Objective To investigate the role of nursing group leaders in nursing level management Methods 19 nursing staff were divided into the observation group ( 10 nurses)and the control group (9 nurses). The observation group implemented the nursing level management, that was head nursesnursing group leaders-responsibility nurses, specific to the person in charge of patients, the treatment and nursing work was completed under the instruction of nursing group leaders. The control group obeyed the following patterns: head nurses-responsibility nurses. The test results of professional knowledge, comprehensive care quality of wards, satisfaction degree of patients and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Scores of technical operations and professional knowledge were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The scores of ward care quality and health education coverage of patients were significantly higher, adverse event rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction degree of doctors and patients was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The implementation of the nursing level management by appointing group leaders can help improve the level of nursing services, ward care quality, patient satisfaction and thus ensure high-quality care to carry out effectively.

Objective To improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis by discussing the ultrasonographic features of extrauterine pregnancy by the transvagiual ultrasonography. Methods To analyze the characteristic of 156 cases which were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography,the features as well as distinguish main point,throuth the ret- rospective method. Results The accuracy rate is 94.3 % in this group. Conclusion There are many styles of ultra- sonographic .features,which examined by transvaginal ultrasonography in the extrauterine pregnancy. And different from one to another. Itis in evidence to improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis by using transvaginal ultrasono- graphy. The differentiate diagnosis are related to the history of sickness and the mutuality test and check.

An assay for the affinity of serum anti-HBc in chronic hepatitis B patients and asymptomatic HBsAg carriers by 125I,22Na double isotope radioimmunoassay is described.In 7 asymmptomatic HBsAg carriers and 9 chronic hepatitis B patients.the affinity of anti-HBc was 3.25±2.13×106L/Mole in the former,whereas 0.75±0.56×106L/Mole in the latter.The titers of anti-HBc did not correlate to the affinity of anti-HBc and its possib]e role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B is discussed.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of preoperative XELOX chemotherapy combined with psychological intervention on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods The control group, advanced gastric cancer patients underwent surgical treatment, XELOX chemotherapy was given before the operation.The study group was treated with psychological intervention on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two patients with advanced gastric cancer were recorded.Results Study group five years survival rate(63.83%),disease-free survival(42.55%),no advanced end point event probability(46.81%)was significantly higher than the control group(five and 44.68%year survival rate, disease-free survival rate was 23.40%,no advanced end point event probability 27.66%),data comparison study group P<0.05;wound healing reaction indigestion, gastrointestinal reaction, infection, oral mucositis incidence was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the preoperative XELOX chemotherapy combined with surgical treatment on the basis of advanced gastric cancer with the corresponding psychological intervention can effectively improve the curative effect and prognosis,has positive significance to guarantee the quality of life of patients, life safety.

Objective To investigate the public demand on the information of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods This paper analyzed the public demand on traditional Chinese medicine information in Jinan by using the research methods of questionnaire investigation and interview. It included the access and trust to obtain information. Results The ways to obtain information were many and different, and the trust toward the information came from different ways differ from one another. There were a lot of difficulties for people to obtain Chinese medicine information. Conclusion It may help to meet the demand for the Chinese medicine information to strengthen information supervision and release authoritative information.

Early detection of pancreatic cancer is difficult and most of patients with pancreatic cancer present with locally advanced stage disease or distant metastasis on diagnosis. Micrometastasis occurs in the majority of pancreatic cancers larger than 2 cm in diameter and making early diagnosis and treatment essential to improve the prognosis. Small pancreatic tumors less than 2 cm in diameter can be missed on transcutaneous ultrasound, CT and MRI. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) has been considered the most sensitive modality in evaluation of pancreatic lesions. It can be placed in close proximity to the pancreas and provide real-time, high resolution imaging using a high frequency ultrasound probe to find lesions as small as 5 mm. Recently, small pancreatic tumors have been increasingly detected with the widely used EUS. The development of new techniques such as EUS elastography, contrast-enhanced harmonic EUS (CEH-EUS) and fine needle aspiration biopsy (EUS-FNAB) have enhanced the ability of EUS in detection of small solid pancreatic tumors as well as in differentiation of malignancies from benign tumors.

Objective To investigate the mechanical properties and distributing characteristics of human fresh ulnar compact and its correlation to strain rate.Methods Impact compressive experiment for human fresh ulnar compact bone at high strain rate =1.2?10~(3)/s by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bars(SHPB) were performed.Results The mechanical properties of human fresh ulnar compact bone varied along the longitudinal direction,the ultimate stress,breaking strain and dynamic compressive modulus at middle section were stronger than those at both ends,the strongest at section occurs nearly at the junction of proximal and middle thirds and the properties at the proximal end were much higher than those at the distal end.The ultimate stress at high strain rate was largely dependent on strain rate.Conclusion Under impact compression,the ulnar compact gets fractured easily at both ends,especially at distance section.
