Objective To predict the biological process and signaling pathways in which hsa-miR-1908 might be in-volved by a series of bioinformatics analysis, so as to lay foundations and provide theoretical basis for the further studies of hsa-miR-1908 biological function in human preadipocytes. Methods The sequence of hsa-miR-1908 was acquired from miR-Base database, and target genes of hsa-miR-1908 were predicted by miRanda, and then the intersection of the results and the results of gene-chip as gene set were further analyzed by gene ontology and pathway enrichment. Results The hsa-miR-1908 had some conserved property among different species. The functions of the target genes were enriched in Wnt receptor signal-ing pathway through beta-catenin, cell cycle, cell apeptosis and other biological processes. The GnRH signaling, MAPK sig-naling, insulin signaling, cell cycle signal transduction pathways and signaling pathway in pancreatic cancer were signiifcantly enriched. Conclusions The target genes set of hsa-miR-1908 were enriched in multiple biological process which are related with the obesity. This study provides guidance for the further study in human preadipocytes.

BACKGROUND: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the lower limbs is one of the severe complications of total hip replacement (THR)during the perioperative period. The incidence rate was high. The effect of primary disease on the DVT after THR in the elderly remains poorly understood.OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of primary disease on DVT after THR in the elderly.METHODS: 147 cases with unilateral THR aged 64-93 years, were included and divided into two groups. Fracture group contained 68 cases, which of them were all traumatic femoral neck fracture ones. Osteopathia group contained 79 cases, and they had no traumatic injury. We selected total hip prostheses according to their physiological age, preoperative socialization ability, substantia ossea and life expectancy. Biological prosthesis in 5 cases and mixed prosthesis in 12 cases were used, while the others used bone cement prosthesis. If the patient had pain and/or swelling on the injured limb, with or without Homans/Neuhofs sign, we did the pressurized ultrasonic Doppler to examine whether the patient had got DVT.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the fracture group, 32 cases had swelling in the injured limbs, and 20 cases with pain, 15 cases with Homans/Neuhofs sign, and 29 DVT cases were confirmed by the pressurized ultrasonic Doppler. One femoral neck fracture case of THR had no DVT clinical signs and was dead 17 days later. The autopsy found that it was an mixed type combined of pulmonary embolism; Osteopathia group: 20 cases had swelling in the injured limbs, and 11 cases of pain, 9 cases of Homans/Neuhofs sign, 20 DVT cases were confirmed by the pressurized ultrasonic Doppler. The blood coagulation state was greater, and the incidence rate of DVT in the lower limbs was greater in the fracture group compared with osteopathia group (P < 0.05). These indicated that femoral neck fracture is a high risk factor for DVT development in lower limb affer THR in the elderly.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of the acute radiation reactions of totalbody irradiation before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with the different total and fractionated doses of irradiation. Methods:The clinical data of 48 patients who underwent 6 MV X-ray total body irradiation pretreatment from May 2015 to December 2019 in Shijiazhuang Ping'an Hospital before undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into 8 Gy group (12 cases), 10 Gy group (31 cases) and 12 Gy group (5 cases) according to the total radiation dose, and divided into 4 Gy/f group (17 cases) and 5 Gy/f group (31 cases) according to the fractionated radiation dose. Acute radiation reactions in the oral mucosa, pharynx, salivary glands, upper gastrointestinal tract, lower gastrointestinal tract and lung of patients in each group after radiotherapy were summarized and compared. Results:Acute pharyngeal reaction in the total radiation dose of 8 Gy group showed that 11 cases (91.7%) were grade 0 and 1 case (8.3%) was grade 1; in the total radiation dose of 10 Gy group, 10 cases (32.3%) were grade 0, 13 cases (41.9%) were grade 1, 4 cases (12.9%) were grade 2, 3 cases (9.7%) were grade 3, and 1 case (3.2%) was grade 4; in the total radiation dose of 12 Gy group, 2 cases (40.0%) were grade 0, 1 case (20.0%) was grade 1, 1 case (20.0%) was grade 2, and 1 case (20.0%) was grade 3. The severity of acute pharyngeal radiation reaction in the total radiation dose of 8 Gy group was better than that in the 10 Gy and 12 Gy groups, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 11.338, P = 0.003); there was no significant difference in the incidence of acute radiation reactions in other parts (all P > 0.05). Acute pharyngeal radiation reaction in the fractionated radiation dose of 4 Gy/f group showed that 13 cases (76.5%) were grade 0, 2 case (11.8%) was grade 1, 1 case (5.9%) was grade 2, and 1 case (5.9%) was grade 3; in the 5 Gy/f group, 10 cases (32.3%) were grade 0, 13 cases (41.9%) were grade 1, 4 cases (12.9%) were grade 2, 3 cases (9.7%) were grade 3, and 1 case (3.2%) was grade 4. The severity of acute pharyngeal radiation reaction in the fractionated radiation dose 4 Gy/f group was better than that in the 5 Gy/f group, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z = -2.606, P = 0.009); there was no significant difference in the incidence of acute radiation reactions in other parts (all P > 0.05). Conclusion:The total dose of 8 Gy and fractionated dose of 4 Gy/f in the total body irradiation before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can alleviate the acute pharyngeal radiation reaction.
