Abstract: Objective　To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of late diagnosed HIV/AIDS cases (LD) in Sanya from 2010 to 2021, and to provide evidence for reducing the LD rate. Methods　The database was downloaded from the AIDS Prevention and Control Information System of China's Disease Prevention and Control Information System and newly reported HIV/AIDS cases between 2010 and 2021 in Sanya were included, identified LD according to the LD criteria proposed by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2014 and analyzed the relevant factors of LD. Results　From 2010 to 2021, a total of 710 research objects were included in this study. The proportion of LD was 33.4% (237/710), and decreased from 95.5% to 22.4% between 2010 and 2021 (χ2trend=34.777, P<0.001). Ethnic groups, educational level, sample sources and confirmed date were the relevant factors of LD of HIV/AIDS in Sanya City. The proportion of LD was 56.8% in Li ethnic group, which was higher than that in Han ethnic (OR=2.253, 95%CI=1.361-3.670). The proportion of LD of patients who were middle school and less was 55.5%, which were more likely to be LD than high school or above (OR=1.722, 95%CI=1.072-2.765). The proportion of LD was 56.8% in patients whose samples were from medical institutions or testing consultation were more likely to be LD than MSM (OR=5.564, 95%CI=3.278-9.444; OR=2.204, 95%CI=1.239-3.923). Compared with patients who were confirmed between 2018-2021, the patients derived from 2010 to 2013 had higher LD (OR=2.246, 95%CI=1.311-4.488). Conclusion　The LD of HIV/AIDS in Sanya cannot be ignored, especially the HIV/AIDS from counseling and testing and medical institutions. We should strengthen HIV testing, strengthen health education.

To prepare salvianolic acid phospholipid compound. With the compound of salvianolic acids and soybean phospholipid as the index, mono-factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment were conducted to screen its technical parameters. According to the results, the optimal preparation conditions of salvianolic acid phospholipid compound were that THF were taken as the reaction solvent, the concentration time was 3 h, the reactant concentration was 5 g x L(-1), the mass ratio of salvianolic acids and phospholipid was 1: 1.5, and the reaction temperature was 40 degrees C. The oil/water partition coefficient of the prepared salvianolic acid phospholipid compound significant increased in water and buffers with different pH values. The results of phase analysis such as DSC, XRD and FTIR indicated that salvianolic acids existed in phospholipid in an amorphous state.

Astragalus polysaccharides was lounded to 4-(2-aminoethylphenol), followed by labeling the APS-Tyr with fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC) at the secondary amino group. The absorption enhancement effects of low molecular weight chitosan and protamine on astragalus polysaccharides were evaluated via Caco-2 cell culture model. The results show that the fluorecent labeling compound has good stability and high sensitivity. On the other hand low molecular weight chitosan and protamine also can promoted absorption of the astragalus polysaccharides without any cytotoxity, and the absorption increase was more significant with increasing the amount of low molecular weight chitosan and protamine. At the same time, the low molecular weight chitosan has slightly better effect. The transepithelial electric resistance (TEER) of Caco-2 cells show that absorption enhancers could improve its membrane transport permeability by opening tight junctions between cells and increasing the cell membrane fluidity.

The purpose of this research was to prepare total salvianolic acids-phytosome-HA coprecipitate to improve drug dissolution and its micromeritic properties. Firstly, the coprecipitate was prepared by solvent method and in vitro dissolution of tripterine was performed with the salvianolic acid B and danshensu as criteria. At the same time, the micromeritic properties was characterizated, the structure of samples was characterized by TEM, DSC, XRD and FTIR. Results showed that when the ratio of drug to HA was 1:2, it had a better dissolution, the accumulative drug-release percent in vitro at 60 min was over 90%. At the same time, it has good liquidity and low moisture absorption. Its micromeritic properties have improved. It is proved that the drug still existed amorphously by microstructure analysis. The preparation process is simple and feasible, it has practical value.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of intervention with unilateral mastication on masseter muscle asymmetry.

METHODSForty-three subjects (19 males and 24 females, mean age 20.0∓0.5 years) with unilateral chewing were divided into group A0 with motivation and without intervention, group A1 with motivation and intervention, group B0 without motivation or intervention, and group B1 without motivation but with intervention. In groups A0 and A1, the motivation was removed and groups A1 and group B1 received interventions. Surface electromyography was recorded using surface electromyography in all the subjects in mandible postural position (MPP), with maximum clenching in intercuspal position (ICP) and during chewing. The sEMG of the left and right masseter muscle were separately recorded to assess the asymmetry index of the masseter muscles (ASMM) and its changes after intervention.

RESULTSIn groupA0, the ASMM at MPP, during maximum clenching and chewing had no obvious changes after removal of the motivation. In group A1, the ASMM at MPP, during maximum clenching and chewing were obviously decreased after intervention. In group B0, the ASMM at MPP and during maximum clenching showed no obvious changes but ASMM during chewing significantly increased after removal of the motivation. In group B1, the ASMM at MPP, during maximum clenching and chewing all decreased obviously after intervention.

CONCLUSIONInterventions can significantly improve the bilateral symmetry of the masseter muscles in subjects with unilateral chewing, and the motivation for unilateral chewing should be removed before intervention.

A variety of biomarkers have been identified in recent prospective and retrospective reports as being potentially predictive of venous thromboembolis (VTE), particularly idiopathic deep venous thrombosis (IDVT). This study identified a serum tumor biomarker for early screening of IDVT. A total of 128 IDVT patients (54 females and 74 males; average age: 50.9±17.4 years) were included. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), ferritin, β2-microglobulin, cancer antigen (CA) 125, CA 15-3, CA 19-9, squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), prostate specific antigen (PSA), free PSA (f-PSA), and beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) in patients with IDVT were detected. Malignancies were histo- or cytopathologically confirmed. Of the 128 IDVT patients, 16 (12.5%) were found to have malignancies. Serum CEA, CA 125, CA 15-3, and CA 19-9 were found to be helpful for detecting malignancies in IDVT patients. Our study revealed a positive association between these markers and tumors in IDVT patients. On the other hand, SCC and AFP were not sensitive enough to be markers for detecting tumors in patients with IDVT. No significant differences were found in positive rates of ferritin and β2-microglobulin between tumor and non-tumor groups, and no significant difference exists in serum levels of ferritin and β2-microglobulin between the two groups. Carbohydrate antigens, CA 15-3 in particular, may be useful for differential diagnosis and prediction of malignancies in patients with IDVT.
