Objective To investigate the infectious state and drug resistance of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection, so as to instruct the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Haemophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from the pa-tients with respiratory tract infection and performed by K-B methods. Nitrocefin slip test was applied into detecting β-lactamase. Re-sults A total of 45 Hacmophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from 760 specimen, with the isolation rate being 5.92%. Amoxicil-lin/claulanic acid,Azithromycin, Imipenem,Ceftazidime and Cefuroxime had the better antibiotic function and the average drug re-sistance was lower than 5 % ,The β-lactamase positive rate was 37.78 %. Conclusion The high drug resistance and β-lactamase pos-itive rate of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae isolated from respiratory tract characterized by multi-resistance must be taken seriousely.

(HIF-1?) in placental trophoblasts between normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the relationship of HIF-1? expression with magnesium sulfate treatment of PIH. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (SABC) was used to examine the expression of HIF-1? in 20 cases of PIH and 20 cases of normal placenta. Membrane-associated guanylate kinases (MAGUKs) is a class of postsynaptic density proteins (PSDs) in the postsynaptic dense of the postsynaptic membrane,including PSD-95,SAP-102,PSD-93,and SAP-97.MAGUK family members contain several protein binding sites,and these special binding sites are responsible for mediating a variety of signal transduction.MAGUKs participate in the occurrence and development mechanisms in central nervous system diseases,and has become a topic of general interest of neuroscience.This article briefly reviews the roles of MAGUKs in ischemic brain injury.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of kidney stones minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 397 cases patients with kidney stones were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group were treated with the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment,and the later group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy for percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results The experimental group of taking the net rate was 97.48％,and the time of taking the net rate was 87.15 ％,higher than those of the control group(x2 =14.72,24.78,all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the shortened operation time,(t =2.36,P ＜ 0.05),the reducing amount of bleeding (t =3.27,P ＜ 0.05),the shortened length of stay hospital (t =1.28,P ＜ 0.05),low complication rate (x2 =17.06,P ＜ 0.05) took place in the experimental group.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of kidney stones is safe and effective,fewer complications,faster recovery,which is worthy of promotion.

Objective To study the relationship between TXA 2/PGI2 and pulmonary hypertension in Congenital Heart Disease(CHD).Methods The serum concentration of TXB2/6-K-PGF1? was determined in 63 patients with CHD by radioimmunoassay. Results TXB2 ，TXB2 /6-K-PGF1? increased significantly in P H,while 6-K-PGF1? decreased,the TXB2 /6-K-PGF1? varied in different PH groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion TXA2/PGI2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PH se- condary to CHD.

Objective To understand the serum adiponectin levels in normal subjects and type 2 diabetes patients with macrovascular complications, to investigate the correlation between adipnectin and macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods One hundred and two normal subjects, 116 type 2 diabetes patients and 123 type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications were recruited in the current study. The serum adiponectin levels among three groups were compared, and the factors affecting the serum adiponectin were investigated. Results ①The serum adiponectin level was significantly lower in type 2 diabetic patients (8. 62 ± 2. 97) mg/L than that in normal subjects (10. 03 ± 4.41) mg/L, and was the lowest in type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications(6. 17 ± 2. 55) mg/L(P < 0.05). ②Serum adiponetin level was negatively correlated with BMI,WHR,HOMA-IR,fasting insulin level, HbAlC and TG(r = -0.492, -0. 581, -0. 813, -0. 754, -0.619, -0.387, P<0.05). ③In a general multivariate regression, HOMA-IR fasting insulin and HbAlc.were negatively correlated with serum adipnectin level (r = - 0. 828, - 0. 769, - 0. 631, P < 0. 01). Conclusions The serum adiponectin level in type 2 diabetic patients is significantly decreased and even more in type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications. These results suggest that lower serum adiponectin level is related to macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients and maybe plays an important role in atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients.
