Although there are plenty of principles and standards on translation of traditional Chinese medicine into English, still mistranslation can not be completely avoided. This paper analyzed the phenomenon of mistranslation from perspective of its causes, cases and suggestion in order to provide enlightenment on improving translation levels.

Objective To analyze the relationship of pathogenesis and early management with prognosis of sylvian fissure contusion of brain caused by traffic accident. Methods A review was done on 36 cases with sylvian fissure contusion of brain caused by traffic accident, in which early improvement of respiration and management of combined injuries were performed according to injury severity and pathogenesis. Standard big bone flap craniotomy was done in 31 cases including bilateral craniotomy in 13. Of nine cases treated conservatively, four cases turned to operation due to aggravation. Results Of all, 18 cases recovery better but death occurred in eight, vegetative state in two, bad disability in two and moderate disability in six. Conclusions Early synthetic treatment, prompt decompression with standard big bone flap, paying attention to sylvian fissure contusion in the midline area, dynamic observation of injury and effective treatment can improve prognosis and reduce mortality rate.

Objective To observe the clinical value of application of low-dose scanning technology in dual source CT coronary angiography.Methods 200 cases who received coronary artery imaging were randomly selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number method,100 cases in each group.All patients underwent dual source CT angiography.The observation group was treated by adaptive prospective ECG gated sequence,the control group was treated with retrospective ECG gated sequences.The image quality and radiation dose to bear were compared between the two groups.Results The various stages of image score proportion between the two groups had no significant difference(P＞0.05).The average score of reading image of the observation group was (1.52±0.33)points,which of the control group was (1.48±0.46)points,there was no difference between the two groups(t=0.857,P＞0.05).The CTDL,DLP and ED in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group[the observation group:CTDL(23.41±5.82),DLP(224.61±85.44),ED(3.01±1.12)mSv;the control group:CTDL(34.09±6.77),DLP(82.93±94.28),ED(5.33±2.01)mSv],and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.963,12.443,10.083,all P＜0.05)].Conclusion Prospective ECG gated sequence technology can effectively reduce the radiation dose of the patients under dual source CT coronary angiography,reduce probability of radiation damage,and the image quality is not changed obviously,which meets the needs of clinical diagnosis.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between HLA-DRB1 alleles and chronic urticaria with positive autologous serum skin test (ASST) in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.MethodsASST was conducted in 144 patients with chronic urticaria,who were subsequently divided into two groups according to the test result:positive group (n =62) and negative group (n =82).PCR amplification with sequence-specific primers was used to determine the genotypes of HLA-DRB1 alleles in the patients and 199 normal human controls.Chi-square test was performed to analyse the difference in the frequency of HLA-DRB1 alleles between the 3 groups by using the SPSS 13.0 statistical software package.ResultsThere were significant differences in the frequency of HLA-DRB1*01,*1401 and *16 alleles among the patients with positive and negative ASST and the controls (x2 =10.92,Pc =0.032;x2 =35.34,Pc ＜ 0.01 ;x2 =12.69,Pc =0.032).Paired comparison revealed significant differences in the frequency of HLA-DRB1*1401 allele between the patients with positive ASST and controls(RR =17.09,Pc ＜ 0.01 ) as well as between the patients with positive and negative ASST (RR =7.20,Pc ＜ 0.01).ConclusionHLA-DRB1*1401 allele may be,or be linked to,the predisposing gene of chronic urticaria with positive ASST in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of pancreatic duct stent in preventing post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) of difficult bile duct cannulation.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent difficult bile duct cannulation during routine ERCP were randomized to receive pancreatic duct stent placement (S group) or not (NS group),and the incidence of PEP,hyperamylasemia and scores of abdominal pain were analyzed.Results There were 15 cases of hyperamylasemia and 5 cases of PEP occurred in S group,but no severe PEP was observed.The score of abdominal pain was (3.82 ± 1.48) in S group.There were 18cases of hyperamylasemia and 14 cases of PEP occurred,including 2 severe PEP in NS group.The score of abdominal pain was (7.48 ± 1.93) in NS group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of hyperamylasemia between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of PEP,severe PEP and the scores of abdominal pain were lower in the S group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Placement of pancreatic duct stent can reduce the PEP rate of difficult bile duct cannulation and relieve the abdominal pain.

Objective To analyze the association between the polymorphism of 5509-5511delCAA in exon4 of Tim-1 gene and the susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in a group of Han population from Yunnan province.Methods The PCR-DNA se-quencing analysis was used to detect the polymorphism of 5509-5511delCAA in exon4 of Tim-1 gene in 196 RA Han nationality pa-tients and 190 individuals of healthy physical examination(control).The ELISA method and indirect immunofluorescence assay was adopted to detect the three related aotuantibodies of RA,including the rheumatoid factors(RF)and the anti-cyclic citrullinated pep-tide(Anti-CCP)and the anti-keratin antibodies(AKA).Results There were statistically significant differences in genotype and al-lele frequency of 5509-5511delCAA between the RA group and the control group(P <0.05);the positive rate of RF and the anti-CCP between different genotypes of 5509-5511delCAA in the RA group had no statistically significant differences(P >0.05 ),but the positive rate of AKA between different genotypes of 5509-5511delCAA in the RA group had statistically significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion The 5509-5511delCAA site of Tim-1 exon4 has the polymorphic variation,the 5509-5511delCAA genotype maybe related with the genetic susceptibility to RA in Han population of Yunnan province,the different genotypes does not affect the expression of RF and the anti-CCP,but affects the expression of AKA.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of propofol pretreatment against hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury and oxidative stress in rats and the mechanism of the role of GSK-3 β.Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group (S group),ischemia-reperfusion group (I-R group),propofol pretreatment group (P group),TDZD-8 pretreatment group (T group).The hepatic ischemia-reperfusion rat models were established by the method of Nauta.Rats were subjected to 30-min,60-min and 90-min 70％ warm ischemia of liver followed by reperfusion for 120 min,respectively.Propofol (12 mg/kg · h) was injected via femoral vein 30 min before ischemia till the end of reperfusion in P group and TDZD-8 (1 mg/kg) were injected via femoral vein 20 min before ischemia in T group.The animals were killed at 120 min after reperfusion.Blood samples and the liver tissue were obtained.The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were analyzed.Liver morphological changes were observed using optical microscopy.p-GSK-3β Ser9 and total GSK-3 β expression was determined by Western blot.Results Compared with S group,AST,ALT,LDH and MDA level was increased,SOD level was reduced,and p-GSK-3 β Ser9 expression was significantly reduced in I-R group.Compared with I-R group,the content of AST,ALT,LDH and MDA was reduced significantly,SOD increased significantly,and the content of p-GSK-3β Ser9 increased significantly in P group and T group.There were no significant differences between P group and T group.The hematoxylin-eosin staining of hepatic tissues revealed in I-R group had severe structural damage and periportal inflammatory cells infiltrated,hepatocyte necrosis and sinusoidal congestion.In P group and T group,liver tissues had normal structure,less cell death,edema and inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusions Propofol can significantly reduce hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury by reducing oxidative stress and lipid hydroperoxides.This protective effect of Propofol may be associated with the inhibition of GSK-3 β by GSK-3 β Ser9 phosphorylation.

Objective To investigate the effects of cryopreservation on the growth and osteogenesis capa- bility of human bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)on demineralized bene matrix(DBM).Methods Bone marrow aspirates were obtained from the lilac crests of three donors.The BMSCs were isolated from the bone marrow by density gradient centrifugation.Cells of passage 3 were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen for 24 hours,and then re- covered.The non-cryopreserved BMSCs were used as the control,The cryopreserved and control BMSCs were cul- tured in osteogenic media,collected and labeled with Dil to be seeded onto the DBM when cells were confluent.The percentage of BMSCs adhered to the DMB was detected.The cell morphology and matrices secreted by BMSCs on the DBM were observed by the inverted phase-contrasted microscope,fluorescence microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The growth and viability of BMSCs on the DBM were determined using the modified MTT ashy. The osteogenesis ability of BMSCs on the DBM was determined by assessment of the alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity and osteocalcin(OCN)content.Results The percentages of the cryopreserved and control cells adhered to DBM were(97.25?1.17)% and(97.00?1.09)% respectively.The cells adhered well to the DBM and grew rapidly.Large amounts of matrices on the DBM were observed by the light microscope and SEM.The cells embedded in the matrices could be observed by fluorescence microscope.There were no significant differences in the assay values of MTT,ALP and OCN between the cryopreserved and control BMSCs on the DBM.Conclusion Since cryopreservation does not affect the growth and osteogenesis capability of BMSCs on DBM,the cryopreserved BMSCs can be used as a cell source in bone tissue engineering.

Objective: The main purpose of this study was to explore the health effects of occupational exposure to lead exceeded. Methods: We collected 114 inpatients who exposure to lead, and diagnosed lead toxicity by No. 5 Suzhou People's Hospital from January 2011 to May 2018. Samples were selected according to 1:4 of the lead exceeded group and the control group. The age and gender of the lead exce eded group were matchied, and balanced between the two groups. Lead exceeded group: 84 inpatients occupational exposure to lead, whose blood or urinary lead exceeded. Control group: 336 healthy checkup persons who did not contact with any toxic or hazardous substances. Results: The diastolic blood pressure of lead exceeded group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05) . The red blood cell count, hemoglobin, mean red blood cell volume, mean hemoglobin content, mean hemoglobin concentration, the platelet count, and the lymphocyte count levels of lead exceeded group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05) , while the average platelet volume level of lead exceeded group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05) . The aspartate aminotransferase, glucose and the urea nitrogen levels of lead exceeded group were significantly higher than control group, while the creatinine of lead exceeded group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05) . The total protein, albumin, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels of lead exceeded group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05) . The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram and spleen B (24.4%, 8.33%) in lead exceeded group were significantly higher than control group (11.04%, 0.6%) (P<0.05) . The abnormal rate of liver B ultrasound, and gallbladder B ultrasound (23.81%、8.32%) in lead exceeded group were significantly lower than control group (41.32%、21.06%) (P<0.05) . Conclusion Occupational exposure to lead exceeded not only has a significant impact on red blood cell related indicators, but also has a certain impact on cardiac function and liver and kidney functions. It is suggested that lead exprsure may have some effect on health of occupational population.
