Objective To investigate the significance of three electrocardiographic indexes in predicting the myocardial infarct related artery (IRA) in inferior wall of acute myocardial infarction (IAMI) Methods One hundred and twenty patients with IAMI were studied Results (1) IRA was related to right coronary artery (RCA) in 98 (81 7%) case, left circumflex branch (LCX) in 22 (18 3%) cases (2) ST segment depression in lead Ⅰ identified RCA occlusion with a sensitivity of 77 6%, specificity of 90 9% in patient with IAMI, but isoelectric or elevated ST segment in lead Ⅰ identified LCX occlusion with a sensitivity of 90 9%, specificity of 77 6% (3) About QRS wave of lead aVL, S/R≥1/3 identified RCA occlusion with a higher sensitivity of 93 9% and a lower specificity of 63 6% (4) When IRA was RCA, ST segment elevated amplitude Ⅲ≥Ⅱ identified as a diagnostic index no matter the location of occlusion Conclusion Three electrocardiographic indexes have significant value in predicting the infarct related artery in inferior wall acute myocardial infarction

To review and analyze the pharmacological effect and underlying mechanism of Chinese lobelia. Methods:The references from home and abroad on the pharmacological effect and mechanism of Chinese lobelia in recent years were summarized and analyzed. Results:Chinese lobelia had wide range of pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, endothelial cells regulation, an-algesic and anti-inflammatory effect, inhibition against alpha glycosidase enzymes and myocardial ischemia reperfusion et al. Conclu-sion:A large number of effective compositions are in Chinese lobelia and the biological activity is extensive. The mechanism of biologi-cal activity should be further studied in-depth.

Objective To evaluate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on unilateral spatial neglect in stroke patients. Methods Published articles from the earliest date available to July, 2016 were recalled from PubMed, OVID, Embase, Co-chrane Library, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database. Two reviewers selected independently the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about rT-MS for stroke patients with unilateral spatial neglect, and extracted data independently and analyzed with RevMan 5.3 and GRADE profiler 3.6. Results Twelve trials that represented 353 participants were evaluated. For improving Line Bisection Test, Star Cancellation Test, Albert Test, rTMS groups were significantly more effective than the controls. rTMS groups with different frequencies all showed significantly effec-tive:for low frequency rTMS, SMD=-1.21, 95%CI=-2.17 to-0.25;for high frequency rTMS, SMD=-2.56, 95%CI=-3.54 to-1.58;for continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS), SMD=-2.51, 95%CI=-3.66 to-1.36. Conclusion rTMS is effective on unilateral spatial neglec-tin in stroke patients.

Objective To clone human autoimmune antigen SSA/Ro60 and to purify its expression to provide the material basis for the assisted diagnosis of human autoimmune diseases .Methods The SSA/Ro60 gene was cloned by RT‐PCR and directionally inserted into expression vector pPICZ .The recombinant plasmid was transformed into Pichia SMD1168 .The obtained recombinant protein was identified by SDS‐PAGE and Western blotting .Results The amplified full‐length sequence was about 1 .5 kb in size . The pPICZ‐SSA positive clone produced a 60 × 103 recombinant protein which had natural immunogenicity of human autoimmune antigen SSA/Ro60 by SDS‐PAGE and Western blot .Conclusion Human autoimmune antigen SSA/Ro60 is successfully cloned and expressed ,which lays a foundation for diagnosing autoimmune diseases .

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two different revascularization approaches,one via percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with drug-eluting stents (DES) and the other via coronary artery bypass graft (CABG),on short-and long-term prognosis in elderly patients with diabetes and multi-vessel coronary artery disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 254 elderly patients with diabetes and multi-vessel coronary artery disease.Based on the revascularization approach,patients were divided into the PCI group (n=93) and the CABG group (n =161).The incidence of major cardiovascular events (MACE) were observed during hospitalization and 1-year after follow-up.Results All-cause mortality and the incidence of non-fatal myocardial infarction were higher in the CABG group than in the PCI group during hospitalization [4.9％ (8 cases) vs.1.1％ (1 cases),5.6％ (9 cases) vs.2.2％ (2 cases),each P＜0.05],while there was no significant difference in the incidence of MACE between the two groups1-year after follow-up (P＞ 0.05).The incidence of cerebrovascular events was lower in the PCI group than in the CABG group [2.2 ％ (2 cases) vs.6.2％ (10 cases),P＜0.05],while the rate of revascularization was higher in thePCI group than in the CABG group [6.5％ (6 cases) vs.1.9％ (3 cases),P＜0.05].Cox regression analysis showed that diabetes (OR =1.65,95％ CI:1.013-1.926,P =0.024) and left ventricular ejection fraction (OR =1.30,95 ％ CI:1.018-1.652,P =0.027) were independent risk factors for revascularization and cerebrovascular events.Conclusions MACEs during hospitalization are fewer in elderly patients with diabetes and multi-vessel coronary artery heart disease who received PCI than in those who received CABG.PCI has a similar mid-and long-term effect as CABG,bur PCI has a higher revascularization rate and lower risk of MACEs than CABG.

Objective This study was designed to observe the impact of cigarette cessation on anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 690 cigarette smoking patients with CHD identified by coronary angiography (CAG) were included and analyzed in the study.The mental state were scored with Hamilton anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) scale both on admission and at 6-month follow-up.The patients were divided into two groups based on the cigarette cessation.The score of mental state between the two groups were compared.The patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI),coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG),or medicine therapy (MT).Results The clinic data and score of mental state were similar at the time of admission (HAMA:10.66±5.53 vs 11.09 ±5.61,P =0.311;HAMD:29.81 ± 10.13 vs 28.94 ± 10.22,P =0.266 4) between the two groups.After 6 months,the proportions of subjects in smoking cession group with anxiety (24.2％ vs 32.3％,P ＜0.05),depression (18.0％ vs 27.5％,P ＜0.05),and anxiety and depression (7.0％ vs 16.2％,P ＜0.001) decreased significantly compared with those in smoking group irrespective of the treatment strategy.Both the HAMA and HAMD scores were lower in smoking cessation group (HAMA:9.83±3.40;HAMD:24.91 ±7.90) than in smoking group (HAMA:10.98 ±4.87;HAMD:27.70 ± 11.16) (all P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions Smoking cessation is good for the relief of anxiety and depression in CHD patient.

Objective: To explore the clinical response on cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in patients of chronic heart failure (CHF) with different QRS wave morphology. Methods: A total of 52 CHF patients received CRT in our hospital and the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City from 2010-03 to 2013-07 were retrospectively studied. The patients were divided into 3 groups: True-complete left bundle branch block (t-CLBBB) group,n=20, Classic LBBB (CLBBB) group,n=15 and IVCD group,n=17. The general clinical condition, the indexes of echocardiography at 6 months of follow-up study including left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), NYHA classiifcation and 6-MWT were examined and compared among different groups. Results: In general clinical condition, the ratio of non-ischemic heart disease patients in t-CLBBB group was higher than those in CLBBB group and IVCD group, allP<0.05. By 6 months follow-up study, LVEDD in t-CLBBB group (62.6 ± 8.9) mm was lower than those in CLBBB group (70.0 ± 8.9) mm and IVCD group (72.8 ± 8.0) mm, LVEF was higher in t-CLBBB group (38.5 ± 6.2) % than those in CLBBB group (31.7 ± 6.7) % and IVCD group (30.1 ± 6.7) %. NYHA classiifcation in t-CLBBB group (2.00 ± 0.45) grade was lower than those in CLBBB group (2.73 ± 0.80) grade and IVCD group (3.12 ± 0.78) grade . 6-MWT in t-CLBBB group (302.0 ± 57.9) m was longer than those in CLBBB group (257.3 ± 59.0) m and IVCD group (220.2 ± 57.9) m, allP<0.05. Conclusion: CRT is an effective method for treating CHD patients, different QRS morphology may have different response, the patients with t-CLBBB would make better response.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and monitoring application of anti-phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies ( PLA2R ) in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy ( IMN) .Methods A retrospective study was used .48 patients were diagnosed as idiopathic membranous nephropathy by puncturing kidney from January of 2013 to June of 2014 in the Hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medical University and Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were included. 43 patients were diagnosed as non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy ( NIMN ).35 healthy volunteers were selected as control groups.Serum PLA2R were detected by indirect immunofluorescence.The intensity of antibodies fluorescence and the level of urine protein in 24 hours(24 h PRO) ,serum UREA ,serum CYSC, serum UA,GFR were compared in each groups.Measurement data was shown as mean ±standard deviation;Count data was shown as frequency or composition, t test andχ2 test were used as statistical method.Results (1) Among 48 cases with IMN,37 cases showed positive PLA2R (positive rate 77.08%).All of cases were negative in NIMN group.The sensitivity and the specificity of serum PLA2R were 77.08%and 100%.(2) Compared with control groups, the levels of UREA, CYSC and UA were found statistically significant differences in patients with IMN ( P <0.05 ) .( The levels of UREA in control groups and IMN groups respectively:4.12 ±1.25,6.02 ±2.28, t =4.446,P=0.00;UA:262 ±49,331 ±112,t =2.577,P =0.017;CYSC:0.78 ±0.21,1.16 ±0.27,t=4.63,P=0.00.)
