Objective To investigate the related factors on effects of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis, and to construct and validate the efficacy prediction model. Methods A total of 127 cases of adenomyosis patients with symptoms of dysmenorrhea in Guangzhou No.1 People′s Hospital and Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 1999 to December 2009 were reviewed. The evaluation standard was to improve the degree of dysmenorrhea, the related factors of efficacy were analysed. Combined with artificial neural network theory, the effect prediction model was constructed, and the effectiveness of the model was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, and the effectiveness of the cut-off point was calculated. The model was validated by 68 cases of patients with adenomyosis in the Nanfang Hospital from January 2010 to November 2014. Results (1) In 127 cases of dysmenorrhea patients, UAE treatment was effective in 98 cases, effective rate was 77.2% (98/127). (2) Age was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=1.129, P=0.026);in the range of this study, the greater the age, the higher the UAE treatment efficiency. (3) The developing situation of ovary branches of uterine artery was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=0.460, P=0.020), the efficiency of patients whose intraoperative bilateral uterine artery ovarian branch did not develop was 89.7%(35/39), the efficiency of patients whose unilateral uterine artery ovarian branch was developing was 84.1% (37/44) and the efficiency of patients whose bilateral uterine artery ovarian branch were developing was 59.1% (26/44). (4) Blood supply of adenomyosisis was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=0.313, P=0.001). Type Ⅰ (bilateral predominated) patients, efficiency was 93.5%(43/46);typeⅡ(bilateral balanced) patients, efficiency was 78.0%(39/50);type Ⅲ (unilateral predominated) patients, efficiency was 51.6% (16/31). (5) UAE for the treatment of adenomyosis efficacy of artificial neural network prediction model was constructed, the model′s area under the ROC curve was 0.808, the optimal cut-off point was 0.669 13. Actual verification of the model, sensitivity was 96.5%, specificity was 81.8%, positive predictive value was 96.5%and negative predictive value was 81.8%, the total accuracy was 94.1%. Conclusions (1) Age, the developing situation of ovary branches and blood supply of adenomyosis are the independent predictors of effective UAE treatment. (2) The artificial neural network prediction model is satisfied with the accuracy and the accuracy of prediction.

Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise intervention on sleep quality of female college students with anxiety, and to further explore the mediating effect of negative emotions in this association. Methods: Seventy female college students were randomly divided into experimental group (34 patients) and control group(36 patients). The experimental group received eight-week aerobic exercise and yoga training. The control group received no training. Sleep Quality Scale, Negative Emotion Scale and Anxiety Self-rating Scale were used to assess the level of sleep and negative emotion before and after exercise intervention. Results: After exercise intervention, sleep quality (4.31±1.26), anxiety (36.41±7.32) and negative emotion (2.37±0.50) in the experimental group significantly improved(P<0.01), no similar changes were found in the control group(P<0.05). By examining the mediating effects, negative emotions played a partial mediating role in the association between exercise and sleep quality(t=6.77, P<0.01). Conclusion Exercise intervention significantly improved the quality of sleep and negative emotion among female college students with anxiety. Negative emotions play a partial role in the positive effect of exercise on sleep quality.

ObjectiveTo explore the Apolipoprotein-E （ApoE） gene polymorphism in patients with Alzheimer's disease （AD）, vascular dementia (VD) or mild cognitive impairment (MCI). MethodsPeripheral blood was taken from patient with AD, VD or MCI to determine the ApoE genotypes. ResultsThe most of the patients were ε3/ε3 genotype, while the ε2/ε2 and ε4/ε4 could not be detected. ε3/ε4 genotype （P=0.001） and ApoE ε4 allele （P=0.013） was more frequent in AD than in MCI. ApoE ε4 was more frequent in VD than in MCI （P=0.044）. ConclusionApoE ε4 allele is a risk factor in AD, and may be associated with VD and MCI.

A cold-adapted (ca), temperature sensitive (ts), live attenuated influenza B virus strain B/Ann Arbor/1/66 was chosen for influenza virus rescue research, in which six internal gene segments, PB1, PB2, PA, NP, M, NS, were fully synthesized and nine amino acid substitutions were artificially alter by human intervention. The resultant B/Ann Arbor/1/66 plasmids were named as pAB121-PB1, pAB122-PB2, pAB123-PA, pAB124-HA, pAB125-NP, pAB126-NA, pAB127-M and pAB128-NS, respectively. A recombinant influenza A virus was previously generated entirely from cloned cDNA. An infectious recombinant influenza B virus was generated here, and designated as rMDV-B, by plasmid-based reverse genetics. The rMDV-B virus contained HA and NA genes from an epidemic influenza B vires strain B/Malaysia/2506/2004 in the background of internal genes derived from influenza B virus strain B/Ann Arbor/1/66. HA titer of rMDV-B in MDCK cells and embryonated chicken eggs ranged from 1 : 64 to 1 : 512. The results may allow an effective live influenza B vaccine to be produced from a single master strain, providing a model for the design of future live human influenza vaccines.

Objective: To learn about the construction and staffing of the school health system in Chinese institutions for disease prevention and control, and to provide basic information for the school health system, team capacity building and work development. Methods: Electronic questionnaire was used to collect the setting and staffing of school health departments (including school health centers and departments/rooms) at the provincial, prefecture and county (district) levels in the centers for disease control and prevention. Statistical analysis was made on the proportion of school health, the number of staff and the characteristics such as age, education, major and working years in the provincial, prefecture and county (district) levels. Results: Among the 3 313 institutions, the proportion of independent school health departments was 10.8%, and those of the provincial, prefecture and county (district) levels were 74.2%, 15.0%, and 9.6%, respectively. Among the institutions with separated department, the average number of staff members was 4.4, while the number of staff was 2.5. The average age of school health workers was 40.4 years old, and the proportion of male and female employees was 45.2% and 54.8%. The proportion of personnel who have been engaged in school health work for less than 5 years on average was as high as 65.1%. The majors of the staff were mainly public health ( 40.4 %), 54.0% of the provincial staff had a master s degree or above, and 47.8% and 58.7% of the staff at the prefecture and county (district) levels were junior college or below respectively.The proportion of provincial level personnel with intermediate and senior titles was 69.6%, and the proportion of municipal and countylevel personnel at the junior level and below was 52.2% and 56.2% respectively. Conclusion The proportion of independent school health departments within centers of disease control and prevention across China was low. There is a serious shortage of school health personnel, and there are problems such as low levels of education and professional titles, especially in county (district) level institutions. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of the school health system of the centers for disease control and prevention in China.

Objective: To investigate the current status of screen time in preschoolers during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), and the influences of parent-child active play and school online education on screen time. Methods: A total of 2 370 preschoolers were chosen through clustering sampling from 7 kindergartens in Wuxi urban areas. Questionnaire survey was administered to parents for child screen time, active play, online education as well as characteristics information. Results: A total of 1 428(60.3%) preschoolers reported more than 1 hour screen time a day, and 1 915(80.8%) preschoolers reported more than 20 minutes consecutive screen time. Compared with the weekend before the COVID-19 outbreak, 1 551(65.4%) preschoolers reported an increase of 10 minutes in screen time perday, and 1 444(60.9%) reported an increase of 5 minutes for one sersion. Logistic regression analysis showed that after controlling for confounding factors, high frequency of parent-child active play, parents’ exercise habits, online education from kindergartens and children’s active participation in the online education were negatively associated with preschoolers’ excessive and increased screen time during this period(OR=0.39-0.79, P<0.05). Conclusion During the COVID-19 outbreak, preschoolers’ media use in Wuxi city is worrisome. Parent-child active play, parents’ exercise and online education from kindergartens may play a positive role in reducing preschoolers’ media use.

Objective:To study reflux characteristics of patients with endoscopic negative heartburn and their manifestation under probe-based confocal laser endoscopy (pCLE) based on the Rome Ⅳ standard.Methods:Thirty-six endoscopic negative outpatients with typical heartburn at the Department of Gastroenterology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from September 2020 to March 2021 were included, and underwent 24-hour multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH monitor and pCLE. According to Rome Ⅳ diagnostic process, patients were divided into non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) group ( n=16), reflux hypersensitivity (RH) group ( n=8) and functional heartburn (FH) group ( n=12). The Gerd-Q scale score, 24-hour pH monitoring results and microstructure changes under pCLE were compared among the three groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the total score, positive symptom score, negative symptom score or positive influence score of Gerd-Q scale among the three groups ( P>0.05). DeMeester score [28.45 (20.08, 34.53)] and acid reflux times (24.88±9.05) in the NERD group were significantly higher than those in the RH group [7.30 (3.90, 11.38), P<0.001; 13.63±5.76, P=0.003] and FH group [6.90 (4.80, 9.73), P<0.001; 7.42±8.32, P<0.001]. But there was no significant difference between the RH group and the FH group ( P>0.05). The diameter of intra-papillary capillary loop (IPCL) (18.68±2.12 μm) and dilation of intercellular space (3.95±0.97 μm) in the NERD group were significantly higher than those in the RH group (13.91±1.99 μm, P<0.001; 2.97±0.55 μm, P=0.006) and FH group (13.83±2.00 μm, P<0.001; 2.31±0.54 μm, P<0.001), but there was no significant difference between the RH group and the FH group ( P>0.05). The number of IPCL in the NERD group, RH group and FH group were 2.0 (1.00, 2.75), 2.0 (1.00, 2.75) and 1.5 (1.00, 2.00), respectively with no significant difference ( P=0.697). Conclusion:Gerd-Q scale is not suitable for differential diagnosis of patients with endoscopic negative heartburn. Compared with functional esophageal diseases (RH and FH), acid reflux and mucosal microstructure changes are of more important pathogenic significance in NERD.

Objective:To investigate expression profiles of the plasma exosomal miRNAs of the chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with persistently normal alamine aminotransferase (PNALT) for the first time and try to find exosomal miRNAs which could reflect liver inflammation better.Methods:Five CHB patients with liver tissue inflammation grade ≥A2 of PNALT and 5 CHB patients with liver tissue inflammation grade ＜A2 of PNALT were enrolled and their blood samples were collected.The exosomes were extracted from these blood samples and measured by electron microscope to determine the extraction effect.The exosomal miRNAs were extracted and sent for high throughput sequencing,and the expression of exosomal miRNAs in the 2 groups of patients was analyzed.Results:Under the electron microscope,exosomes were small membranous vesicles with 30-100 nm in diameter.The peak value of particle size ranged from 10 to 100 nm.High throughput sequencing showed that there were 591 differentially expressed exosomal miRNAs between the 2 groups.Compared with the control group,18 exosomal miRNAs were up-regulated and 6 exosomal miRNAs were down-regulated in PNALT patients with the liver tissue inflammation grade ≥ A2.Conclusion:Exosomal miRNAs in the CHB patients with PNALT who have the different grades of liver inflammation are differently expressed.Some of the differently expressed exosomal miRNAs are expected to be sensitive biomarkers for timely assessment of liver inflammation in the CHB patients with PNALT.

Objective: To understand the current status of main professional work in independent school health departments of Chinese centers for disease control and prevention, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the further development of school health work in China. Methods: Electronic questionnaire was used to collect the basic work of school health, the monitoring work, the intervention action of common diseases and the development of health intervention among students in independent school health departments of centers for disease control and prevention in China. Results: Among the 357 institutions that have set up independent school health departments, the implementation rates of school mental health work, safety emergency and risk avoidance health intervention were low, which were 11.8% and 11.5%, respectively. Relying on the project "national monitoring and intervention of common diseases and health influencing factors of students", the overall implementation of health monitoring in schools nationwide was successful, but the overall implementation rate of students nutritional status monitoring and "healthy parents action" were low, accounting for 44.5% and 24.4%, respectively. At the same time, there were still as many as 27.2% institutions that had not carried out the intervention action for common diseases of students which advocated in the monitoring program. The failure rate of county level institutions was higher than that of provincial level and prefecture level institutions, and the failure rate of the central and western institutions was much higher than that of the eastern institutions; the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=30.1, 41.6, P <0.05). Conclusion We should increase support including policy preference, fund guarantee, technical guidance and so on for the school health work of disease control institutions at the grass roots level and in economically underdeveloped areas, so as to ensure the healthy growth of children and adolescents in all respects.
