1.Effect of Shenqihuang Steady Plaque Caps Combining Simvastatin on Stabilization of Atherosclerosis Plaque in Rabbits

Objective To investigate the role of Shenqihuang steady plaque caps (SQH) and simvastatin on stabilization of atherosclerosis plaque in rabbits whit atherosclerosis (AS). Methods Forty-five rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: normal food group (A), instability plaque group (B), SQH group (C), simvastatin group (D), SQH add simvastatin group. A group was fed with common feeds, and B, C, D, E groups were given high cholesterol feeds. An atherosclerotic rabbit model was established by feeding high cholesterol diet supplemented for 12 weeks in B, C, D, E groups. Then C, D, E groups received corresponding drugs. At the end of 24~(th) week, the drug were injected into the aortic segments rich in plaque. Two weeks later, the concentration in serum of lipids, vascular cellular adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), intercellular cellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and high sensitivity C reaction protein (hs-CRP), and area of plaque, the thickness of endomembrane, ttmica media, fibrous cap were detected. 2.Clinical Observation of Shenmai Injection Combined with Trimetazidinee Tablet in the Treatment of Hypothy-roid Heart Disease

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenmai injection combined with Trimetazidinee tablet in the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease. METHODS:64 patients with hypothyroid heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in 2 groups were conventional treatment. Based on the treatment,control group was treated with Trimetazidine tablets 20 mg,orally,3 times a day;based on the treatment in control group,observation group was ad-ditionally treated with Shenmai injection 40 ml by intravenous infusion,once a day. The treatment course was 2 months. The clinic data was observed,including clinical efficacy,and T3,T4,TSH,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD before and after treatment,pericar-dial effusion depth and incidence of adverse reactions. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). After treatment,T3 and T4 in 2 groups were significantly higher than before,TSH and LVESD were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),however,the difference was not statistically significant between 2 groups (P>0.05);LVEF in 2 groups was significantly higher than before,observation group was higher than control group,LVEDD and pericardial effusion depth were significantly lower than before,observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05). There were no obrious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment,Shenmai injection com-bined with trimetazidinee has better efficacy than only trimetazidinee in the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease,with similar safety.
3.The effects of microarc oxide treatment on the bonding strength of titanium to ceramic

Objective:To study the feasibility of microarc oxide treatment on the enhancement of titanium-ceramic bonding strength. Method:Titanium samples in the size of 25 mm?3 mm?0.5 mm were prepared with smooth surface(group 1),rough surface(group 2) and microacrc oxide treated surface(group 3). Nickel-chromium alloy samples in the same size were prepared (group 4). The surface of the samples was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and dispersive spectrometry analysis. Then, the samples were bonded to porcelain. The bonding interface was observed by SEM. The bonding strength of the samples was measured by a three-point bending test according to ISO 9693.Results:Microarc oxide treated surface was rough and porous. The interface of microarc oxide treated surface bonded to porcelain was compact. The bonding strength(MPa) of the samples of group 1,2,3 and 4 to porcelain was 30.79?1.3,36.12?3.03,45.84?3.15 and 48.35?3.06 respectively(group 3 vs group 1 or 2 P0.05). Conclusion:The microarc oxide treatment on titanium can increase the titanium-ceramic bond strength.
4.Identification of Ranunculus ternatus by Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectrophotometry(FT-IR)

OBJECTIVE:To identify the medical material Ranunculus ternatus. METHODS: Potassium bromide was used for tabletting.The medical material Ranunculus ternatus and its isogeneric plants were analyzed by using infrared spectrometry.RESULTS:The infrared spectrogram of the medical material Ranunculus ternatus was distinctive and somewhat different from those of its isogeneric plants.CONCLUSION:Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry could be used for the identification of Ranunculus ternatus in that it is simple,rapid,reproducible and specific.
5.Sintering character of nanocrystal calcium-deficient apatite

Objective:To study the sintering character of calcium-deficient apatite.Methods:Calcium-deficient apatite synthesised by wet chemical method was sintered at different temperature and then its chemical composition, phase structure and morphology were examined by FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning microscopy (FESEM) respectively.Results:When the heating temperature is below 500 ℃, apatite crystal kept a stable size with a diameter of 12-26 nm and a length of 30-66 nm. After sintered at 600 ℃ for 2 h, apatite crystal were with a diameter of 25-40 nm and a length of 75-100 nm. Around 800 ℃ for 2 h, apatite was decomposed into Ca_3(PO_4)_2.The crystal size of the Ca_3(PO_4)_2 surpassed 200 nm in diameter and length. NH_4+ ion could be removed at temperature beyond 300 ℃.Conclusion: Calcium-deficient apatite has it's specific sintering character.
6.Effect of individualized nutritional intervention on body weight gaining during pregnancy and pregnant outcome

Objective To explore the effects of individualized nutrition intervention on body weight gaining and pregnant outcome in normal pregnant women. Methods Two hundred and twelve normal pregnant women admitted in our hospital before the 12th gestational week were divided into the observation group and the control group. Eighty-eight pregnant women admitted between October 2013 and January 2014 were assigned into the observation group and another 124 pregnant women admitted between June 2013 and September 2013 into the control group. The observation group was given nutrition assessment and nutritional guidance one by one and face to face by the nutritionist at three time points:around the 12 thgestational week, between the 22nd to 24th gestational week, and between the 32nd to 34th gestational week. The control group was given regular antenatal visits and lectures during pregnancy. These two groups were followed up until delivery. The comparisons were down between the groups in terms of body weight gain and complications during pregnancy, delivery mode and the change of perinatal fetus outcome. Results In the observation group, the body weight gaining of the pregnant women during pregnancy, the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the cesarean section rate were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The neonatal birth weight and the incidence of macrosomia were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutritional intervention given by the nutritionist can control body weight gaining during pregnancy, decrease the incidence of GDM, improve the pregnancy outcome and ensure the maternal and child health.
7.Specific labeling method in improving mixed placing of medical waste in neonatal intensive care unit

Objective To explore the effect of specific labeling method in improving the mixed placing of medical waste in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods Medical waste classification of 34 trash cans in the NICU of a hospital between July and December 2014 were investigated,July-September was pre-implementation phase of spe-cific labeling,October-December was post-implementation phase,mixed placing of medical waste between pre-and post-implementation phase was compared.Results A total of 504 cases of medical waste classification in NICU were investigated,252 cases respectively in pre-and post-implementation phase,74 cases of mixed placing were found. Mixed placing rates before implementing specific labeling was higher than after implementing (25.40%[64/252]vs 3.97%[10/252],χ2 =46.187,P <0.001 );before implementing specific labeling,57 cases of infectious waste and non-infectious waste were mixed placing,after implementing specific labeling,only 8 cases of infectious waste and non-infectious waste were mixed placing.Mixed placing were mainly performed by trainees for in-service training and interns,accounting for 39.06% before implementing and 50.00% after implementing.Conclusion The specific labeling for standardizing and managing of medical waste can improve the classification of medical waste in NICU, significantly improve the compliance of all kinds of health care workers to the standard handling of medical waste.
8.Risk factor analysis of prognosis of IgA nephropathy with microalbuminuria

Objective To analyze clinical and pathological data of IgA nephrology patients with microalbuminuria and investigate risk factors of its prognosis.Methods Clinical and pathological data of IgA nephrology patients with microalbuminuria were confirmed with renal biopsy and follow-up time with > 6 months of trace was reviewed retrospectively;24-hour urine protein quantification > 1 g, normal serum creatinine level when renal biopsy turned into abnormal level, or doubled serum creatinine level was defined as end point of follow-up.Renal survival was calculated with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and risk factors of progression were analyzed with univariate and multivariate Cox regression models.Results A total of 96 patients was followed up successfully, with an average follow-up time of (35.6 ± 22.7) months, and 34 cases (35.42%) entered the endpoint.The 12-, 24-, 36-, 48-, 60-, and 72-month renal survival rate was 97.92%, 92.71%, 86.45% , 81.25% , 71.88%, and 64.58%, respectively.Urine proteins, abnormal serum creatinine, Lee's Ⅲ~ V, renal interstitial fibrosis, glomerular sclerosis, and crescentic body were independent risk factors to affect prognosis of IgA nephropathy with microalbuminuria.Conclusions Early and active control of urinary microalbumin, and acute kidney injury caused by treatment of crescentic formation could slow the progress of IgA nephropathy.
9.Survey of compassion fatigue for hospital nurse

Objective To investigate the level of compassion fatigue and its influencing factors among ICU nurses.Methods A total of 1 530 ICU nurses in 2 third-grade hospitals in Wuwei city were investigated by using convenience sampling method,general questionnaire and Paramedics Compassion Fatigue Scale Questionnaire.Results The average original score of 7 items of compassion satisfaction was (2.73±0.39),and the item of emotional indifference got the highest score (3.31±0.26),the item of physical and mental exhaustion got the lowest score (2.13±0.22).It could be show that the age,intrinsic satisfaction,extrinsic satisfaction were the main influencing factors of compassion fatigue after multiple regression analysis.Conclusions To give regular psychological intervention and sharing the experience of nurses in different departments were an effective way to relieve nurses compassion fatigue and to reduce the nurses' psychological pressure.
10.Perceived organizational support's moderating effect on the relationship between personality and emotional exhaustion of Chinese armed police force

Objective To test the hypothesis that perceived organizational support(POS) plays a moderate role in the process of personality' s effect on emotional exhaustion.Methods Using POS,Revised NEO Personality Inventory and Emotional Exhaustion Inventory,376 special combat soldiers were tested from the Chinese Armed Police Force.Then SPSS 16.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis,correlational analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.Results The interaction of neuroticism and POS as well as the interaction of conscientiousness and POS were significant or marginally significant,respectively.POS significantly moderated the relationship between neuroticism and emotional exhaustion(β=-0.19,t=-2.82,P<0.01)as well as the relationship between conscientiousness and emotional exhaustion(β=-0.12,t=-1.95,P=0.052).Conclusion Neuroticism and conscientiousness are more strongly related with emotional exhaustion among individuals with low POS than high POS.
