Objective　To analyze the current epidemiological situation of measles and to put forward strategies for controlling measles in Xinjiang. Methods　A descriptive epidemiology was performed to survey incidence of measles in Xinjiang from 1953～1999. Results 　The highest incidence rate of 1 155.14 per 100 000 was reported in 1964. Since 1 965, the measles incidence had dramatically decreased with using measles vaccine in Xinjiang, particularly the action of launching EPI program since 1984. The l owest incidence rate of 7.85 per 100 000 was achieved in 1990. From 1990～1 999 cases mostly concentrated on preschool and school children. Seasonal distri b ution of measles was in April and May. Conclusions　It is urgent to improve efficacy of measles vaccine, to establish measles epidemiological an d laboratory surveillance system, and to strengthen immunization for measles and controlling of the outbreak.

[Objective] To study the aeroallergens in the patients with allergic rhinitis in Guangzhou.[Methods] Using the German screen allergens quantitative detection system to determinate serum aeroallergen specific IgE and total IgE levels of 625 cases with allergic rhinitis diagnosed in The Third Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University.The samples were stratified on two age groups:the juvenile and the adult.Difference of serum aeroallergen specific IgE of the two groups was investigated.[Results]Aeroallergen specific IgE antibody in the serum of 625 patients with allergic rhinitis were positive.Total IgE in serum was positive in 413 cases,accounting for 66.1%.The positive rate of total IgE was less than that of aeroallergen specific IgE.The positive rate of aeroallergen specific IgE in order were mite mixture (84.32%),cockroach (19.04%),cypress (15.20%),cat-dog epithelia (13.12%),tree mixture (7.20%),ragweed (5.12%),humulus lupulus (1.76%),mugwort (1.76%),mould mixture (1.44%).In the two groups,the positive rate of aeroallergen specific IgE in order were similar.There were significantly higher sensitivity and positive rate of mite mixture in the juvenile group than the adult group (P ＜ 0.01).[Conclusion] The most important aeroallergens are mite mixture,cockroach,cypress,cat-dog epithelia,which could be referenced as Guangzhou patients .The juvenile is more sensitive to mite than the adult.

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of 131 Ⅰ treatment in Graves' disease,and to analyze the related factors.MethodIn 87 patients with Graves' disease,thyroid uptake ratio( TUR ) and its effective half-life(EHL) were compared before and after 131 Ⅰ treatment.The weight of thyroid gland was evaluated with radio-imaging and type B ultrasonography.ResultThe dose of 131 Ⅰ was ( 185.2 ± 148.0 ) MBq.The TUR of tracer dose and therapeutic 131 Ⅰ dose were 76.5 ％ ±8.2％ and 73.3 ％ ±9.0％ ( t =2.451,P =0.008 ).The EHL were ( 5.2±0.7 ) and ( 5.0 ±0.8 )days,respectively ( t =1.998,P =0.023 ).After followe-up of ( 57.0 ±26.3 ) months,49 patients ( 56.3 ％ ) became euthyroid,14 ( 16.1％ )manifested delayed hypothyroidism,and 24 (27.6％)remained in hyperthyroidism.Thyroid autoantibodies were found in 34.5％ patients,of whom,the incidence of hypothyroidism was higher in patients with positive autoantibodies than those with negative ones (30.0％ vs 8.8％,x2 =6.560,P =0.009 ).ConclusionBoth TUR and EHL of therapeutic doses of 131 Ⅰ are lower than the tracer doses.Positive thyroid autoantibodies may affect the outcome of the 131 Ⅰ treatment.

OBJECTIVE To develop a rapid system for bacteria identification and susceptibility test in 24 hours,and provide bacteriological evidence for the control of nosocomial infection and the timely diagnosis and treatment.METHODS The simple constant temperature box was replaced by revolving constant temperature box;2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) and succinate were added to the culture bottle and the culture medium of drug susceptibility;the concentration of the reactive substrate in the bacterial biochemical tube and the number of the inoculated bacteria were increased at the same time.RESULTS The time of positive blood culture in the revolving constant temperature box was significantly shorter than that in the simple one(?2=74.92,P

This article interprets the " Screening for and Managing the Person with Frailty in Primary Care: Guidelines " developed in 2020 by the International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research (ICFSR) . This article also analyzes the characteristics of frailty assessment tools and management strategies for frail elderly in order to provide new ideas for the assessment and management of frail elderly in China, and achieve healthy aging of the elderly.

Objective:To provide a reference for the hierarchical management of clinical nurses in top three hospitals, the hierarchical management evaluation system was conducted and evaluated in the present study.Methods:On the context of three-dimensional structure theory of medical quality, the Delphi method was applied to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation among 23 nursing experts, and then related indexes were established based on the evaluation results and recommendations.Results:An evaluation system for hierarchical management of clinical nurse in top three hospitals was finally constructed, which included 3 first-grade and 19 second-grade indexes. The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert questionnaires and authority Cr of two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 0.915, respectively. The Kendall coefficients of concordance for significance and operability of the first-grade and second-grade indexes were 0.353/0.515 and 0.344/0.469, respectively ( P<0.01). Conclusions:The hierarchical management of clinical nurses in top three hospitals constructed based on three-dimensional structure theory has reliability and feasibility.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the risk factors of tinnitus and provide evidence for tinnitus prevention. METHOD: Retrospectively analyzed the audiograms and the risk factors of 462 tinnitus victims who never perceived hearing loss, find the relationship between every risk factor and tinnitus. RESULT: The rate of tinnitus victims with high frequency hearing loss was the 46.1%, with low frequency hearing loss was 15.8%, with single middle frequency notch was 11.04%, with an audiogram like upset-basin was 7.58%, with normal audiogram was 14.07%, with other type of audiograms was 5.41%. The age distribution in the high frequency hearing loss group was mainly between 30 and 40 years, in the upset-basin hearing loss group was mainly older than 50 years, and in the other groups, mainly between 20 and 30 years. In the high frequency hearing loss group, male to female ratio was 158/55, in the low frequency hearing loss group and single middle frequency notch group ,male to female ratio was 14/59 and 12/39 respectively. In another three groups, the male to female ratio was nearly 1. Risk factors for high frequency hearing loss group, low frequency hearing loss, single middle frequency notch group and in the upset-basin hearing loss group were noise, fatigue, long-time musical instrument contact and ageing respectively. CONCLUSION Among the tinnitus victims who never perceived hearing loss, 86% of them have hearing impairment in high frequency area, low frequency area or single middle frequency. The rate of high frequency hearing loss was 46.01%, the major risk factor was noise, most of victims were men. The rate of low frequency hearing loss was 15.8%, the major risk factor was fatigue and nervous, most of the victims were women. The rate of single middle frequency notch was 11.04%, the major risk factor was long-time musical instrument contact. The rate of upset-basin hearing loss was 7.58%, ageing was the major risk factor.

Objective:To investigate the quality of life of senior women with urinary incontinence and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 152 senior women with urinary incontinence in Fuzhou Hot-Spring Street Community, Dongjie Street Community and Old-age Care Institutions from June 2017 to September 2017. The quality of life of elderly women with urinary incontinence were observed and the influencing factors were analyzed via International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICI-Q-SF) and Incontinence Quality of Life Scale (I-QOL).Results:The quality of life of senior women with urinary incontinence was (98.7±12.2) points. The scores of the three dimensions including restrictive behavior, social activity limitation and psychological impact were 34.5±4.4 and 41.4±5.4 and 20.8 ± 3.5, respectively. There were 4 factors that influencing the quality of life of patients, namely, the severity of urinary incontinence, the type of urinary incontinence, diabetes and the frequency of leaking urine ( P<0.01). Conclusions:Urinary incontinence has a certain negative impact on the quality of life of patients, and its influencing factors are complex. Individualized care measures should be taken based on the influencing factors to improve the quality of life of patients.

Objective To investigate bacterial vaginosis (BV)and vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC)in women and to analyze its related factors.Methods The conditions of Physical examina-tion of 1967 female patients in the region from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed,and questionnaire was used to explore the relevant factors that affect the occurrence of BV and VVC.Results There were 282 patients with vulvovaginal yeast disease with the detection rate of 14.34%(282 /1967);231 patients were detected with bacterial vaginosis with 11.74% of detection rate (231 /1967);The higher detection rate of vulvovaginal candidiasis occurred among 25 to 35 year old and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of BV (P >0.05);Logistic analysis revealed that abortion was the risk factors that affect the treatment of VVC and BV;The man cooperated with the treatment and used condoms as protective factor as the safe factor.Conclusion VVC and BV are associated with vaginal microflora imbalance,so the patients should pay attention to healthy hy-giene habits as well as focus on treatment of the partners to block cross-infection and ensure good treatment effect.
