Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To observe the changes of nitric oxide(NO), nitric oxide synthase(NOS),and endothelin(ET) contents in plasma after acute cerebral infarction(ACI), And to evaluate the therapeutic effect of nimodipine on their changes. Methods 110 cases with ACI were randomly divided into Nimodipine therapeutic group(Nimodipine is used with general therapy,Nimodipine group) and general therapeutic group(general group). NO, NOS and ET contents in plasma at different time after ACI were observed, while control group was set up.Results ET content in plasma after ACI increased significantly until recovery. NO and NOS contents in plasma rise at the beginning, then they declined. ET contents had significant difference between Nimodipine group and general group( P 0.05).Conclusion NO, NOS and ET interfered with the complex process of pathologic after acute cerebral infarction. Nimodipine had therapeutic action on ACI partly depended on affecting content of ET in plasma.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsA total of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with conventional therapy and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The experimental data of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the changes of knee joint pain score, joint effusion and joint mobility in the observation group is better than those in the control group. The change of knee function score in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group (95.6%) is better than that of the control group (75.6%);There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients receiving treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is good, which is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2009;43(5):470-475
Objective To characterize the features of breast mucinous carcinoma on T2WI, dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE-MRI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and correlate the MR features with histopathology. Methods MR imaging in 8 women (aged 33--65 years old) with mncinous carcinoma of the breast verified histopathologically was performed on 1.5 T scanner with T1WI, FS T2 WI, 3D DCE-MRI using volume imaging for breast assessment(VIBRANT) sequence, DWI with b value of 500 and 1000 s/mm2 by single-shot EPI sequence. According to the lexicon of BI-RADS-MRI designed by ACR, the MR findings were retrospectively studied, including morphology, signal intensity on T1WI and FS T2WI, mass enhancement, the patterns of dynamic enhancement curve, and the mean ADC on DWI. The pathologic diagnosis was made according to the standard criteria by the World Health Organization Classification of Tumors. Results Five patients were pure mucinous carcinoma and 3 patients were the mixed. The amount of mucus ranged from 60% to 90%. All 8 tumors presented as a mass on MRI with low signal intensity on T1WI, high or strongly high signal intensity on FS T2WI and high signal on DWI. The tumor size ranged from 1.3 to 3. 2 cm in diameter. Five tumors showed rim enhancement in early phase and the central part was gradually enhanced in delayed phase. One tumor presented slightly heterogeneous enhancement. Two tumors showed progressively heterogeneous enhancement. The mean ADC values of tumor were (2.41±0.28) ×10-3 mm2/s with b value of 500 s/mm2 and (2.06 ±0. 14) × 10-3 mm2/s with b value of 1000 s/mm2, and higher than that of the normal breast tissue [ ( 1.71 ±0. 32) × 10-3 and ( 1.43 ± 0. 24) × 10-3 mm2/s]. Conclusions The MR features of breast mucinous carcinoma on T1WI, DCE-MRI, and DWI are different from that of invasive ductal carcinomas and may reflect its distinct histological type. The combination of these MR sequences may lead to a pre-operative diagnosis of this tumor.

Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with swallowing training on dysphagia after stroke. Methods Ninety-five patients with difficulty in swallowing after stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group (48 eases) and a control group (47 cases). The patients in the treatment group were provided electromyographic biofeedback and swallowing training; the patients in the control group received swallowing training only. The therapeutic effect was assessed with Kubota's drinking water test before treatment and 30d after treatment. Results Swallowing in both groups improved after treatment. The total recovery rate in the treatment group was 87.5%,and in the control group it was 68.0%,a significant difference. Conclusion Electromyographic biofeedback can improve the effectiveness of swallowing training after stroke.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
A bacterium that contains a chitin deacetylase has been isolated from ocean soil. It has been identified Baciluus .The best suitable condition of producing this enzyme is that pH is 4.0,35℃,and the incubate time is 80 hours in the present of Ca 2+ as well as having no chitosan. The best temperature of this enzyme when it acts is 40℃~50℃ and the best pH range is 4.5~5.0.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1771-1773
Objective:To analyze the feature of anaphylactic shock induced by alprostadil injection. Methods: Totally 1624 pa-tients treated with alprostadil injection in our hospital from January to March 2014 were undergone adverse drug reaction monitoring. Six cases of anaphylactic shock induced by alprostadil injection were statistically analyzed. Results:6 cases of anaphylactic shock induced by alprostadil injection occurred in the department of intervention and most of thd reaction happened in arterial injection. Two lot num-ber of drugs were in high frequency. Patients showed a sharp fall in blood pressure, chest discomfor, palpitation, shortness of breath, paleness, sweating and other symptoms. After anti allergy, blood pressure, oxygen the rapy and other treatment measures vital signs gradully stabilized. Conclusion:Anaphylactic shock induced by alprostadil injection is in correlation with the administration mode of artery injection. The change of the patient' s condition and vital signs should be closely observed when we inject the patient with alpros-tadil injection. We must prevent the occurrence of serious adverse reactions.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the value of MR imaging with a contrast enhanced multi phasic isotropic volumetric interpolated breath hold examination (VIBE) in diagnosis of primary liver carcinoma. Methods Thirty two consecutive patients with surgical pathologically confirmed 42 foci of primary carcinoma of liver underwent comprehensive MR examination of the upper abdomen, routine two dimensional (2D) T1WI and T2WI images were acquired before administration of Gd DTPA for contrast enhancement. Then, contrast enhanced multi phasic VIBE was acquired followed by 2D T1WI images. The lesion appearances on hepatic arterial, portal venous and equilibrium phases of VIBE sequence were carefully observed along with delineation of hepatic arterial and portal venous structures. The lesion detection rates and lesion characterization ability were compared among various MR sequences. Results 33(78.6%), 30(71.4%), 38(90.5%) and 42(100%) foci were displayed respectively on T2WI, non enhanced T1WI, enhanced T1WI and enhanced 3D VIBE images ( P
