 28.57%;of T2a period were 44.44%,37.78% and 31.11%;of T2b period were 64.26%,57.14% and 53.57%;and those of T3 period were 58.33%,66.67% and41.67%.Lymph node metastasis,hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis in lung lymph nodes transfer rate with patients of T1a had significantly differences compared with patients of T1b,T2a,T2b and T3 stage.(χ2 =5.363,6.175,4.372,8.778, 5.363,9.631,7.936,9.631,20.463,7.521,6.175,4.387,all P <0.05).Hilar lymph node metastasis and lung metastases of T1b and T2b had a significant difference (χ2 =12.353,4.585,all P <0.05).Conclusion For non -small cell lung cancer,tumor size is positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and the greater the tumor size, the greater the likelihood of lymph node metastasis.

Objective To construct a cDNA expression library of Humulus pollen and provide the basis for screening the major allergenic components and producing recombinant allergen of Humulus pollen.Methods Verdure Humulus pollen were collected and preserved in liquid nitrogen after being sift out.Total RNA was extracted from the Humulus pollen with trizol reagent,and cDNA was synthesized by RT-PCR with purified total RNA.Then the cDNA was digested by SfiⅠ and the fragments smaller than 400bp were removed by chroma spin-400 column,and the fragments longer than 400bp were ligated with ?TripIEx2 Vector.The library was packaged in vitro and a small portion of packaged phage was used to infect E.coli XL1-Blue MRF′ for titration.The diversity of the library and the length of the inserted fragments were analyzed by PCR.Results The cDNA expression library contained 5?10~(5) recombinants and the percentage of recombination was 90%.The average length of inserted cDNA fragments was about 1.02kb.Conclusion The constructed cDNA expression library contains appropriate contents and sizes of cDNA fragments and is qualified for screening target cDNA clone.

Objectives:To study the relationship between the expression of PS2 protein and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) ,c-erbB2 status and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods:PS2 protein expressions in 52 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rate of PS2 protein was 59.6 %(31/52) in 52 patients.There was significant correlation between PS2 protein and menopausal status,ER status,PR status respectively.Tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node status were not significantly related with the expression of PS2 protein.Patients with PS2 protein positive expression had higher 5-year-survival rate than those with PS2 protein negative expression.Conclusion:PS2 protein appears to be an independent and valid prognostic factor of breast cancer,and detection of PS2 protein expression was useful for treatment of breast cancer.
