BACKGROUND:In isokinetic testing researches, the effect of sport training on the development of teenager muscle groups is less reported. OBJECTIVE:To assess the muscle strength of shoulder, hip and knee joints in different teenager populations with isokinetic testing system. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The contrast observation was performed at the laboratory of Institute of Physical Education,Hebei Normal University between October and December 2006. PARTICIPANTS:Control group included 30 volunteers without sport training randomly selected from four middle schools in Shijiazhuang,15 male and 15 female;training group included 30 volunteers with sprint training randomly selected from Shijiazhuang Sports School,15 male and 15 female. METHODS:We used Kinitech isokinetic testing system(Kylingk,Austrilia) to test the shoulder, hip and knee joint of the 60 participants according to 3 different angular velocities:60( ?) /s,120(?) /s and 240( ?) /s. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Peak torque(PT) values of extensor and flexor groups in shoulder, hip and knee joints. RESULTS:The 60 volunteers were all included in the result analysis. PT values of shoulder joints were bigger in the male training group than in the control group at 60( ?) /s,120( ?) /s and 240( ?) /s(P 0.05) ;PT values of hip joints were bigger in the male training group than in the control group at 60( ?) /s,120( ?) /s and 240( ?) /s(P 0.05) ;PT values of knee joints were bigger in the male and female training group than in the control group at 60( ?) /s,120( ?) /s and 240( ?) /s(P

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(11):1674-1678
Objective:
To learn the current status of scoliosis of children and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment.
Methods:
A total of 1 500 students selected from 4 kindergartens and 3 primary schools in Shijiazhuang were tested by static posture assessment and Adams flexion test to get the values, and self designed questionnaire was designed to investigate the related factors.
Results:
Totally 78 students were found with scoliosis, accounting for 5.47%. Among them, 17 boys (2.31% in boys) and 61 girls (8.85% in girls) were found with scoliosis, and the differences were of statistical significance ( P <0.01). And the main risk factors of scoliosis in children included holding too much, less crawling, poor sitting and standing posture, lack of vitamin D and calcium, long term unilateral exertion sports, insufficient exercise time, improper height of table and chair, as well as being girl( OR =1.58, 0.58, 2.22, 2.13, 3.02, 2.18, 2.14, 2.86, 3.04, 2.59, 1.16, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The detection rate of scoliosis in children is very high, the education department and parents should pay more attention for prevention, scientific rearing methods can effectively reduce the incidence of scoliosis in children.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice 2017;35(4):367-370
Objective To optimize the treatment plan for dermatitis medicamentosa in a patient with abnormal liver function associated with infection. Methods The culprit medication for drug eruption was identified by reviewing the patient′s liver and kidney function, routine blood count, therapeutic drugs, allergic history, by analyzing the characteristics of the compounding medication, combined with literature search on drug eruption diagnosis and treatments.Following the antihistamines and glucocorticoid use guidelines, the treatment plan was optimized by selecting appropriate antihistamines and glucocorticoids based on their metabolism and excretion pathway. Results The rash was poorly controlled after clinical pharmacist′s initial recommendation to use chlorpheniramine (intramuscular injection) and cetirizine (oral). The clinical pharmacist further suggested dexamethasone intravenous drip. The patient recovered well with the combination therapy of antihistamines and glucocorticoid. Conclusion When drug eruption occurred, clinical pharmacists should evaluate patient′s disease and medications comprehensively, provide timely and accurate pharmaceutical care to patients.

Objective:To explore the clinical phenotype and genetic characteristics of a child with Hypotrichosis 14.Methods:A child who had presented at the Henan Provincial People′s Hospital on May 4, 2020 due to hair thinning was selected as the study subject. Clinical data of the child was collected. Peripheral venous blood samples were collected from the child and her parents. Genomic DNA was extracted and subjected to whole exome sequencing. Candidate variants were validated by Sanger sequencing and bioinformatic analysis. Results:The child, a 5-year-old female, had presented with thin, soft lanugo-like hair which was easy to fall off. The child was found to harbor compound heterozygous missense variants of the LSS gene, namely c. 1609G>A (p.V537M) in exon 17 and c. 802T>G (p.F268V) in exon 8, which were respectively inherited from her father and mother. Both variant sites were highly conserved, though based on the guidelines from the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG), both variants were rated as variants of unknown significance (PM2_Supporting+ PP3+ PP4). Conclusion:The c. 1609G>A (p.V537M) and c. 802T>G (p.F268V) compound heterozygous variants of the LSS gene probably underlay the clinical phenotype in this patient.

Objective To determine the effects of delayed umbilical cord clamping on the postpartum hemorrhage, instant and long-term newborn anemia, newborn jaundice. Methods In total,303 infants were selected during October 2016 to June 2017 in three hospitals in Beijing. They were randomly allocated into two groups receiving instant clamping of umbilical cord (less than 60s after delivery,n=158) and delayed clamping of umbilical cord(after cord pulsation ceased,n=145).Relevant indicators of maternal and neonatal outcomes are compared. Results There were significant differences between two groups in instant hemoglobin concentration and in 5~7 days (P<0.05).There were no differences between two groups in transcutaneous bilirubin, the risk of anemia in three months, the risk of jaundice in 5~7 days and the need of blue-light therapy (P>0.05).There were no differences between two groups of women in postpartum hemorrhage, the length of third stage of labor and the rate of breast feeding (P>0.05).Conclusion Clamping the umbilical cord when cord pulsation has ceased does not have negative effects on delivery process and postpartum hemorrhage, but it increases the instant hemoglobin concentration and hemoglobin concentration after delivery in 5~7 days.Still it is unclear whether it will affect the risk of jaundice.

This study was to develop a new method for detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with high sensitivity and specificity, therefore to detect the colorectal cancer as early as possible for improving the detection rate of the disease. To this end, we prepared some micro-column structure microchips modified with graphite oxide-streptavidin (GO-SA) on the surface of microchips, further coupled with a broad-spectrum primary antibody (antibody1, Ab1), anti-epithelial cell adhesion molecule (anti-EpCAM) monoclonal antibody to capture CTCs. Besides, carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs-COOH) were coupled with colorectal cancer related antibody as specific antibody 2 (Ab2) to prepare complex. The sandwich structure consisting of Ab1-CTCs-Ab2 was constructed by the microchip for capturing CTCs. And the electrochemical workstation was used to detect and verify its high sensitivity and specificity. Results showed that the combination of immunosensor and micro-nano technology has greatly improved the detection sensitivity and specificity of the immunosensor. And we also verified the feasibility of the immunosensor for clinical blood sample detection, and successfully recognitized detection and quantization of CTCs in peripheral blood of colorectal cancer patients by this immunosensor. In conclusion, the super sandwich immunosensor based on micro-nano technology provides a new way for the detection of CTCs, which has potential application value in clinical diagnosis and real-time monitoring of disease.
