Objective To investigate the effect of tirofiban hydrochloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its influence on homocysteine level.Methods 92 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-thrombotic,nitrates and other conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with tirofiban hydrochloride based on the conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.61% of the control group,the difference was significant (χ2=4.039,P<0.05).And the homocysteine level in the observation group was (5.38±1.02)μmol/L,which was lower than (7.27±1.19)μmol/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=8.179,P<0.01).After treatment,the cardiac function CO level[(4.96±0.98)L/min],EF level[(62.48±11.16)%]and SV level[(86.37±11.47)mL]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=2.271,2.954,2.911,all P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP level[(4.25±1.32)mg/L]and Fib level[(3.14±0.73)g/L] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=7.981,3.174,all P<0.01).ConclusionTirofiban hydrochloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease can effectively contribute to the reduction of homocysteine levels and alleviate atherosclerosis lesion progression,not only can reduce severity of myocardial ischemia and fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels,but also can reduce the thrombosis and inflammation produced by the degree of harm to the patients.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of occupation-safety education for prevention of sharp object injury among Chinese student nurses.Methods We searched PubMed,Springer,OVID,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases for studies comparing the effect of education versus non-education for nursing students to prevent sharp object injury.Results 13 eligible studies were included in this metaanalysis.The pooled data revealed that sharp object injury was statistically significantly reduced in the education group.Furthermore,a significant more proportion of students in the education group dealt with the injury correctly.Conclusions Occupation-safety education is effective for student nurses to prevent sharp object injury.

Objective To investigate and analyze the related factors about the occurrence of thyroid diseases induced by interfer‐on in treating the chronic hepatitis B .Methods A retrospective analysis and following up of 213 interferon‐treated patients with chronic hepatitis B were performed .They were treated for 48 weeks and Logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the risk factors of thyroid dysfuncion .Patients were followed up for 48 weeks after drug withdrawal .Results In 213 patients received interferon therapy ,there were 38 cases suffered thyroid dysfunction ,nine of which were hypothyroidism including six cases of Hashimoto′s disease and 3 cases of non‐autoimmune thyroid dysfunction ,six of which were hyperthyroidism including 3 cases of Grave disease and 3 cases of destructive thyroiditis ,five of which were subclinical hyperthyroidism and 18 of which were subclinical hypothyroidism .Until 48 weeks of following‐up after treatment ,all patients with thyroid function was normal .Logistic regression a‐nalysis showed that the risk factors of female(OR=3 .696) ,hepatitis C virus infection over the same period (OR=3 .675) and pre‐stored anti‐thyroid peroxidase antibody(OR=2 .008) were correlated independently with the suffering of interferon induced thyroid diseases in the chronic hepatitis B patients .Conclusion For patients with chronic hepatitis B virus using interferon therapy ,espe‐cially the woman who pre‐stored anti‐thyroid peroxidase antibody in a large number and infected with hepatitis C virus ,the clinical therapy should monitor the related index of thyroid function regularly to prevent the happening of thyroid diseases .

Objective To investigate the possibility of human papillomavirus late 1 (HPV-L1) protein detection in predicting the prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods (1)Through immunocytochemical method to detect expression of HPV-L1 protein in diagnosis of CIN before treatment. (2) Through hybridization and gene chip technology to detect expression of high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) in diagnosis of CIN after treatment for twelve months. Results (1) Comparing the three treatment methods in CIN patients, HR-HPV infection sustained no significant difference (P > 0.05). (2) The positive expression rate of HPV-L1 protein was 75.00% in CINⅠand 36.13%in CINⅡ~Ⅲbefore treatment, with statistically significant (P<0.05). (3) Persistent infection rate of HR-HPV was 5.97%in HPV-L1 positive expression group after treatment for twelve months and 19%in HPV-L1 negative expression group. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.05). (4) The expression of HPV-L1 capsid protein before treatment had a negative relationship with HR-HPV persistent infection after 12 months of treatment. Conclusion Detection of HPV-L1 protein before treatment can predict the prognosis of CIN which had been treated.

Objective To explore the level changes of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with cardiac syndrome X (CSX) and the effect of atorvastatin on hs-CRP level. Methods 25 patients with CSX and 10 matched healthy subjects were enrolled in this study, and the serum hs-CRP levels were compared between the patients and healthy subjects. The patients were randomly devidid into routine therapy group (n=12), which received diltiazem 30mg t.i.d and isorbide dinitrate 10mg t.i.d, and atovastatin thrapy group (n=13), which received the same dosage of diltiazem and isobide dinitrate, and atovastatin 20mg/d additionally. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. At the beginning and the end of study, standardized angina questionnaires and exercise stress test were performed in all patients, and their serum hs-CRP levels were measured. Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway of nursing on health education in patients undergoing tonsil-lectomy.Methods Participants included 180 patients undergoing tonsillectomy in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into the clinical pathway of nursing group ( experimental group) and the traditional nursing group ( control group) with 90 cases in each group.The sleep quality, heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, hemorrhage, health education com-pliance rate and nursing service satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The sleep quality, health education compliance rate and nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;The inci-dence of heart rate speed up, blood pressure increase, loss weight, the standard rate of health education, hemorrhage and the satisfac-tion of nursing quality was lower than that in the control group.There was statistical significance in the difference between the two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion Health education with the clinical pathway of nursing can improve the quality of nursing, promote the rehabilitation and increase the nursing service satisfaction .

Coronary fistulae and ventricular septal perforation are very rare clinically, and even less caused by cardiac leiomyosarcoma. A case is reported that a 67-year-old female had cardiac leiomyosarcoma with progressive heart failure and coronary fistulae and ventricular septal perforation. This case was special since all ante-mortem examinations and cardiac surgery failed to detect the presence of any abnormal car-diac mass. Therefore, the malignant cardiac tumors could appear in an invasive form without mass and be one of the causes of the coronary fistulae and ventricular septal perforation.

Objective:To establish a determination method for the content of cyproheptadine hydyochloride tablets and the related substances in the tablets by HPLC. Methods:The assay was performed on a CAPCELL PAK C18(Shiseido)(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with methanol-0. 002 5mol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate (adjusting pH to 3 with phosphoric acid)(60: 40) as the mo-bile phase. The detection wavelength was 225 nm, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the column temperature was 30℃ and the sample size was 10 μl. Results: Cyproheptadine hydyochloride had good linear relationship within the range of 4. 12-82. 40 μg·ml-1 ( r=1. 000 0), and the average recovery was 99. 2%(RSD=0. 8%, n=9). The peaks of the related substances were well separated from that of cyproheptadine hydrochloride. Conclusion:The method is simple, fast and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of cyproheptadine hydyochloride tablets.

Objective:To compare transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions.Methods: One hundred and one cases of infertile women were treated by transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.Results: One hundred and one cases of infertility by hysteroscopy diagnosis of 87 cases of intrauterine adhesions, transvaginal ultrasound 68 cases of intrauterine adhesions, 78.16% sensitivity, sensitivity and different degree of intrauterine adhesions without significant difference. The diagnosis coincidence rate of intrauterine adhesions was consistent with transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy.Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions, transvaginal sonography has the value of irreplaceable hysteroscopy. Vaginal ultrasonography can be used as the first choice for intrauterine adhesions.
