Objective To observe the clinical effect of composite resin on padding the abrasion wear pits of molar occlusal surface.Methods To select 20 patients with a total of 68 teeth which all haven't pulpitis symptoms and their posterior occlusal have wear pits and have enough space for filling.Adhensives and corresponding composite resins produced by 3MESPE Company were used to fill the pits.Results After 1-year follow-up,among 68 teeth,55 are successful,11 effective,2 failed,the total effective rate was 97.06％.Conclusion The composite resins made by 3M are good quality materials which are suitable for filling posterior occlusal wear pits.

Objective To investigate whether 17β-estradiol (E2) can stimulate the proliferation,migration,and secretion of trefoil factor family 1 (TFF1) in papillary thyroid cancer K-1 cells and explore the molecular mechanisms.Methods ELISA was used to detect the content of TFF1 in the supernatant of K-1 cells after the treatment of E2,propylpyrazoletriol (PPT,ERα agonist) or diarylpropionitrile (DPN,ERβ agonist).The expression of ERα and ERβ in the untreated cells was measured by Western blotting.ERα siRNA and ERβ siRNA by RNA interference were designed and synthesized,and the change of TFF1 was measured by ELISA again after the transfection.The interaction between TFF1 promoter and ER was evaluated by chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis (CHiP).The proliferation and migration were detected in the K-1 cells after E2 treatment by MTT assay and Transwell chamber test respectively.Festults After E2 treatment,the TFF1 content in the supernatant of K-1 cells was increased gradually,reached peak at 24 h,and then declined slowly.PPT treatment enhanced the secretion of TFF1 but DPN decreased it in the K-1 cells.Transfection of ERα siRNA obliterated the inductive effect of E2 on the secretion of TFF1,but that of ERβ siRNA increased the inductive effect in the K-1 cells.Western blotting showed that the expression level of ERα was higher than that of ERβ in the K-1 cells.ChIP results confirmed that ERα protein was bound to the promoter of TFF1 gene in K-1 cells.E2 treatment promoted cell proliferation and improved cell migration in the K-1 cells.Conclusion E2 induces the expression and secretion of TFF1 in K-1 cells through ERα-dependent manner,and thus promotes the proliferation and migration of the cells.

Objective To elucidate the expression of gankyrin in human gastric cancer cells and it's role in nimesulide induced apoptosis. Methods Four human gastric cancer cell lines including MKN28 (well differentiated), AGS (poorly differentiated), MKN45 (poorly differentiated), and SGC7901(moderately differentiated) were cultured and treated with nimesulide. Nimesulide induced growth inhibition and apoptosis of the cells were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay, and confirmed by flow cytometry. The expressions of gankyrin gene and protein were further assessed by real-time PCR and Western blotting. Results Gankyrin mRNA and protein were detected in all four human gastric cancer cell lines. The proliferations of AGS and SGC7901 cell lines were significantly suppressed by nimesulide in a time-dose dependent manner. When treated with 400 μmol/L of nimesulide for 48 hours, the significant apoptosis was found in AGS cells (23.30%±2.50%) and SGC7901 cells (16.80%±1.55% ) in comparison with controls (0.57%±0.19% and 0.88%± 0.17%, respectively, all P values <0.01). Apoptosis of AGS cells induced by nimesulide was accompanied by a considerably decreased gankyrin expression that was more significant at 24 hours (0.0035±0.0014) and 36 hours (0.0980±0.0160) in comparison with controls (0.4690±0.1190, all P values<0.01). Conclusion Gankyrin expresses in human gastric cancer cell lines and may be involved in nimesulide induced apoptosis of AGS cells.

In the study, we used oil palm residues (empty fruit bunch, EFB) as raw material to produce cellulosic ethanol by pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation. Firstly, the pretreatment of EFB with alkali, alkali/hydrogen peroxide and the effects on the components and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose were studied. The results show that dilute alkali was the suitable pretreatment method and the conditions were first to soak the substrate with 1% sodium hydroxide with a solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 at 40 degrees C for 24 h, and then subjected to 121 degrees C for 30 min. Under the conditions, EFB solid recovery was 74.09%, and glucan, xylan and lignin content were 44.08%, 25.74% and 13.89%, respectively. After separated with alkali solution, the pretreated EFB was washed and hydrolyzed for 72 h with 5% substrate concentration and 30 FPU/g dry mass (DM) enzyme loading, and the conversion of glucan and xylan reached 84.44% and 89.28%, respectively. We further investigated the effects of substrate concentration and enzyme loading on enzymatic hydrolysis and ethanol batch simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF). The results show that when enzyme loading was 30 FPU/g DM and substrate concentration was increased from 5% to 25%, ethanol concentration were 9.76 g/L and 35.25 g/L after 72 h fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (inoculum size 5%, V/V), which was 79.09% and 56.96% of ethanol theory yield.

Objective: To analyze physical fitness of students aged 6-22 years old from seven ethnic groups in Yunnan Province, and to provide reference for physical fitness intervention measures. Methods: The nationality, gender, grade, body shape, vital capacity, exercise quality of students were derived from the 2019 Yunnan Student Physical Health Survey Database. Comprehensive physical fitness score was calculated according to the National Student Physical Fitness Standards(revised in 2014). t test, ANOVA, and χ 2 test were used to analyze physical fitness score and level among students with different ethnic groups, gender, and school stages. Results: The average comprehensive score of physical fitness among students from 7 ethnic groups in Yunnan Province was (70.02±9.69）, with the pass rate being 88.91%. The proportion of excellent was 0.93%, good was 17.90%, pass 70.09 %, and failed was 11.09%. Physical fitness score was highest in BMI (94.99 points), followed by 50 meter running (74.13 points), sitting forward bend (72.63 points), endurance running (70.43 points), standing long jump (67.77 points), sit ups ( 65.71 points) , 1 minute skipping rope (65.25 points), vital capacity (62.97 points), pull up (29.04 points). Physical fitness score and pass rate and evaluation level varied significantly by ethnicity and school stage( F =293.53，452.85， χ 2/ χ 2 trend =466.65， 412.57 ； 1 553.22 ，1 045.36， P <0.01). Conclusion The excellent rate of physical fitness among students in Yunnan Province is relatively low. Physical fitness promotion requires specific guidance and training based on ethnicity and school stage.

Objective:To investigate the post-traumatic experience of inpatients with simple maxillofacial trauma, and to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of post-traumatic intervention programs.Methods:A qualitative approach was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 17 inpatients with simple maxillofacial trauma in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January to April, 2020, and Colaizzi phenomenological analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results:The post-traumatic experience of inpatients with simple maxillofacial trauma mainly included five themes: acute impairment of maxillofacial function, change of comfort, disorder of self-image, transformation from negative psychological experience to positive psychological experience, and lack of coping resources.Conclusions:Medical staff should pay attention to the functional recovery, body image and psychological intervention of inpatients with simple maxillofacial trauma, provide more professional support, and promote the physical and mental recovery of patients.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of occupational stress intervention in the workplaces abroad by systematic review and to provide a reference for domestic research.

METHODSThe Medline database was searched to collect the literature on occupational stress intervention published from January 1 in 2000 to September 4 in 2014, Using standardized forms, the methods, contents, subjects, study design, result indicator, effectiveness and evidence of the intervention were extracted and analyzed.

RESULTSThirty studies met the inclusion criteria, with a total sample size of 5699 participants, including 20 randomized trials and 10 non-randomized or self-controlled studies from 12 countries, such as Germany, Japan, and Britain. The course of intervention ranged from 4 to 16 weeks. Six types of intervention were identified, i.e., cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT), relaxation technique, physical activity, organization-focused intervention, combined intervention, and multilevel intervention, among which CBT was used most frequently. The outcome variables mainly included social psychological variable and work-related variable. Occupational stress intervention could significantly improve the occupational stress and depressive symptoms, and also had some effects on the work-related outcomes. The effectiveness of the intervention might vary between the subjects with different occupational stress levels before intervention. The effectiveness of the intervention was better at an organizational level than at an individual level, but the effectiveness at a multiple level was not necessarily better than that at a single level.

CONCLUSIONOccupational stress intervention is an effective method to improve the occupational stress at workplace. However, the occupational stress level before intervention, the duration and frequency of intervention, measures and level of intervention, and follow-up period have certain influence on the effectiveness of intervention. Future research should pay attention to methodology, focus on organizational level and network-based intervention, and increase the cost-benefit analysis.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of porcine small intestine submucosa-derived (SIS) mesh and polypropylene (PP) mesh applied in anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair.Methods The retrospective cohort study was conducted.The clinical data of 59 patients who underwent anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University between January 2012 and December 2017 were collected.Of 59 patients,22 undergoing anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair with SIS mesh and 37 undergoing anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair with PP mesh were respectively allocated into the SIS group and PP group.Surgeons selected surgical procedures according to hernia ring situations of patients.Observation indicators:(l) intra-and post-operative recovery situations;(2) follow-up.Follow-up using outpatient examination and telephone interview was performed to detect long-term complications of patients including foreign body sensation or pain in abdominal wall and hernia recurrence up to May 2018.Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as (x)±s,and comparison between groups was done using t test.Measurement data with skewed distribution were described as M (range),and comparison between groups was done using Mann-Whitney U test.Comparison of count data was analyzed using the chi-square test or Fisher exact probability.Results (1) Intra-and post-operative recovery situations:patients of the SIS group and PP group underwent successfully anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair.There were 2,3,3,14 and 5,26,1,5 patients undergoing open Onlay repair,open Sublay repair,laparoscopic intraperitoneal onlay mesh repair,laparoscopic combined with open mesh repair in the SIS group and PP group respectively.The volume of intraoperative blood loss,cases of postoperative incisional seroma and surgical site infection were (23± 11)mL,7,5 in the SIS group and (30± 13)mL,3,1 in the PP group respectively,with statistically significant differences between groups (t=-2.238,P＜0.05).(2) Follow-up:patients of the SIS group and PP group were respectively followed up for 29.3 months (6.0-66.0 months) and 31.0 months (7.0-76.0 months),with no statistically significant difference between groups (Z =-1.388,P＞0.05).During the follow-up,foreign body sensation or pain in abdominal wall and hernia recurrence were detected in 6,6 patients in the SIS group and 4,2 patients in the PP group respectively,with a statistically significant difference in hernia recurrence between groups (P＜0.05) and with no statistically significant difference in foreign body sensation or pain in abdominal wall between groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with polypropylene mesh,anterior abdominal wall incisional hernia repair using SIS mesh has higher incidence rate of postoperative incisional seroma,surgical site infection and hernia recurrence,but fewer volume of intraoperative blood loss.
