1.Study on heparin concentration of sealing fluid for diabetic patients with trocar retain

Objective To compare effect on sealing up tubes by using heparin of 3 different con-centrations and make choice of the suitable concentration.Methods The diabetic patients who needed trocar retain were averagely divided into 3 groups,namely group A,B and C with 10 cases in each group.Heparin concentration was 50 U/ml in group A,75 U/ml in group B,100 U/ml in group C respectively.The recanalization rote was compared between the three groups.Results Statistical significance was observed between group A and group B.The obstruction rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in obstruction rate between group B and group C.Conclusion Heparin concentration of group B was suitable for sealing tubes for diabetic patients.
2.Manufacture of double-deck pillow and its application during thyroma operation

Objective To approach the preoperative exercise of body position and the comfortable post operative body position of thyroma patients,to elevate the degree of comfort and satisfaction of patients,reduce the complication and promote the rehabilitation of patients.Methods 60 thyroma patients(all underwent operation and with drainage tube)in general surgery department of our hospital from January 2004 to February 2006 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before the operation the double deck pillows were used in the experimental group and the ordinary pillows were used in the control group.The therapeutic result was observed in both groups.Results The degree of comfort,the first-class healing rate of incision and the postoperative complications rate were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Condusiom The application of the double-deck pillow in thyroma patients could augment the degree of comfort of the preoperative exercise and postoperative body position,and could degrade the postoperative complications of thyroma patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
3.Development of self- starting devices and its clinical application in patients after major abdominal surgery

Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of self-starting devices in patients after major abdominal surgery. Methods From January 2007 to June 2009, 90 patients with major abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 patients in each. The observation group using self-starting devices 6 hours after surgery, the control group used the traditional approach to sit and lie. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results Significant difference existed in recovery of bowel movement, wound healing and incidence of pressure sore between the two groups. Conclusions Application of self- starting devices in patients after major abdominal surgery can promote recovery of bowel movement and wound healing and prevent incidence of pressure sore, so that patients can recover early.
4.Construction of plasmid coexpressing hepatitis B surface antigen and granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor

Objective:To construct plasmid coexpressing GM-CSF and HBsAg,enhance hepatitis B DNA vaccines antivirus effect.Methods:(1)The HBsAg-encoding fragment and GM-CSF-encoding fragment were created by PCR amplification from pEcob6 and pCD-hGM-CSF respectively,then were cloned into plasmid pcDNA3.1(+),pcDNA3.1-S and pcDNA3.1-GM-CSF(without stop codon)were constructed.(2)HBsAg DNA fragment (with stop codon) was amplified by PCR,then was subcloned into plasmid pcDNA3.1-GM-CSF.Results:Recombinant pcDNA3.1-S and pcDNA3.1-GM-CSF-S were confirmed by using restriction enzymes and DNA sequencing.HBsAg was detected in the lysates and supernatants from cells transfected with pcDNA3.1-S and in the lysates from cells transfected with pcDNA3.1-GM-CSF-S.Conclusion:Two eukaryotic expression plasmids were constructed successfully and could express HBsAg.

7.Migration of neural stem cells on the fibronectin-coated matrix induced by transforming growth factor beta 1

BACKGROUND:How to migrate transplanted or autologous neural stem cells(NSCs) into the exact focus region in a high survival rate to repair or replace injured tissues is a key problem using NSCs in treatment of damage to the nervous system.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF 0 1) on the directional migration of NSCs on growth matrix with fibronectin.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized control animal experiment was performed at the Institute of Neurology of Jiamusi University from March to November 2007.MATERIALS:A total of 72 Wistar rats of the same gene background were randomly assigned into 3 groups,a model control group,a simple NSC transplantation group,a TGF ?1 and fibronectin coated NSC transplantation group(combined transplantation group),24 in each group,Six rats in each time point(1,3,7 and 14 days after transplantation).METHODS:Rat models of focal cerebral ischemia were established by Zea Longa suture method in each group.5 u L of Brdu-labeled NSC suspension was injected into left lateral cerebral ventricle of rat models in the simple NSC transplantation group.2 ? L of 100 ?g/L TGF was infused into the sensor motor cortex of left side,and 5 ? L Brdu-labeled fibronectin coated NSC suspension into the left lateral cerebral ventricle in the combined transplantation group.Brain tissues were serially sliced into sections at days 1,3,7 and 14 after transplantation in each group.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Migration of Brdu-labeled NSCs in the brain of host.RESULTS:After in vitro cultured NSCs transplanted into rat models of cerebral ischemia,cells were living in the the subventricular zone at day 1 in each group.The cell number gradually increased at day 3.A large number of Brdu-labeled cells migrated from the lateral ventricle at day 7.Brdu-labeled cells in the subventricular zone became more and reached a peak.The number of positive cells was more in the combined transplantation group than in the model control group and the simple NSC transplantation group,with a significant trend of migration.Number of NSCs increased in the cortex at day 3 after transplantation,and reached a peak at day 7.Number of NSCs was more at each time point compared with the model control group,showing a significant difference.NSCs could differentiate into neurons in the cortex.CONCLUSION:TGF-?1 can accelerate the oriented migration of NSCs on the fibronectin-coated matrix.TGF-?1 and fibronectin in inducing NSC transplantation have synergistic effects.
8.Enhancing Hospital Infection Management and Ensuring Medical Safety

OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation of hospital infection management,investigate effective methods of hospital infection management and prevent hospital infection.METHODS The criteria of hospital infection management were established and consummated,and medical workers training was enhanced.Hospital infection and its risk factors were monitored,analyzed and feedbacked.We paid close attention to drug resistance and its distribution condition in our hospital.Some certificates for sterile apparatus and disposable medical supplies were examined and verified.RESULTS Hospital workers′ knowledge on hospital infection management was enhanced.Hospital infection was controlled through enforcing many kinds of management measures.CONCLUSIONS Enhancing hospital infection inspection and managing some important departments directly are safe and effective methods for controlling hospital infection and ensuring medical safety.
9.Clinical Contrasting Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Xuezhikang Capsules and Lovastatins

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Xuezhikang Capsules. Methods 92 cases of primary hyperlipidemia were randomly separated into experiment group and control group, Members in the experiment group were treated by Xuezhikang Capsules with 2 granules for one time and twice daily, lasting for 8 weeks. Members in the control group were treated by lovastatins after supper with 20mg for one time and once daily, lasting for 8 weeks, too. At the end of therapeutic courses, clinical efficacy of blood fat controlling was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference (P>0.05 )between the two groups in terms of blood fat improvement and total effective rate. Conclusion Xuezhikang Capsules was effective in controlling hyperlipidemia.
10.Analysis of Curative Effect of LEEP Combined with Tremella Shu in Treating Cervical Precancerous Lesions with HPV Infection

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with Tremella Shu in the treatment of cervical cancerous lesions complicated with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods From March 2013 to May 2017, 88 patients with cervical precancerous lesions complicated with HPV infection selected from March 2013 to May 2017 in Beichen Hospital of Tianjin were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,44 cases in each group. The control group were treated with LEEP, the experimental group was treated with LEEP combined with Tremella Shu,The HPV viral load, clinical efficacy and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate was 95.45% in the experimental group higher than that in the control group(81.81%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The HPV viral load in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion LEEP treatment combined with Tremella Shu on cervical precancerous lesions with HPV infection of clinical efficacy is significant, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce HPV viral load, worthy of clinical application.
