Objective To study the application value of myocardial markers combined with BNP in the early diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction in patients with sepsis. Methods diagnosed patients 66 cases as the research object of this paper,on the basis of 3~5 days in 66 patients with left ventricular ejection fraction after admission of LVEF > 50% and LVEF < 50% were divided into two groups ,two groups were monitored for 0 days ,3 days , 5 days,12 days LVEF,BNP and TNI. Results the left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF>50%and LVEF<50%two groups:3,5 days when the BNP value was significantly higher than that of non cardiac injury heart injury;cardiac injury group EF was negatively correlated with TNI value ,value and blood 3~5 days EF troponin levels in patients admitted to hospital after the show was negatively correlated;the concentration of EF and patients admitted to the hospital after twelfth days of blood troponin value is displayed as a negative correlation. TNI can directly reflect the cardiac function of patients. Research shows that the BNP value had a significant positive correlation in fifth days and APACHE Ⅱ score. Conclusion the data show that TNI and BNP can directly reflect the sepsis patients with heart dysfunction ,that BNP combined with TNI can effectively evaluate the clinical treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock patients ,prognosis has high significance.

AIM: To investigate the effects of losartan on myocardial fibrosis and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients. METHODS: 35 essential hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with losartan 50-100 mg for 6 mon. Before and after the treatment, serum procollagen typeⅢ (PCⅢ), laminin (LN), and hyaluronic acid (HA) were measured by radioimmunoassay; and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) was determined with ultrasonic cardiogram. RESULTS: After treatment with losartan: the serum levels of PCⅢ, LN, HA, and LVMI were all decreased (P

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum adiponectin levels and prognosis of septic patients, by detecting the serum levels of adiponectin in septic patients. Methods 110 septic patients and 100 healthy controls subjects were enrolled. The serum levels of adiponectin were measured and compared. Clinical data and outcomes of septic patients were analyzed multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were used. Results The serum levels of adiponectin in septic patients were lower than that in healthy controls (P < 0.05). Serum levels of adiponectin in death group was lower than that in sepsis survival group (P < 0.05). There were close correlations between age, MODS, adiponectin and sepsis death(P < 0.05), which were the independent risk factors of death in septic patients. Conclusion The lower the adiponectin level is, the higher mortality rate occurs.Adiponectin can be used as the indicators of patients′ prognosis.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the genetic polymorphism of D16S539, D7S820 and D13S317 in Chinese Kazak ethnic population from Xinjiang.
METHODSOne hundred and two unrelated individuals and a sample of families (n=42) were investigated by multiplex amplification, 6% denaturing PAGE and silver staining. And, the obtained allele frequencies were compared with those of other populations.
RESULTSEight, seven, eight alleles were observed at the 3 STR loci respectively and the genotypes distributions were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The expected heterozygosities for these loci were 0.9439, 0.9356 and 0.9304; the calculated polymorphism formation content (PIC) was 0.9905; the discrimination power (DP), 0.9998; the paternity exclusion (PE), 0.9572. In addition, significant difference was found in comparison with other populations, and in the sample of families (n=42) no new mutations could be found.
CONCLUSIONThe multiplex examination of 3 STR loci can be used in forensic identification and population genetics research.

Cancer immunotherapy, in the form of vaccination, adoptive cellular transfer, or immune checkpoint inhibitors, has emerged as a promising practice within the field of oncology. However, despite the developing field's potential to revolutionize cancer treatment, the presence of immunotherapeutic-resistant tumor cells in many patients present a challenge and limitation to these immunotherapies. These cells not only indicate immunotherapeutic resistance, but also show multi-modal resistance to conventional therapies, abnormal metabolism, stemness, and metastasis. How can immunotherapeutic-resistant tumor cells render multi-malignant phenotypes? We reasoned that the immune-refractory phenotype could be associated with multi-malignant phenotypes and that these phenotypes are linked together by a factor that acts as the master regulator. In this review, we discussed the role of the embryonic transcription factor NANOG as a crucial master regulator we named “common factor” in multi-malignant phenotypes and presented strategies to overcome multi-malignancy in immunotherapeutic-resistant cancer by restraining the NANOG-mediated multi-malignant signaling axis. Strategies that blunt the NANOG axis could improve the clinical management of therapy-refractory cancer.

BACKGROUND:Although traditional therapies, including drugs and surgery, cannot repair the damaged myocardial tissue, the mortality rate of myocardial infarction remains high.Stem cells provide the possibility to solve this problem due to their self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the research progress of stem cell therapy for myocardial infarction in recent ten years by bibliometric analysis. METHODS:The related articles on stem cells and myocardial infarction published in SCI-E and SSCI from January 1,2012 to December 1,2022 in the Web of Science database were searched.EXCEL,CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to make statistical and visualization analyses of the data such as the number of publications, authors, institutions, journals, countries and keywords. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 3 210 core articles were published, and the total number increased year by year.hausenloy, derek j.is the author with the largest number of publications,China is the country with the largest number of publications, and the Fourth Military Medical University is the institution with the largest number of publications. The research hotspots in this field are changing from cell experiments and animal experiments to clinical trials. In the past ten years, research in this field has been highly popular and still has great development prospects. It is necessary to promote international and inter-agency exchange and learning, and further explore the role of stem cells in the treatment of myocardial infarction.
