0.05). Conclusions The choice of Miles opereration or ARP in the treatment of LRC is mainly according to patients condition. However, if a radical treatment can be assured. ARP is the best choice for LRC.

In this study, 1 065 infants and young children aged 24 months below in ethnic minorities gathering in poor rural areas in poor rural areas of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province were investigated for their anemia status from October to November 2014, and the association between anemia and the utilization of maternal and child health services was analyzed. The prevalence of anemia in this area was 52.68%(561/1 065). After the adjustment of socio-demographic characteristics of mothers and infants, compared with infants aged 2-5 months, Han ethnic group, and infants whose mother was not anemic, the OR(95%CI) values of infant anemia for infants aged 6-12 months, 13-8 months, 19-24 months, ethnic minorities group, and infants whose mother was anemic were 11.65 (7.09-19.14), 9.91 (5.99-16.38), 5.87 (3.39-10.16), 1.55 (1.10-2.18) and 1.52 (1.14-2.04), respectively; Compared with infants whose child examination times not up to standard, and who were not only non-hospital delivered but also received inadequate number of inoculation, the OR (95%CI) values of infant anemia for infants whose child examination times up to standard, and who were not only hospital delivered but also received adequate number of inoculation were 0.60 (0.38-0.94) and 0.71 (0.52-0.98), respectively. The infants anemia is associated with the utilization of maternal and child health services.

Objective:To study the size difference of bilateral axillary vein in adults, and to provide basis for the design of interventional surgical treatment.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018, 145 inpatients (117 cases of hypertension, 28 cases of heart failure) and 87 healthy volunteers were selected from the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang as study objects.The size of bilateral axillary vein of each study object was measured and the difference was statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 232 subjects, the dominant hand was the right hand, accounting for 95.7% (222/232). There were no statistically significant differences in the size of left and right axillary veins (all P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the other indicators except age between the two groups (all P>0.05). The diameter of axillary vein was (0.67±0.15)cm in male and (0.53±0.13)cm in female, the difference is statistically significant( P=0.000). In the healthy control group, the dominant, non-dominant and large cross-sectional areas were (0.54±0.17)mm 2, (0.54±0.15)mm 2, (0.60±0.16)mm 2, respectively, which in the hypertension group were (0.55±0.14)mm 2, (0.54±0.14)mm 2, (0.59±0.14)mm 2, respectively, which in the heart failure group were (0.54±0.16)mm 2, (0.56±0.19)mm 2, (0.59±0.1)mm 2, respectively, there were no statistically significant differences among the three groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion:The difference is not obvious in the size of bilateral axillary vein, and there is no correlation between the size of bilateral axillary vein and dominant hand.The size of axillary vein in adults of different genders is different, and the size of axillary vein can be estimated by the gender of subjects, but not by the dominant hand or other data.

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of Shire Biqing pill in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （damp-heat obstruction syndrome） and its effect on the expression of serum osteoprotegerin （OPG）， nuclear factor-κB receptor activating factor ligand （RANKL）， and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， and to explore its mechanism from the perspective of bone destruction. MethodPatients with rheumatoid arthritis （damp-heat obstruction syndrome） were randomly divided into two groups， with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets and celecoxib capsule， while the treatment group was treated with Shire Biqing pill based on the control group. The treatment period was 3 months. The pain visual analogue scale （VAS） score， joint tenderness number， joint swelling number， disease activity score （DAS28-ESR）， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom quantitative score， and related adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment， and the peripheral serum OPG， RANKL， TNF-α， erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）， and Creactive protein （CRP） were detected. ResultAfter treatment， the total effective rate was 88.57% （31/35） in the treatment group and 79.41% （27/34） in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （Z=-2.089， P<0.05）. The pain VAS score， joint tenderness number， joint swelling number， and DAS28-ESR of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P<0.05）， and the pain VAS score， joint tenderness number， joint swelling number， and DAS28-ESR of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment （P<0.05）. Compared with that before treatment， the TCM symptom quantitative score in the two groups decreased significantly （P<0.05）， and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the levels of RANKL， TNF-α， ESR， and CRP in the two groups decreased and the level of OPG increased （P<0.05）， and the changes in the treatment group were more obvious that in the control group （P<0.05）. There were no serious adverse events or serious adverse reactions during this clinical trial. ConclusionShire Biqing pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis （damp-heat obstruction syndrome） with good safety. Shire Biqing pill effectively regulate the OPG/RANKL/RANK system and reduce the pro-inflammatory factor TNF-α， which may be its mechanism in the intervention in rheumatoid arthritis bone destruction.

To determine the impact of Cysticercus cellulose (C. cellulose) infection on mental health among school-aged children in Tibetan agricultural areas of Sichuan Province.
 Methods: In October 2015, all primary schools located in Tibetan agricultural areas in Yajiang, Ruoergai, and Muli county of Sichuan Province were selected as the research sites. All school-aged children at five- and six-grade were enrolled for the study by a multistage stratified cluster sampling method. Antibodies against C. cellulose were detected. Mental Health Test and questionnaire survey were conducted for school-aged children to collect data. The impact of C. cellulose infection on mental health among school-aged children was analyzed with the multilevel linear regression.
 Results: A total of 2 453 school-aged children were investigated. The C. cellulose seropositive rate was 6.03% (148/2 453). There were 0.16% (4/2 453) patients with seropositive accompanied by seizure, 2.28% (56/2 453) with seropositive accompanied by headache, 2.08% (51/2 453) with seropositive accompanied by frequent weak, and 0.41% (10/2 453) were seropositive accompanied by frequent nausea. The rate of C. cellulose infection was 4.53% (111/2 453). The mean score of the mental health test was 6.59±2.61. There were significant difference in score of mental health test in children whose demographic characteristics were different. The mental health scores of school-aged children were clustered at the school level. After controlling the factors of demographic characteristics, the result of multilevel model demonstrated that the factor of school-aged children with C. cellulose seropositive accompanied by headache was statistically significant (β=1.14, P=0.017).
 Conclusion: The status of C. cellulose infection among school-aged children in Tibetan agricultural areas is not optimistic. C. cellulose infection has impacted on mental health of local school-aged children. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of C. cellulose infection in epidemic area.

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic mechanism of Bushen Huoxue prescription from the perspective of bone metabolism by observing the clinical efficacy of this prescription in treating femoral head necrosis （ONFH， syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency） and its influences on bone metabolism indexes： N-terminal propeptide （PINP） and β-collagen degradation product （β-CTX）. MethodSixty-six ONFH patients with the syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Orthopedics from December 2021 to September 2022 were selected. The patients were randomized into an experimental group and a control group by the parallel control method， with 33 patients in each group. The experimental group received Bushen Huoxue prescription orally， while the control group received Xianlinggubao Capsules orally， with a treatment cycle of 6 months. The visual analogue scale （VAS） score， Harris score， Association Research Circulation Osseous （ARCO） staging， imaging changes， quantitative scores of TCM symptoms， and serum levels of PINP and β-CTX were determined before and after treatment. The occurrence of adverse events and reactions was recorded. ResultThe total response rate in the experimental group was 83.87% （26/31）， which was higher than that （68.75%， 22/32） in the control group （Z=-2.096， P<0.05）. After treatment， the single and total scores of TCM symptoms， VAS score， and β-CTX level decreased in the two groups （P<0.05）. Moreover， the decreases in the scores of hip pain， lower limb mobility， soreness of waist and knees， and lower limb flaccidity， total score of TCM symptoms， VAS score， and β-CTX level in the experimental were larger than those in the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the imaging results showed no significant improvement in the two groups. The Harris score and PINP level in both groups increased after treatment （P<0.05）， and the increases were more obvious in the experimental group than in the control group （P<0.05）. No serious adverse event or adverse reaction appeared during the observation period. ConclusionBushen Huoxue prescription can relieve pain and TCM symptoms and improve the hip joint function in treating ONFH patients with the syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency. It can inhibit the development of ONFH， increase PINP， and decrease β-CTX. No obvious side effect appears during the clinical observation period， which shows that Bushen Huoxue prescription has good safety.
