Neoadjuvant therapy aiming at improving the resection rate and prognosis for patients with lung cancer is a hot spot in the study field of lung cancer in today and future.This paper reviews the safety and clinical significance of neoadjuvant therapy for stage Ⅲ non-small-cell lung cancer.

Objective To explore the points of nursing cooperation during double pedicle of forehead flap for repair of mouth scar contracture deformity.Methods The psychological nursing,equipment and instrument preparation,cooperation of instrument nurses and circuit nurses were summarized in 15 cases of an expanded forehead flap for repair of mouth scar contracture.Results The operation process was smooth,all the flaps survived,repair effect was good,no complications occurred.Conclusions Burn plastic surgery specialist nurses in operation room giving careful preoperative visit and nursing risk assessment can alleviate the psychological pressure of the patients,reduce the defects of nursing.Close cooperation during operation and effective environmental management is critical for successful completion of operation.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of intravenous administration of amiodarone on postoperative heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.METHODS:A total of 42 postoperative heart failure patients with ventricular tachycardia and multi-source ventricular premature beat were treated with lidocaine,but clinical efficacy was not obtained.Those patients received intravenous administration of diluted amiodarome 150 mg.After 30 minutes the dose of amiodarone was kept at 0.5～1.0 mg?min-1,and the total dosage ranged from 1 000 mg to 1 200 mg within 24 h.Clinical symptoms were recorded in every hour,such as cardiac rhythm,heart rate,blood pressure,heart failure.RESULTS:After 24 h of treatment,17 cases of ventricular arrhythmia had apparent effect(40%),20 cases of partial effect(47%),5 cases of no effect(12%),there were statistical significance in difference before and after treatment(P

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Easy Prosthesis D-10 on open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty.MethodsThe operative time,operation-correlated complications,hospital stay and recent follow-up findings of 63 patients underwent preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed from October 2006 to April 2008.ResultsNo case died in perioperative period.The average operative time was(47.6?10.5)minutes.None of incision infection and scrotal hydrocele occurred.The average hospital stay was(7.7?2.1)days.During follow-up period of 6 to 24 months,no recurrence,chronic pain and foreign body sensation were found.ConclusionThe open preperioneal groin tension-free hernioplasty by Easy Prosthesis D-10 is safe and reliable,especially for the inguinal hernia with large hernia ring or defect of transversalis fascia and recurrent hernia.

Objective To evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition support on the nutritional status and clinical outcomes of patiems with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 148 patients with acute stroke and associated dysphagia were enrolled from August 2013 to July 2014 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,and randomly divided into 2 groups by drawing lots within 48 hours after admission:enteral nutrition group (n =75,early enteral nutrition support) and control group (n =73,routine diet).The nutritional status (triceps skinfold thickness,levels of serum total protein,albumin and hemoglobin),incidence of lung infection,mortality,and neurological function were compared between the two groups on day 1 and day 21 after admission.Results On day 1 after admission,the triceps skinfold thickness,levels of serum total protein,albumin,and hemoglobin in the enteral nutrition group were not significantly different from those in the control group [(15.4 ±4.1) mm vs.(15.1 ± 3.7) mm,t=1.36,P=0.392; (75.7±2.6) g/Lvs.(76.6±3.1) g/L,t=1.12,P=0.254; (39.2± 1.8) g/Lvs.(38.7±2.1) g/L,t=1.24,P=0.200; (137.4±14.5) g/Lvs.(135.1±15.3) g/L,t=1.01,P =0.461].On day 21 after admission,all the 4 nutrition indicators were significantly higher in the enteral nutrition group than in the control group [(13.5 ±3.9) mmvs.(11.2±4.6) mm,t=2.08,P=0.019; (63.3±4.1) g/Lvs.(57.1±4.7) g/L,t=4.01,P=0.001; (35.7±1.6) g/Lvs.(34.1± 2.0) g/L,t=2.31,P=0.022; (125.7 ±17.9) g/Lvs.(120.3 ±16.7) g/L,t=2.39,P=0.027].The enteral nutrition group showed lower incidence of lung infection,mortality,and reduced scores of American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale compared with the control group (41.3％ vs.63.2％,x2 =9.69,P =0.002; 15.3％ vs.21.2％,x2=3.27,P=0.014; 11.1 ±4.1 vs.14.7 ±3.9,t=2.98,P=0.007).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional status and outcomes of stroke patients with dysphagia.In addition,early enteral nutrition support may also be helpful for the improvement of the neurological function.

Objective To analyze the correlation between clinical compliance and peritoneal dialysis treatment outcome and quality of life on end-stage renal disease patients with high and low clinical compliance.Methods Total of 137 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients of end-stage renal disease were collected in second-class hospital in Weifang by convenience sampling,and divided into high and low clinical compliance group (68 patients in each)according to ESA score.SF-36,dropout rate,fatality rate,infection rate and rehospitalization rate were used to estimated,and Cox multi-factor regression model was used to analyze correlation between therapy outcome and risk factors.Results 61 CAPD patients (44.52％) were dropout,with 23 cases (37.70％) by death.The dropout rate without death(11.8％,44.12％),fatality rate (7.4％,26.5％) and infection rate(8.8％,38.2％)had significant difference between high and low clinical compliance group (P＜0.05).The SF-36 scores of 8 dimension also had significant difference between the two groups.Cox multi-factor regression model showed that clinical compliance was an important risk factor of therapy outcome and death(HR =1.68,P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical compliance is an important risk factor of therapy outcome,and should be listed as efficacy monitoring index of peritoneal dialysis and the target of improving the curative effect of the intervention.

Objective Investigations regarding the status of pediatric emergency and relevant facilities distribution in our province represent a crucial prerequisite for further setting up emergency network and improving our first aid capabilities.Methods We had conducted relevant surveys on the medical institutions within our province,including lever 2 and lever 3 hospitals as well as maternal and child care service centers.Results The feedback from 151 institutions indicated that they had 4485 pediatric beds and treated 5 308 severe patients in 2010.Among all,38 hospitals had ventilators for children and 4 hospitals could perform pediatric blood purification treatment.However,no one had mastered the children ECMO technique.Conclusion There is an inadequacy of some emergency equipments and the development in emergency and first aid is uneven.There is a strong request to launch and develop the blood purification and bronchfiberscope techniques,in combination with improvements in the first aid capabilities and emergency network.

OBJECTIVE:The content of resorcinol in compound resorcinol lotion was determined by dual wavelength spec?trophotometry.METHODS:Absorbance was determined by using water as the solvent at the wavelength273.5nm and266.1nm.RESULTS:The results showed that the standard curve of resorcinol concentration ranging from20.32?g/ml to60.96?g/ml was in correspondence with Beer’s law.The absorbance difference and the concentration showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9998).The mean recovery of resorcinol was(99.59?0.45)%(n=9).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,quick and ac?curate.

AIM　To explore the effect of berberine in inhibition of proliferation and induction of apoptosis of gastric cancer cell MGC-803.METHODS　The MGC-803 cell morphology and cell counting were studied by Trypan blue, MTT, Methyl green pyronin stain assay, the MGC-803 cell DNA changes were investigated by flow cytometry and agarose gel electrophoresis.RESULTS　Berberine could significantly inhibit the growth of MGC-803. After 48 hours of treatment with different concentration berberine (8, 4, 2, 1 mg*L-1), the inhibitive rate of MGC-803 were 86.7%, 65.9%, 20.0%, 0%, respectively. Meanwhile, MGC-803 showed typical apoptosis features: cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation, DNA fragmentation and formation of apoptotic bodies. A typical subdiploid peak before G0/G1 phase was observed by flow cytometry. The Trypan blue stain achromatophilia rates of death cells, which with well membranes, were between 60%～82%. Agarose gel electrophoresis analysis, which showed that the chromosomes of MGC-803 were broken by berberine before the structures of membrane were damaged, while DNA broke into long fragments rather than small fragments, supported that the activation effect of berberine on nuclease was mild.CONCLUSION　Berberine could significantly inhibit proliferation of gastric cancer cell MGC-803 and induced apoptosis, and the cytotoxicity of berberine on MGC-803 was weak.
