Diamond-Blackfan anemia(DBA)is a rare disease with depauperate red blood cells.For absence of its whole naturally successive information,it is very hard to know distinctly its diagnositic and curative viewpoints to evaluate its prognosis.Especially domestically,its systematic study is more insufficient.The paper approaches its diagnostic criteria and evaluates its feasibly curative viewpoints,including hormone drugs treatment,blood-transfusion treatment and transplanting haemopoietic stem cells.
2.Development of detection kit for ECG cable

According to the needs of maintenances a detection kit for ECG cable is developed to detect the onoff condition of the wire, which can form a loop, and to indicate the result on a LED. The kit proves to be simple and practical and thus can significantly increase the maintenance efficiency of ECG cable.
3.The status quo of caring character of baccalaureate students majoring in nursing and an analysis of the related factors

Objective To study the status quo of the caring character of baccalaureate nursing students and its related factors.Methods A total of baccalaureate nursing students were recruited from two and three levels of baccalaureate in Nantong district by convenience sampling method and cluster sampling method.The students were investigated with a nurse caring character questionnaire which was developed in the previous study and then an analysis was conducted.Results The caring characters of the nursing baccalaureate students were at the medium level.The caring characters of baccalaureate nursing students were affected by various factors.The linear regression revealed that choosing nursing willingly or not,relationship with familyand sex,among other things had the greatest influence on their caring characters.Conclusions Therefore,importance should be attached to the caring character of baccalaureate students and corresponding guidance and education directed at the various grades should be offered so as to increase their caring characters.
4.Culture and identification of rat basilar artery smooth muscle cells

Aim To investigate the method of cell culture for smooth muscle cells from rat cerebral basilar artery and understand cells growth and biological characteristics.Methods The explant attached method was applied for cell culture of rat basilar artery smooth muscle cells(BASMCs).The cultured BASMCs were identified by immunocytochemical staining.The activities of cells were indicated by the dynamic changes of intracellular calcium concentration observed by RF-5 000 fluorospectro-photometer.Results BASMCs grew out of tissue blocks by 5 days,reached confluency could be subcultured after 2 weeks.Cultured cells were identified by intensely positive immunocytochemical staining to smooth muscle actin-specific.Introduction of calcium channel agonists induced significant increase in Fura-2 fluorescence ratio(F340/F380)and cells were in good condiction.Conclusion Explant attached method is simple,efficient and economic.It provides an ideal cell model for the study of pathogenesis of the cerebral vascular diseases.
5.Clinical characteristics and angio-architecture features of dural arteriovenous fistulas

To investigate the clinical characteristics and angio-architecture features of patients with dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVF).The clinical data of 48 patients with DAVF were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were diagnosed by digital subtract angiography and 43 cases were also examined by MRI.Patients were divided into the bleeding group and non-bleeding group,whose clinical features and angio-architecture were compared.Of 48 cases,13 patients demonstrated intracranial bleeding,and men were more common in bleeding group (M/F:10/3) than in non-bleeding group (M/F:15/20) (P =0.036).The Cognard scores of bleeding group and nou-bleeding group were 3.77 ±0.28 and 2.49 ±0.21,respectively (P =0.002) ; however,there was no significant difference in age and the number of feeding artery between two groups.The results indicate that male patients with high Cognard scores tend to intracranial bleeding.
6.The relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and serum free estriol and its impact on pregnancy outcomes

Objective To research the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and serum free estriol 3 (FE3) and explore its impact on pregnancy outcome.Methods Clinical data of 117 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 165 normal pregnant women were retrospectivly analyzed.Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination of maternal serum FE3 also had been conducted.Then analyzing the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3 and its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Results LDL cholesterol and the level of creatinine of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(t =3.129,9.372,all P < 0.05),while blood pressure,triglycerides,HDL,and 24-hour urinary protein content were significantly higher than control groug(t =7.361,2.398,2.833,all P < 0.05).The FE3 level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (t =2.913,P < 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the FE3 level of normal pregnant women and their gestational age (r =0.937,P < 0.05).The probabilities of premature birth,premature rupture of membranes,postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal asphyxia of observation group were significantly higher than amtrol group (x2 =3.912,3.879,4.267,6.935,all P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3,which has an important significance on monitoring the health status of pregnant women and the fetal-placental function.
7.Circulating miR-106a in serum are potential biomarker for renal cell carcinoma

Objective To detect the circulating miR-106a levels in serum before and after surgery in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma,and to explore its relationship with clinical-pathological parameters.Methods 30 serum samples from patients with renal clear cell carcinoma were collected before and after surgery during February 2013 to July 2014.This study included 30 normal controls.All serum miR-106a levels were detected using the real-time PCR.Results The serum miR-l06a levels in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma pre-operatively wcre significantly greater than normal controls (Z =-4.251,P =0.0001).The serum miR-106a levels in patients post-operatively had no significant differences compared to normal controls (Z =-0.244,P =0.807).The serum miR-106a levels in post-operative samples were significantly lower than the pre-operative samples (Z =-4.229,P =0.0001).Serum miR-106a levels and other clinical-pathological parameters had no correlation in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma(tumor size:Z =-0.775,P =0.439;Fuhrman grade:Z =-1.694,P =0.090).The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to distinguish pre-operative samples and normal controls,its AUC was 0.819 (95% CI:0.710-0.929,P =0.0001) with 86.7% sensitivity and 70.0% specificity.Conclusions The serum miR-106a levels in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma pre-operatively were significantly greater than post-operatively with no correlation in tumor size and Fuhrman grade.The outcome suggested that serum miR-106a can be regarded as a potential molecular marker in renal clear cell carcinoma.
8.Clinical analysis of lasting remission of high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children after severe infection

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) receiving lasting remission after severe infection.Methods:The data of 3 children with high-risk ALL who were treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University in 2014, 2015 and 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical and laboratory characteristics of all patients were also analyzed, and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results:All 3 children were clinically classified as high-risk ALL with severe infection. A variety of anti-infective drugs and blood products were used in the treatment, and all achieved lasting remission.Conclusions:Children with high-risk ALL after severe infection can acquire lasting remission, which may be related with the production of infection stimulating inflammatory factors and cytokines to activate certain immune pathways, or various kinds of antibiotics, blood products participating in the immune regulation to make the body regain the immune surveillance function of the tumor cells.
9.Effects of vagus nerve stimulation on cerebral ischemia injury and expression of p-CREB in rat MCAO/reperfusion models

Objective To investigate the effects of vagus nerve electrostimulation (VNS) on the brain damage of rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)/reperfusion model and its mechanism. Methods Twenty four adult male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups (12 each): MCAO/reperfusion group (MCAO group) and MCAO/reperfusion+VNS group (MCAO+VNS group). Subsequently, the neurological function deficit was determined by neurological scoring according to Zea Long scoring method 24h after MCAO/reperfusion. The cerebral infarction volume was determined by TTC assay. The cell apoptosis in brain damage zone was determined by TUNEL assay. Then, the effect of VNS on cAMP response element binding protein (CREB) and p-CREB protein expression was determined by Western blotting. The effect of VNS on Bcl-2 and Bax expression was determined by immunohistochemistry assay. Results Compared with MCAO group, VNS significantly inhibited MCAO-induced neurological deficit (P<0.01), decreased brain infarct volume (P<0.01) and cell apoptosis (P<0.01), increased the expression of p-CREB protein (P<0.01) and the number of Bcl-2-position cells (P<0.01) together with decreasing the number of Bax-position cells (P<0.01). However, VNS did not affect the expression of CREB protein (P>0.05). Conclusion VNS may ameliorate MCAO-induced neurological deficit and decrease brain infarct volume, which may be related to the promotion of p-CREB protein expression level.
10.Detection and comparison of 10 human milk oligosaccharides during lactational stage

Objective To detect 10 kinds of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOS) and compare their amounts during lactational stage.Methods Breast milk samples in different stages of lactation as colostrum (day 0-7 postpartum),transitional milk (day 8-15 postpartum),and mature milk (day 16-180 postpartum) were collected and 10 HMOS in those samples were detected and quantified by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection after fluorescence labeling by using standard curves.Correlations between HMOS and lactation day were conducted by Person correlation analysis method,while the differences among three stages were calculated by ANOVA test.Results Ten HMOS were successfully separated and quantified under chosen chromatographic parameters.2'FL,3'SL,6'SL,LNT,LNnT and LNFP-I were negatively correlated and 3'FL was positively correlated with lactation days.They were different in three lactational stages (P < 0.05),while P1,LNFP-V and LNnFP-V showed no correlation and difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion The amount of HMOS changed during lactational stages.Seven HMOS were correlated with lactation days and different in three lactational stages (P < 0.05).
