Objective To analyze the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and lung cancer pathological classification,clinical stage of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in 60 patients with lung cancer were detected by flow cytometry,the NLR were measured by blood sampling.Results The proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes,the proportion of CD8+T lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+ and NLR in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,lung squamous cell carcinoma,small cell lung cancer patients were not statistically significant.The proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ) were lower(P<0.05) than in the early group(stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ).The proportion of CD8+T lymphocytes and NLR in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ) were higher(P<0.05) than that of early stage group(stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ).Conclusion The T lymphocyte subsets and NLR in the peripheral blood of non-small cell lung cancer patients have a certain correlation with the clinical stage of non-small cell lung cancer,which can be used as a reference index for clinical staging.

Objective To investigate the anticancer efficacy of dihydromyricetin (DMY)in gastric cancer cells SGC7901. Methods The DMY was puritied using RP-HPLC was almost 98%.The cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 Assay.The cell ap-optosis was assessed by flow cytometry.Using ultrasonic extraction with neutral water and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography,DMY was purified from rattan tea.Results By using RP-HPLC,the purified DMY is almost 99%.DMY inhibi-ted the growth of tumor cells in the low concentration(≤ 1 mmol)with a dose-dependent manner(P <0.05 ).Further study on DMY showed that it induced apoptosis in SGC7901 cell line with a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion DMY is a potential thera-peutic agent for gastric cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of triptorelin acetate in the treatment of endometriosis after lap-aroscopy. METHODS:196 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 98 cases in each group according to admission sequence. Both groups received laparoscopic surgery. After surgery,experimental group was given triptorelin acetate by intramuscular injection,3.75 mg/time,every 4 weeks;control group was given gestrinone orally,2.5 mg/time,twice a week,for 5 months. The ovulation,menstrual recovery and the occurrence of ADR were observed in 2 groups. The endometriosis relapse of 2 groups were followed up for 1 year and observed. RESULTS:After treatment,the ovulation recov-ery time and menstrual recovery time of experimental group were all shorter than those of control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in experimental group(17.34%)was significantly lower than in control group(35.71%), with statistical significance(P<0.05). During follow-up period,the relapse rate of experimental group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that of control group(18.37%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:After laparoscopic surgery, triptorelin acetate can significantly improve therapeutic efficacy of endometriosis,reduce the occurrence of ADR.

[Objective]To investigate results of surgical treatment of intradural tumors of the cervical spinal cord.[Method]Twenty-one cases with cervical intradural tumor were treated surgically under posterior approach from 1999 to 2005,all patients were performed cervical laminae resection before tumor resection,and some received internal fixation.All patients were followed up for 8 months to 38 months respectively.All the clinical materials were analyzed retrospectively.[Result]All patients survived the operation,symptoms disappeared 13,relieved 7 and deteriorated 1.Total resection in 15 cases,subtotal 4 cases and partial 2 cases.[Conclusion]To succeed the operation,it is very important to make clear the location and size of the tumor and the relationship between the tumor and spinal cord;in order to gain total resection of tumor,both careful protection of spinal cord and vertebral artery and intraspinal cannal veins are essence.

Objective To study the probability of screening the high risk people of hypercholestrolemia by cholestrol level in cord blood. Methods Cord venous blood were collected in 1000 newborns and the cholestrol and glucose level were measured. Maternal diet, birth weight and delivery time were recorded. Results The mean level of cholestrol in cord blood was (64.86?17.25) mg% in full term newborns, 42 cases were higher than 100 mg%(4.2%). No relationship was shown between the cholestrol level in cord blood and that in the mother blood or maternal ,diet or delivery time. The glucose level in cord blood was affected by what the mother eating during the 3 hours before delivery. Conclusions The cholestrol level in cord blood of full term newborns may be used as the earliest screening method for hypercholestrolemia people.

Objective To understand the status of tobacco epidemic among adults in Zhejiang province in 2013.Methods A total of 2 779 residents aged 15-69 years from 15 counties were selected using stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method and surveyed by face to face interview to complete questionnaire.Results The current smoking prevalence was 25.62％ among the adults 15-69 years old in Zhejiang province,50.88％ among males and 0.78％ among females.The daily smoking prevalence was 21.85％;40.56％ of the current daily smokers smoked within 30 minutes after waking;95.19％ of current smokers were not willing to quit;64.04％ of all respondents reported someone smoked in their own homes;67.48％ smokers thought they would continue to smoke even if the price of tobacco rises;21.09％ of all respondents saw tobacco AD at shops and on TV;42.00％ of people were aware that smoking could cause stroke,heart attack and lung cancer;89.69％ smokers still believed that low-tar cigarettes were less harmful than regular cigarettes;73.92％ of people agreed with completely no-smoking in public places.Conclusions Male smoking prevalence in Zhejiang remains at a high level,coupled with low rate of quitting,second hand smoke exposure remains a serious issue in household,low awareness of the harms of smoking for people,suggesting that the task of controlling smoking needs to be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the chemical preventive effect of matrine on ethyl nitrate nitroguanidine nitrate induced gastric cancer in rats. Methods 100 male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into four groups,each had 25 rats ,treated with different drugs respectively.Rats in the negative control group (group A)freely drunk water;each rat in gastric carcer model group (group B)drunk ethyl nitrate nitroguanidine nitrate (ENNG)1.5 mg/d by themselves;gastric cancer model rats of experimental group (group C)drunk matrine 150 mg/(kg · d)ethyl nitrate nitroguanidine nitrate (ENNG)150mg/(kg·d)by themselves;negative control group (group D)rats drunk matrine for injection 150 mg/(kg·d)by themselves.Rats were killed after 24 weeks,rats were observed on gastric mucosa change by naked eye and microscope ,and detected proliferating cell nucleus antigen (PCNA)of stomach tissue ,levels of serum transforming growth factorβ1 (TGF-β1 )and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2).Results Canceration rate [64.00% (16/25)]of the rat gastric mucosa in Group B was significantly higher than that in group C [12.00% (3/25)],and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 );PCNA,TGF-β1 and the Bcl-2 level of rats in group C was lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 );after raising 24 weeks,change rate of gastric mucosa atrophy and hyperplasia in group B were significantly higher than those of group C,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 );after raising 24 weeks,there was no cancerous changes on gastric mucosa in group A and D ,and the change of gastric mucosa atrophy and hyperplasia had no obvious difference,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Matrine could inhibit rat gastric cancer induced by ENNG by lowering PCNA,TGF-β1 and the Bcl-2 levels,which provides evidence for the potential chemical preventive effect on human gastric cancer.

Methods The serum levels of sCD23 and TPO of 25 CLL patients were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Flow cytometry was employed to determine the expression of CD38 and ZAP-70 protein. Results TPO level in CLL patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls 67.22 - 1881.77 ng/L and 70. 29 - 147. 98 ng/L respectively, P =0. 003. sCD23 level in CLL patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls 129. 80-405. 31 U/ml and 0. 65 -32. 99 U/ml respectively, P =0. 000. TPO level was significantly correlated with Binet stage and CD38 expression. Patients in stage B and C had higher level of TPO than those in stage A 140. 57 -457.48 ng/L and 121.92 - 163.83 ng/L respectively, P =0.014,while TPO level was higher in patients with higher CD38 expression than in patients lower CD38 expression 113.23- 199. 10 ng/L and 141.34 -454. 92 ng/L respectively, P = 0. 033. No significant correlation of sCD23 and TPO levels with ZAP-70 protein, sex, age, peripheral lymphocyte count and lactate dehydrogenase were observed. Conclusion Serum TPO level might be a prognostic factor in CLL.
