Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(48):-
Production of wear debris following artificial joint replacement contributes to joint loosening and useful life shortening of the prosthesis. This paper summarized the mechanism of prosthesis loosening and prevention methods,so as to provide evidence for delay or prevent prosthesis loosening.
2.Pathogen distribution and therapeutic efficacy of atypical neonatal pneumonia
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;11(9):692-693
The pathogens were tested in 682 cases of neonatal pneumonia, atypical pathogens were found in 167 cases (24.49%).Among the 167 cases, chlamydia trachomatis was detected in 124(74.25%),ureaplasma urealyticum in 55 (32.93%),chlamydia pneumoniae in 47 (28.14%) and mycoplasma pneumoniae in 35 (20.56%).The Chlamydia trachomatis-positive rate in mothers of 167 cases was 80.84%,ureaplasma urealyticum was 53.29%,chlamydia pneumoniae was 50.90%,Mycoplasma pneumoniae was 53.29%.The patients were treated with azithromycin and other antibiotics,151 cases were cured and 11 were effective with an overall efficacy rate of 97.01%.The liver and kidney function were tested before and after treatment; and there were no significant changes after treatment. The results show that azithromycin is safe and effective for treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia from atypical pathogens.
3.Progression and challenge of therapeutic strategies in neovascular age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(1):3-7
Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is the key characteristic of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD),and the effective therapy is intravitreal injection of anti vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) agents based on clinical and basic research. In the meantime the challenge is how to further improve the inhibiting effect for CNV and visual function of anti-VEGF treatment on nAMD.The new strategy and drug delivery devices for anti-VEGF treatment will optimize the clinical scheme. From bench to bedside, the research on targeted treatment of angiogenesis brings the bloom of nAMD medical therapy.
4.The evaluation of three methods for the diagnosis of initial posterior approximal caries
Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the bitewing radiograph(BWR),clinic examination(CE) and laser fluorescence examination (LF) for detection of initial posterior approximal caries . Methods:A total of 162 approximal surfaces from 81 extracted posterior teeth were examined by BWR, CE and LF. The histological diagnosis of sectioned teeth was used as the validating criterion (gold standard) to assess the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and reproducibility. Results: The sensitivity and accuracy of BWR was higher than those of CE or LF at the level of enamel caries. Conclusions: BWR is an accurate diagnostic method for initial posterior approximal caries in present clinic practice. The inferior efficacy of LF is mainly due to its poor reproducibility of approximal surfaces.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
m-Nisoldipine ( m-Nis ) , isobutyl methyl 1 , 4-dihydro - 2, 6-dimethyl-4-( 3-nitrophenyl )-3 , 5-pyridine dicarboxylate, is a new calcium antagonist. Its effects on hemodynamics and regional blood flow as well as the distribution of cardiac output were evaluated in comparison with Nis with radio-biomicrospheres in conscious rabbits. ( 1 ) m-Nis ( 1 ?g/kg ? min-1 ? 10 min, iv ) increased cardiac output and cardiac index significantly (P0.05) ; ( 2 ) m-Nis increased stroke volume and left ventricular systolic work ( per beat ) while Nis slightly increased the former and decreased the later, and these differences were statistically significant (P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between early colonic cancer and the pit patterns of abnormal colonic mucosa. Methods We examined the pit patterns of 124 polypi in 139 patients by magnifying colonoscopy and stereomicroscopy, and compared the relations between the pit patterns and pathological diagnosis of polypi. Results 5 cases of LST(laterally spreading tumor)and 9 cases of advanced cancer were found out of 124 polypi in 139 patients. 1 among these 5 cases of LST showed Ⅲ L pit pattern, and 4 showed Ⅳ pit pattern with both magnifying colonoscopy and stereomicroscopy. Magnifying colonoscopy showed high coincidence rate with stereomicroscopy. Conclusion Pit patterns are found to be very important in disguishing tumorous lesions from non-tumorous lesions, and to discover early colonic cancer. Ⅴ pit pattern indicates that the polyp is carcinomatous.

Objective To build three-dimensional (3-D) finite element models for local advancement skin flap, by which the post-operative local strain and local stress of skin were figured out to assist in the design of skin flap in clinic. Methods The biomechanical parameters of human forehead skin were obtained in vitro from biomechanical experiments. The 3-D finite element model of local advancement skin flap was set up by MSC Marc/Mentat 2005 (3-D finite element software). Six models were built with the same flap but different skin defects, to simulate post-operative local strain of skin and local stress of skin in different models. Results Post-operative local stress of skin increased with the skin flaps stretching, but the relationship between increase and stretching did not meet the linear rule. Skin flap was able to stretch to 40 % of its initial length in theory if we did not consider blood supply of it. When the skin flap stretched over 40 % of its initial length, the maximal stress could exceed the yield limit. Conclusion It is an effective and workable way to simulate local advancement skin flap using 3-Dfinite element model and biomechanical parameters of human skin. The stretch ratio of local advancement skin flap should be not over 40% for safety.
