Objective We aimed to translate the English version of Perceived Control of Asthma Questionnaire (PCAQ) into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PCAQ in asthma patients.Methods Totally 125 patients with asthma were recruited and were investigated by the Chinese version of PCAQ.The results underwent reliability and validity test.Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the Chinese version of PCAQ ranged from 0.815 to 0.904,higher than 0.7.The split half coefficient was 0.647; the test-retest reliability was 0.818,which showed that internal consistency of Chinese version of PCAQ was good.The content validity index was 0.952.Factor analysis got 3 factors,which explained 46.079％ of the total variance; the factor loading of each item was ＞0.4.Conclusions The Chinese version of PCAQ has been proved to be rehable and valid.It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of perceived control in asthma patients.

The over-expression of Polo-like kinase 1(Plk1)is critical in the producing and progressing of multi-ple human tumors and is recognized as an effective target for the development of novel anti-cancer drugs.Currently a variety of small molecules targeting ATP or substrates binding sites have entered different stages of clinical trials.Polo-box domain(PBD)is a unique domain of Plks which plays an important role in the sub-cellular location of Plks and also in the recognition of their substrates,therefore it has become an attractive target for the development of novel target-directed Plk1 inhibitors.In this paper,PBD function of Plk1 was intro-duced,the progress of small molecule and phosphoserine /phosphothreonine contained short peptide Plk1 inhibi-tors targeting PBD was summarized.Further development of this kind of inhibitors was also proposed.

Objective We tried to translate the English version of the Falls Efficacy Scale,Swedish version [FES (S)] into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of FES (S) in patients after stroke.Methods Totally 145 patients after stroke were recruited and were investigated by the Chinese version of FES (S).The result underwent analysis of reliability and validity.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of FES (S) were 0.896.The Cronbach's α coefficient of two dimensions,which were Activity of Daily Living Ability and Instrumental Activity of Daily Living,were 0.863 and 0.872.The split half coefficient was 0.653,test-retest reliability was 0.743.The content validity index(CVI)was calculated according to related formulas,which was 0.896～1.000,the average CVI of all items was 0.925,CVI of each item was above 0.8.Factor analysis got two factors,which explained 40.852％ of the total variance.Except for item 5,other items showed factor loading ＞0.4 for its common factor.Conclusions The Chinese version of FES (S) has been proved to be reliable and valid.It can be used as a valid tool for assessing stroke patients with risk for falls and self-confidence.

Objective To investigate a kind of new operation style aiming directly at middle and late stage cardic cancer. Methods To use the routine resection and retrograde resection simultaneusly as surgical treatment for those difficult to be exercised. Results This is no exploration case in this group. There is no case perioperation death. This method has improved the patient's epitite and quality of life (QOL)obviously. Conclusion This operation style provided a new kind of effective method for the treatment of middle and late stage cardic cancer. It set a solid foundation for improving the patient's QOL and combined treatment after the operation.

Objective:To investigate the status of violence and aggression suffered by nurses in psychiatric hospitals in beijing-tianjin-hebei region and explore the development trend of violence assessment.Methods:A total of 539 psychiatric nurses from three top grade psychiatric hospitals (Beijing Huilongguan Hospital, Tianjin Anding Hospital, Mental Health Center of Hebei Province) in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were surveyed by a general data questionnaire, Workplace Violence Frequency Measurement Scale (WVS), Violence Cognition Qquestionnaire, Knowledge and Needs on Violence Risk Management Questionnaire.Results:A high level of workplace violence (6.21±2.94) was found with nurses in different wards ( χ2 value was 32.149, P<0.05), being in different wards (χ 2 value was 32.149, P<0.05), whether participating psychiatric training ( χ2 value was 11.588, P<0.05) and whether working on different schedule ( χ2 value was 21.017, P<0.05), suffered from distinct level of workplace violence. Participants believed that the change in the patients′ condition (68.6%, 370/539) and symptom fluctuation (65.9%, 355/539) were the main factor of violence from patients′ aspect. While a lack of assessment (57.9%, 312/539) and poor communication among nurses (56.8%, 306/539) was cited as the main causes of violence from nurse′s point. Conclusion:The management and control of patients′ violence should be improved through staff training program, introduction and employment of validated assessment tools, the construction of violent prevention and control system. Only through the joint efforts above could we reduce the occurrence of psychiatry violence injuries and ensure a safety practice environment for the maintenance and improvement of nurses′ health in mental health department.

Objective: To analyze physical fitness of students aged 6-22 years old from seven ethnic groups in Yunnan Province, and to provide reference for physical fitness intervention measures. Methods: The nationality, gender, grade, body shape, vital capacity, exercise quality of students were derived from the 2019 Yunnan Student Physical Health Survey Database. Comprehensive physical fitness score was calculated according to the National Student Physical Fitness Standards(revised in 2014). t test, ANOVA, and χ 2 test were used to analyze physical fitness score and level among students with different ethnic groups, gender, and school stages. Results: The average comprehensive score of physical fitness among students from 7 ethnic groups in Yunnan Province was (70.02±9.69）, with the pass rate being 88.91%. The proportion of excellent was 0.93%, good was 17.90%, pass 70.09 %, and failed was 11.09%. Physical fitness score was highest in BMI (94.99 points), followed by 50 meter running (74.13 points), sitting forward bend (72.63 points), endurance running (70.43 points), standing long jump (67.77 points), sit ups ( 65.71 points) , 1 minute skipping rope (65.25 points), vital capacity (62.97 points), pull up (29.04 points). Physical fitness score and pass rate and evaluation level varied significantly by ethnicity and school stage( F =293.53，452.85， χ 2/ χ 2 trend =466.65， 412.57 ； 1 553.22 ，1 045.36， P <0.01). Conclusion The excellent rate of physical fitness among students in Yunnan Province is relatively low. Physical fitness promotion requires specific guidance and training based on ethnicity and school stage.

Objective:To explore the effect of family supportive nursing on self-perception and outcome events in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A simple random sampling method was used to select 115 elderly patients with chronic diseases discharged from Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. They were divided into the observation group (58 cases) and the control group (57 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received family support nursing. The self-perception and family function scores of the two groups were compared before the intervention and after 3 and 6 months of the intervention. The medication compliance and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention, scores of Self-Perceived Burden (SPBS) of the observation group and the control group were respectively (25.73±3.85) and (28.14±3.90) and scores of Family Adaptability Cohesion Environment Scale (FACES) were respectively (105.62±12.41) and (96.35±10.05) . After 6 months of intervention, the SPBS scores of the observation group and the control group were respectively (21.89±4.33) and (25.41±4.20) , and the FACES scores were (122.60±14.70) and (112.35±16.32) respectively. Repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in interaction effect, time effect and between-group effect in the comparison of SPBS and FACES total scores between the two groups (all P<0.01) . After 6 months of intervention, the rate of good medication compliance in the observation group and the control group was respectively 70.69% (41/58) and 50.88% (29/57) , and that of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=4.738, P=0.030) . After one-year follow-up after intervention, the readmission rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 18.87% (10/53) and 39.22% (20/51) , and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=5.243, P=0.022) . Conclusions:Family support nursing can reduce the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases, improve their family function, improve medication compliance and reduce readmission.

Patients with cancer-related fatigue are prone to symptoms and signs such as anorexia， weight loss， and abdominal distension， which seriously reduces the quality of life and becomes an independent risk factor affecting the survival rate of patients with malignant tumors. Therefore， it is urgent to find effective treatment strategies and drugs. In the past， the academic viewpoint of improving syndromes—a new strategy for tumor treatment was proposed based on the guidance of the Luobing theory. Based on this， this article proposes the pathogenesis of cancer-related fatigue is characterized by spleen and kidney deficiency， stasis and toxin internal obstruction， as well as the treatment method of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney， resolving blood stasis and detoxification guided by the core theory of the Qiluo doctrine of Chengzhi Tiaoping. The representative drug Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules has been developed， not only has good therapeutic effect on solid tumors， but also shows good advantages in treating cancer-related fatigue， which can help to restore the homeostasis of tumor bearing survival in patients with malignant tumors and provide new drug choices for the clinical treatment of cancer-related fatigue.

Objective To reduce the mechanical impact caused by postoperative creep and relaxation of tendon grafts by pre-setting high-strength sutures using suture weaving.Methods Fresh pig tendo calcaneus specimens were used to prepare 30 anterior cruciate ligament tendon grafts,and they were randomly divided into control group,2-strand suture implantation group,and 4-strand suture implantation group,with 10 tendon grafts in each group.The control group were not given suture implantation in the tendon grafts,and the 2-and 4-strand suture implantation groups were pre-set 2 and 4 strands of high-strength No.2 sutures,respectively.The tendon grafts in each group were subjected to 1,100,500,1 000,1 500,2 000,2 500,and 3 000 fatigue tests in turn,and the relaxation was recorded.Finally,the tendon grafts in each group were pulled to failure at a constant rate of 5 cm/min,and the traction force when the relaxation reached 5 mm,i.e.the failure load,was recorded.Results The relaxation of tendon grafts after each fatigue test was significantly lower in the 2-and 4-strand suture implantation groups than that in the control group,and the relaxation was significantly lower in the 4-strand suture implantation group than that in the 2-strand suture implantation group(all P＜0.05).The failure loads of tendon grafts were significantly higher in the 2-and 4-strand suture implantation groups than that in the control group,and the failure load was significantly higher in the 4-strand suture implantation group than that in the 2-strand suture implantation group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Pre-setting high-strength sutures in tendon grafts by suture weaving can effectively improve the mechanical properties of tendon grafts.

Objective:To investigate the effects of 2 650 MHz radiofrequency (RF) exposure on the behavior and neurotransmitter release of mice.Methods:Adult male C57BL/6N mice were divided into a normal control (CON) group and a radiofrequency radiation (RFR) group using the random number table method. The mice in the RFR group were subjected to single-dose whole-body exposure to a uniform 2 650 MHz RF electromagnetic field for 3 h. During the RF exposure, the field strength in the effective working area of the RF radiation platform was measured using an electromagnetic radiation analyzer, and the changes in the anal temperature of the mice were monitored using an optical fiber thermometer. Moreover, the changes in the cognition, social interaction, and emotion of the mice were determined through the new object recognition test, social preference test, and open field test. Finally, the changes in the hippocampal neurotransmitter release levels of the mice were detected using microdialysis sampling and mass spectrometry, and the changes in the hippocampal tissue structure and ultrastructure were observed via microscopy.Results:Under the test conditions, RF radiation improved the anal temperature of the mice, with a maximum increasing amplitude of 0.61℃, falling within the range of thermal safety. The mice in the RFR group experienced a significant decrease in the frequency and time for exploring new objects ( t=4.50, 2.53, P < 0.05) in the new object recognition test, a significant decrease in the frequency ( t=0.08, P<0.01) and time ( t=0.03, P<0.05) for exploring other mice in the social preference test, and no significant change in the frequency and time for exploring the central area ( P > 0.05) in the open field test. Compared to the CON group, the RFR group showed an increase in the release of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) ( t=-2.56, P < 0.05) and a decrease in the release of acetylcholine (ACh) ( t=2.21, P < 0.05), no significant difference in the release of glutamate (Glu) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) ( P > 0.05), and no evident damage to the hippocampal tissue and structure and synaptic ultrastructure. Conclusions:2 650 MHz RF radiation may induce cognitive impairment and abnormal social preference in mice, which is attributed to neuronal dysfunctions and neurotransmitter release disorders under RF exposure.
