1.The Controversy of Surrogacy and its Ethical Analysis under the Perspective of Population and Social Vicissitude
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(8):982-984
With the aggravation of population aging and the change of social convention, especially after the introduction of two-children policy, some families wish to have two children can not be achieved due to various reasons. Therefore, they use assisted reproductive technology to achieve fertility aspirations.Surrogate is a controversial topic in the assisted reproductive technology, the contradictions between the normal reproductive rights of the infertile woman and the women who have lost their children but passed the age of childbearing and the bad ethical consequences and rights disputes of surrogacy. How to avoid the bad ethical consequences and meet the demand of reasonable surrogate is the major issue worthy to be discussed.
2.Application of VEGFR in tumor ultrasound molecular imaging
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(9):998-1001
Ultrasound molecular imaging has become one of the hotspots of molecular imaging because of its advantages of non-invasion, non-radiation, repeatability and real-time dynamic imaging. The key of imaging is to select the appropriate target and ligand to bind to the ultrasound contrast agent. The formation of blood vessels in the development of tumor is a significant feature. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) is an important specific molecule on tumor vascular endothelial cells, and which can be used as a target for tumor ultrasound imaging. In recent years, many scholars have carried out related studies on the imaging of ultrasound molecules targeting VEGFR. This paper reviewed the mechanism and application of tumor ultrasound molecular imaging with VEGFR as target in recent years.
3.Curative effect analysis of routine western medicine combined with psychological intervention in treatment of senile hypertension
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):270-271
Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of routine western medicine combined with psychological intervention on senile hypertension. Methods 100 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given Kato Pury treatment, and the experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group, and pay attention to the psychological state of the patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were (41.09±2.26), respectively (38.92±2.15). The SAS score and SDS score of the control group were (53.18±2.41), respectively (48.19±2.56). The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group patients with diastolic blood pressure (84.19±3.18) mmHg, systolic blood pressure (131.92±11.64) mmHg diastolic blood pressure was significantly better than the control group (90.11±4.11) mmHg and systolic blood pressure (148.28±12.39) mmHg, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional western medicine combined with psychological intervention in treatment of senile hypertension treatment effect is better, can significantly improve the depression and anxiety of patients, blood pressure control, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

7. Cytoplasmic domain of leukemia inhibitory factor receptor regulates proliferation and differentiation of leukemia cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(11):1165-1168
Objective: To investigate the effect of the cytoplasmic domain of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) receptor α submit, gp190CT3, on activation of the JAK/STAT3 signal transduction pathway and on promotion of leukemia cell HL-60 differentiation into granulocytes. Methods: pcDNA3, 0-gp190CT3 was used to transfect CHO cells. Using immunofluorescent cytochemistry, RT-PCR and flow cytometry techniques, we detected the expression of gp190CT3 gene and protein in the stably-transfected CHO cells. Then the stably-trasfected CHO cells were co-cultured with HL-60 cells and the morphological changes of the HL-60 cells were observed, the levels of STAT3 phosphorylation and the expression of the cell surface antigen CD15 were also determined. Results: Expression of gp190CT3 gene was found in pcDNA3. 0-gp190CT3 transfected CHO cells and gp190CT3-stably-transfect CHO cells were obtained. Compared with the untreated HL-60 cells, the size of the co-cultured HL-60 cells was increased, the morphology was irregular and the level STAT3 phosphorylation and the expression of CD15 were increased. Conclusion: The LIF receptor α submit gp190CT3 participates in the activation of JAK/STAT3 signal transduction pathway and regulates HL-60 cell differentiation and proliferation.

In China,Chinese herbs have been used to promote health status and prevent diseases for a long history. Most of the herbs are administered orally, then metabolized and absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. After they enter gastrointestinal tract, the herbs meet gastrointestinal bacteria and exert effects on microbial community, resulting in affecting the health status of animals. This paper summarized the effects of Chinese herbs on gastrointestinal bacteria.

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Partial immunoactivities of peptidoglycan(PG)isolated from lactic acid bacteria were investigated.PG isolated from strain Z8 and Z17 of lactic acid bacteria respectively, had similar immunoactivities. The phagocytic function of M?(macrophage)increased markedly and serum lysozyme activity was significantly enhanced by injection of PG-extracts on mice.Investigation of immuno-enhancing effects of PG on vaccine of Newcastle disease in chickens showed that the hemagglutination inhibition levels of PG were higher than that of the control and the level was maintained for a longer time as compared to the control.
