1.Humanity spirit construction in medical education
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Traditional medical education has made enormous contribution for human health care and medical work for a long time. Since entering new century, the structure of order in medical and health work is confronted with severe challenges. Traditional medical education is severiously deficient in educational theory, humanism in guiding principle and practice and environment. These phenomena are, we think, the inevidable reflection of the inner conflicts between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the consequences resulting mainly from the separation of science and technology rom humanism in the technological era,and the biproducts from the unfavourable influence in the couse of marketingation. The outlet which changes the current situation lies in probing the medical educational pattern in the new century, doing the construction that the humane spirit of the medical education dimension well.
2.Genetic modification of bone marrow stem cells in treatment of hind limb ischemia
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(8):538-541
With the development of gene technology,it is gradually possible and much better for genetic modification of bone marrow stem cells in treatment of hindlimb ischemia. Gene modification of cells prior to their transplantation, especially stem cells, enhances their survival and increases their function in cell therapy. But this treatment is only used for the experimental stage. Here, we review the current uses of gene-modified bone marrow stem cells in vascular disease.
3.The influence of injection rate and time resolution on dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging of glioma
Journal of Practical Radiology 2016;(2):292-294,304
Objective To explore the influence of contrast agent injection rate and sequence time resolution on the dynamic contrast-enhanced MR iamging of brain glioma. Methods Fifty eight cases with suspected cerebral glioma were scanned on a Verio 3.0T MRI with the regular head sequences and DCE sequences. All the cases were divided into two groups. There were 41 cases in the regular group in which the injection rate was 3 mL/s and the time resolution was above 5.36 s.Another 1 7 cases were in the optimal group in which the injection rate was 4 mL/s and the time resolution was about 4 s.The DCE images of two groups were Postprocessed by the Tofts model analysis. The curve shape of AIF were evaluated and divided in to the excellent or the secondary level.Chi-square test was used to compare the results of two groups. Results The curve shape of optimal group was much better than that of regular group(P<0.05).Conclusion Speeding up the injection rate and the time resolution of DCE sequences would improve the image quality of DCE MRI of glioma.
4.Philosophy,Objectives and Methods on Ideological and Moral Construction for Medical Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
By analyzing the status quo of moral construction of current Chinese medical students, the authors make an in-depth analysis and accurate grasp of human nature, establish a scientific concept of morality education, and clarify the objective which aims to develop students into real "socialized individuals" with mental health, personal integrity and all-round development.Four moral methods including vertical process, horizontal extension, virtual network and class building are created to promote the ideological and moral construction for medical students.
5.Characteristic of Electrocardiogram for Female Patients with Apical Ballooning Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(7):690-692
Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram (ECG) characteristics of apical ballooning syndrome (ABS) in female patients in China. Methods 50 female cases of ABS patients from medical periodicals in China were analyzed. Results 50 patients were in sinus rhythm, 98% patients were abnormal in ECG. ST segment elevated in 85.7% of them, ranged 0.1-0.8 mV, and came down in 30 min-2 weeks. T wave inversion was found in 42% of them, 24% with pathological Q wave, which disappeared in 6 hours-1 month. 28% showed QT interval prolongated, 38% complicated with arrhythmia. Conclusion The abnormal ECG is common in female patients with ABS, which is transient and reversible.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor from normal breast epithelial. In recent years, many literature reports sought to determine the expression of predicted target genes of microRNA and their potential function, pathways and networks, which are involved in the tumorigenesis, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. The miR-21 has recently been found to be highly expressed in solid tumors than normal tissue, and it has exposed some layers of gene expression regulation that becomes a hot topic of breast cancer. This paper briefly reviews advances in research on miR-21 in breast cancer.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(31):28-30
Objective To investigate the effect of the psychological behavior intervention on the mental status and clinical symptom of patients with functional constipation. Methods All of 78 patients with functional constipation diagnosed by Rome m diagnostic code were randomly divided into study group (n =40) and control group (n = 38). The psychological behavior intervention was used in the study group, the caccagogue and symptomatic treatment was used in the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depressive scale (SDS) was analyzed and the improving of clinical symptom, adverse effect was compared before and after 4 weeks of treatment respectively. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group significantly decreased after treatment [ (36.25±8.61 )scores vs (42.97±9.25 )scores, P<0.01 ;(38.81±6.53)scores vs (43.36±7.18 )scores ,P < 0.01].There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05).The effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group .(97.50% vs 84.21%,P <0.05). The rate of celiodynia, diarrhea and the recrudescence after the course of treatment in control group was 23.68%, 15.79% and 89.47% respectively, while this numerus in study group was 5.00%,2.50% and 5.00%. Conclusions Psychological behavior intervention plays an important role in the treatment of functional constipation. It can improve the mental status, clinical symptom, and decrease the adverse effect.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the changes on the number and distribution of myoepithelial cells (MECs) during parotid gland regeneration.
METHODSA total of 54 Wistar rats were divided into eight experimental groups and one normal control group, with six rats in each group. The right parotid ducts of the rats in the experimental groups were ligated for 14 days and then reopened. The parotid tissue specimens were harvested at days 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, and 21. The histological changes of the regenerating gland were examined using hematoxylin-eosin staining. Immunohistochemical labeling was also performed to investigate the changes in the number and distribution of MECs at different time points of parotid regeneration. Both the histological and immunohistochemical changes observed in the experimental groups were compared with those in the normal control group.
RESULTSThe parotid gland showed marked atrophy 14 days after ligation. Most acinar cells disap- peared, but the number of duct-like structures obviously increased. MECs apparently increased in number and were mainly located at the periphery of the duct-like structures. Three days after duct reopening, the number of acinar cells significantly increased and the duct-like structures significantly reduced. Meanwhile, MECs also decreased in number and were mainly located at the periphery of the newly formed acini and duct-like structures. The number of MECs noticeably decreased 3 and 5 days after duct reopening. At 14 days after duct reopening, the glandular structures and the number and distribution of MECs returned to normal compared with those in the normal control group.
CONCLUSIONThe number and distribution of MECs returned to normal condition after parotid gland atrophy. Parotid regeneration mainly occurred within 5 days after duct reopening.

Objective To investigate the relationship of apolipoprotein E (ApoE) allelic frequency and serum lipid levels in patients with Alzheimer′s disease (AD). Methods DNA microarray was used to detect the ApoE genotypes of AD patients (n = 200) and age-matched non-demented elderly control subjects (n = 159). Serum lipid levels was measured by Immunoturbidimetric assay at the same time. We analyzed the ApoE genotype distribution and the relationship of apolipoprotein E ( ApoE ) allelic frequency and serum lipid levels . Results The ApoE ε4 allelic frequencies (25.5%) in AD group is higher than that of the control group (7.9%) (P < 0.05). The ε2 allele was associated with a higher ApoE concentration, whereas with a mediate concentration in ε3 and the lowest concentration ( P < 0 . 05 ) in ε4 . Serum concentrations of ApoE showed no significant difference between AD patients and the healthy population who were with the same genotype (P > 0.05). Conclusion The ApoE levels are negatively related to ApoE ε4 allele frequency and have no significant differences with the same genotype in AD and the control group, which suggests that lower serum ApoE levels in AD patients is caused by higher ApoE ε4 allelic frequency in AD than in healthy population.
