Objective To establish the feasibility and clinical applications of intravenous myocardial perfusion imaging with Levovist in assessing the coronary microcirculaton reserve. Methods Intravenous myocardial contrast echocardiography (IMCE) was performed pre and post dipyridamole injection in 10 cases with normal coronary angiography (group I) and 8 cases with 50% to 70% stenosis in the lift anterior descending branch(LAD) (group Ⅱ) respectively.A set of special instrumental setting and an integrated imaging approach including power Doppler imaging, incremental triggering imaging and harmonic imaging were utilized to record the apical four chamber view. The power Doppler signals of the septum were analyzed and the time amplitude curves were plotted during Levovist infusion and incremental triggering. The maximal amplitude score (A),the mean ascending slope of the curve(?) and the product of A?? were measured. The reserve of A,? and A?? were also calculated. Results At baseline, both group I and group Ⅱ had normal myocardial perfusion. After dipyridamole infusion, contrast score A increased slightly in group I and decreased in group Ⅱ without statistical significance. Both ? and A?? were increased significantly after dipyradamole (P

Objective To study the clinical application of intravenous myocardial contrast echocardiography(IMCE) in assessing myocardial reperfusion by using intravenously infused Levovist before and after percutaneous coronary interventions(PCI). Methods IMCE was performed in 20 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) before and after PCI. The power Doppler signals of the myocardial segments were analyzed and the time-amplitude curves were plotted during Levovist infusion and incremental triggering. The maximal amplitude score(A), mean ascending slope of the curve(?) and product of A?? were measured. All the patients were followed up 3 months later for assessing IMCE items of left ventricular function. Results A significant increase was showed in A,? and A?? after PCI(P

Objective To study the clinical application s of intravenous myocardial contrast echocardiography (IMCE) in assessing myocardial reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) using intravenously infused Levovist. Methods IMCE was performed in 13 AMI patients before and after thrombolytic therapy. The power Doppler signals of the myocardial segments were analyzed and the time-amplitude curves were plotted during Levovist infusion and incremental triggering. The maximal amplitude score (A), the mean ascending slope of the curve(?) and the product of A?? were measured. All patients were followed up for 3 months. And then IMCE indices were estimated for left ventricular function. Results There was a significant increase in A,? and A?? between before and after thrombolysis(P

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(6):967-968
Objective To analyze the correlation of acute pancreatitis with hyperlipemia and C reactive pro-tein. Methods 42 patients with acute pancreatitis with hyperlipemia were divided into two groups of SAP group and MAP group under the diagnostic code. The blood fat and CRP were compared between the two groups, also the scores of APACHE Ⅱ , Ranson and CT were measured. Results The CRP and TG in group SAP compared with those in group MAP had significant difference(P<0.01),but the CHOL has no-difference;the scores of APACHEⅡ , Ranson and CT after control lipid in 42 patients were significantly' different( P < 0.05). Conclusion Hyperlipe-mia is one risk factors of the AP;combined with the CRP, it can be one evaluating index of the severity.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(6):463-453
In this study, the implementation methods for the several functions are explored on RayStation 4.0 Platform. Those functions are passing the information such as ROI names to a plan prescription Word file. passing the file to RayStation for plan evaluation; passing the evaluation result to form an evaluated report file. The result shows the RayStation scripts can exchange data with Word, as well as control the running of Word and the content of a Word file. Consequently, it's feasible for scripts to inactive with third party softwares upgrade the performance of RayStation itself.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(9):1353-1359
An instrumental analysis method for the determination of stable silicon isotope ratio using multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( MC-ICP-MS) was established. In dry plasma mode, silicon isotopes suffered from the spectrum polyatomic interferences of C, N, O, H at medium resolution. The sample gas flow had significant effect on the silicon sensitivity and signal stability. Besides, higher sample gas flow lead to higher production of 14N16O. Consistent δ29Si and δ30Si within 0. 04‰ (1σ) could be obtained over a mass range of ca. 9 milli-amu at the lower mass side of silicon at medium resolution. The analyte concentrations of the sample and reference material were matched within 20% to avoid concentration effect on the determination of silicon isotopes using standard-sample-bracketing correction method. The measurements were not sensitive to the acid molarity and Cl matrix. An internal precision of less than 8×10-6(1σ) could be achieved for 29 Si/ 28 Si and 30 Si/ 28 Si by taking an integration time of 8 seconds. The long-term reproducibility of 0 . 06‰-0 . 10‰ ( 2σ, n=20 ) was obtained for δ29 Si and δ30 Si by repeating the analysis of the silicon reference materials, whilst the determined isotopic value for GBW04421 and GBW04422 were in good agreement with the recommended data, suggesting the precision and robustness of this method. The measured silicon isotopic values of fresh waters ( river and lake waters ) , saline waters and seawater demonstrated the capability of applying this method to trace the biogeochemical processes of silicon in natural waters.
