ObjectiveTo observe the serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-1 in children with Kawasaki disease and its clinical significance.Methods38 childrey with of Kawasaki disease were selected as observction group,then selected 38 cases of normal children as control group.Serum IL-6,IL-10 and IL-1 levels were observed two groups.ResultsObservation group IL-6,IL-10 and IL-1 levels were higher(t =10.3877,15.1010,15.1243,all P＜0.05),acute phase of observation group IL-6,IL-10,IL-1,etc.levels were significantly higher than the sub-acute phase patients ( t =9.7594,11.6486,11.6622,all P ＜ 0.05 ) and control group ( t =11.7032,11.7718,11.8267,all P ＜0.05 ).48h apoptosis rate in the control group( 2.8 ± 0.8 )％ was significantly lower than in children with Kawasaki disease(38.3 ±7.9)％ (t =38.59,P ＜0.01 ).Platelets increased[ (464.0 ± 110.2) × 109/L] of the IL-1 level in children with Kawasaki disease(663 ±94)ng/L was significantly higher than those without elevated platelet [ (307.0 ±104.9) × 109 /L ] of children( 492 ± 92 ) ng/L ( t =13.1044,P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThedetection of serum IL-6,IL-10 and IL-1 levels may aid clinical diagnosis of the condition of children with Kawasaki disease,complications and treatment,have important clinical significance.

Immuno-inflammation is one of the main pathophysiological mechanisms of ischemic brain injury,of which chemokines and its receptors widely participate in the occurrence and development processes of ischemic brain injury.Interleukin-8 (IL-8) and its receptors participate in the activation and chemotaxis of neutrophils into brain tissue,and may further aggravate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.At present,therapeutic drugs for IL-8 are mainly CXC chemokine receptor 2 antagonists,including narrow and broad-spectrum chemokine antagonists.This article reviews the advances in research on the pathological mechanism and targeting treatment of IL-8 in ischemic brain injury.

Thrombolytic therapy for ischemic stroke has received wide attention. Now the thrombolytic therapy mainly includes intervenous thrombolysis, intra-arterial thrombolysis, combination of intravenous and intra-arterial thrombolysis, and mechanical thrombolysis. The review mainly presents the recent progress in this field.

Objective We generated an experimental canine model of heterogeneous emphysema.The dogs subsequently underwent unilateral bronchoscopic lung volume reduction(BLVR).Observing the postoperative condition of ventilation/perfusion,blood gas analysis,respiratory dynamics,hemodynamic measurement,HRCT and radiologic outcomes,compared with the preoperative level,the correlative mechanism and the effects of BLVR were analyzed.Methods There were 15 healthy dogs that were treated samely with localized papain instillations under bronchoscopic guidance to generate heterogeneous emphysema.The right dorsal lobe was selected as the target area.All dogs were divided into 3 groups randomly.Group A was control group;Group B and Group C received BLVR 6 weeks later while group A was raised as the same way.Group B underwent endobronchial valve insertion(EVI);Group C underwent bronchial blocking with albumin gel.Measurements were made in each animal at 3 time points:prior to papain exposure(base-line),after establishment of emphysema(6 weeks later),6 weeks after BLVR.Data included blood gas analysis(PaO2,PaCO2),respiratory dynamics(respiratory peak pressure,lung compliance),hemodynamic measurement(pulmonary artery pressure,pulmonary capillary vessel wedge pressure),nuclear ventilation/perfusion scan(CTS,CTS/PIX).Dogs were euthanized at 6-week time point followed by autopsy.The data was statistically managed and compared.Results After development of emphysema,all dogs exhibitted aggravation in PaO2,PaCO2,PAP and lung compliance(P0.05).Through ventilation/perfusion scan,CTS/PIX of the target areas reduced(P

Despite the general agreement that calculation ability is an important component of cognition,and a comprehensive cognitive evaluation should include testing for calculation ability,there is a significant paucity in study and evaluation of acalculia.In this paper,the concepts and classification of acalculia are proposed;main neuropsychological theoretical models and cerebral mechanisms are presented;clinical appearances,standard testing instruments and related study of acalculia are intensively reviewed;finally,rehabilitation training of acalculia is initially discussed.
