Objective To investigate the gastric smooth muscle tumor in the stomach filling under Ultrasound imaging characteristics. Methods 38 cases confirmed by pathology in the stomach filling leiomyoma Ultrasound image data of the Ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results Characterized by; submucosal circular, round, solid, hypoechoic, clear boundary, echo uniform tumor;a few blood flow within tumor, was particularly prevalent in the fundus, body;Size 0.5~5.0 cm,clear boundaries with the surrounding tissue. Filling the stomach Ultrasound technology to the diagnosis of gastric lipoma in line with the rate of 85. 2%. Conclusion Leiomyoma of the stomach in the stomach filling with characteristic under Ultrasound, stomach filling Ultrasound diagnosis of gastric smooth muscle tumors have a certain value.

Objective To explore the effect of improving clinical practice ability of nursing undergraduates via double evaluation. Methods From September 2015 to May 2016, 61 nursing undergraduates enrolled in 2012 to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected by convenience sampling method and divided randomly according to their student number into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (31 cases). According to the double evaluation method adopted in the experimental group, clinical teaching scheme was modified dynamically. In the control group, clinical teaching was conducted according to clinical teaching scheme made by the university, with OSCE and evaluation form of clinical practice ability as tools for observer and self evaluation. Results Within the experimental group, both scores of observer evaluation in OSCE and scores of self evaluation in clinical practice behavior showed a trend of going up in phases (P<0.05). In comparison of observer evaluation in OSCE at the 9th month, scores of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group in all dimensions except writing of nursing documents (P<0.05). In comparison of self evaluation in clinical practice behavior at the 9th month, scores of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group in all dimensions except communication ability, slightly lower (P<0.05).Conclusions With the double evaluation method adopted, dynamically modified clinical teaching scheme according to phases can obviously improve clinical practice ability of nursing students.

Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) combined with shear wave elastography (SWE) in the diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma (PTMC).Methods:The clinical data were retrospectively collected including 51 patients with PTMC (study group) and 49 patients with benign thyroid nodules (control group) who treatment in Maanshan 17 Metallurgical Hospital from October 2020 to December 2022. The clinical data, serum tumor markers, CDUS quantitative parameters, and SWE quantitative parameters were compared between the two groups, the correlation between CDUS, SWE quantitative parameters and serum tumor markers were analyzed by Pearson test, and the diagnostic value of CDUS, SWE quantitative parameters were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve. Results:The levels of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), thyroglobulin (TG), galactose hemagglutinin-3 (Gal-3), resistance index (RI), peak systolic flow velocity (PSV), elasticity modulus minimum (E min), elasticity modulus mean (E mean), and elasticity modulus maximum (E max) in the study group were higher than those in the control group: (28.76 ± 4.29) μg/L vs. (15.73 ± 2.96) μg/L, (117.53 ± 25.17) μg/L vs. (49.85 ± 9.64) μg/L, (8.31 ± 2.43) μg/L vs. (3.50 ± 0.82) μg/L, 0.85 ± 0.21 vs. 0.54 ± 0.13, (44.18 ± 8.26) cm/s vs. (22.05 ± 6.49) cm/s, (15.80 ± 1.94) kPa vs. (12.97 ± 1.58) kPa, (38.02 ± 10.39) kPa vs. (23.16 ± 7.83) kPa, (60.13 ± 19.41) kPa vs. (34.65 ± 11.87) kPa, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). In patients with PTMC, the results of Pearson test showed that, RI, PSV, E min, E mean, and E max were positively correlated with serum CEA, TG, and Gal-3 levels ( P<0.05). The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of the combined diagnosis of PTMC by RI, PSV, E min, E mean, and E max was 0.937. Conclusions:CDUS combined with SWE can provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis of PTMC.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of acupoint massage for postpartum hypogalactia in puerpera.
METHODSA total of 60 puerpera of cesarean section were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. In the observation group, 2 cases were dropped out. Finally, there were 28 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group. In the control group, the routine nursing after operation in obstetrics department was given, guiding maternal breastfeeding and postpartum health education. In the observation group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, the corresponding acupoints were selected from the breast related meridians for massage. Acupoint massage was given since the 3rd day after operation, 8:00 am to 9:00 am, once a day, 1 min at one acupoint, continuously for 5 days. The lactation volume, breast filling, galactostasis and milk viscosity were compared in the parturient of the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.
RESULTSFrom the 1st to the 2nd days, the differences were not significant in lactation volume, breast filling and galactostasis score between the two groups (all>0.05). From the 3rd to 5th days, the lactation volume, breast filling and galactostasis score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (all<0.01). The difference in milk viscosity was not significant in the first 4 days between the two groups (all>0.05). On the 5th day, the score of milk viscosity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (<0.01). The cured rate was 64.3% (18/28) in the observation group, which was better than 13.3% (4/30) in the control group (<0.05).
CONCLUSIONMassage at the acupoints from the breast related meridians effectively promotes the lactation secretion in puerpera of postpartum hypogalactia and alleviates breast distention.
