Objective This clinical study was designed to explore the therapeutic efficacy of dihydroergotoxine for headache at-tributed to ischemic stroke .Methods Seventy eight patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of headache attributed to ischemic stroke were enrolled and randomly divided into two treatment group(n=42) and control group(n=36) who took dihydroergotoxine (2 mg twice daily) and placebo respectively .One week for a course of treatment ,had many courses of treatment .Efficacy was as-sessed using the patient′s diary .Results The gender ,age ,stroke aetiology ,admission NIHSS score ,quality and location of headache didn′t differ significantly between the two groups .Compared with the control group ,the duration of headache were shorter in treat-ment group(3 .78 ± 1 .44 vs .4 .88 ± 1 .45 ,P=0 .002) .The severity of headache were lower in treatment group since the third day post ischemic stroke(P<0 .05) .There were no significant side effects during treatment .Conclusion Dihydroergotoxine in treat-ment of headache attributed to ischemic stroke is beneficial to shorten the duration of headache as well as decrease the severity of headache ,and thereby improve the quality of life .

Objective To establish a method for quantitative detection of total immunoglobulin E(TIgE) by Time resolved Flu‐oroimmunoassay(TRFIA ) .Methods The method for quantitative detection of TIgE by TRFIA was established on the basis of solidphase double sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) .The methodology was evaluated .Results The TIgE TR‐FIA intra assay and inter assay coefficients of variation (CV) were 1 .59% -1 .68% and 5 .23% -7 .33% ,respectively .The lower limit of detection was 0 .25 IU/mL .The linear range was 1 .47-1 510 .00 IU/mL .The accuracy was within the allowable deviation ( ± 10% ) .The recovery rate was 97 .00% -106 .75% .The cross reaction test and interference experiment could meet the testing requirements .The TIgE TRFIA showed no HOOK effect at least up to 15 000 IU/mL TIgE ,compared with EUROIMMUN ELISA ,the correlation coefficient(r) was 0 .999 2(P<0 .01)for 40 blood specimens in the range of 14 .43-518 .81 IU/mL ,and the expected bias was in the range of acceptable bias (± 12 .50% ) .The reference value 100 IU/mL could be used for a normal ,allergy free adult sample TIgE level detected by TRFIA .Conclusion The established TRFIA for TIgE detection meets the demand of clini‐cal application with good precision ,high sensitivity ,wide linear range ,high accuracy ,specificity and other advantages .

Objective Through the analysis of the status quo of the research on neonatal pressure sore in the relevant nursing research, we can understand the strategy and the problems of the prevention of neonatal pressure sore, which provides reference for future research. Methods This article used bibliometric analysis method to construct literature reading and reviewing database,screening articles in the Chinese biological medical disc (CBMdisc), China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD), China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)and China Science and Technology Journal Database(CSTJ), according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Results A total of 74 articles were integrated into the literature, the first published in China in 2006, after the overall trend of growth, especially since 2011 began to significantly increase. Of which 29 (39.2%) of the literature published in 13 kinds of professional nursing journals. The total number of citations was 1.84, the cohort rate was 39.19%, the total number of citations was 54, and the number of citations per article was 0.73. The total number of citations was 447, and the average number of citations was 6.04. Literature research types are subdivided into 10 categories, of which experienced literature was the most (23.0%). Literature research concentrated on the use of chemical or physical methods to prevent neonatal pressure sores. Conclusions Neonatal pressure sore is paid more and more attention by the nurses, and the policy support for it is acceptable, but the related research needs to be further strengthened in the breadth, depth and comprehensive aspects. It is necessary for us to use scientific research methods, combining with the culture of pediatric and the characteristics of pediatric management in our country, to construct the best practice manual for preventing neonatal pressure sore in China.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of Sanqi Qiancao Recipe (SQR) in treating metrorrhagia caused by copper intrauterine device (IUD) in rabbits and to provide experimental evidence for preventing and treating this disease. METHODS: Fifty-six rabbits were randomly divided into seven groups, which were normal control group, sham-operation group, untreated group, indomethacin-treated group, low-dose SQR-treated group, medium-dose SQR-treated group and high-dose SQR-treated group. Copper IUD insertion was operated in rabbits of the last five groups. Rabbits in the last four groups were treated orally with indomethacin and low-, medium- and high-dose SQR respectively for a week. Rabbits in the untreated group, normal control group and sham-operation group were given distilled water orally. Hematocrit, blood viscosity at low, medium and high shear rate, plasma viscosity and blood sedimentation were examined after treatment. RESULTS: The hematocrit, blood viscosity at low, medium and high shear rate and plasma viscosity were higher in the untreated group than those in the normal control group with significant differences (P<0.01) while those indexes in low-, medium- and high-dose SQR-treated groups were significantly lower than those in the untreated group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION: SQR can lead to a decrease in blood viscosity and improve the blood flow, which may be one of the mechanisms of SQR in treating metrorrhagia after copper IUD insertion.

Objective To study the impact of depression disorder in patients after coronary stent implantation on incidence rate of in-stent restenosis (ISR) in the coronary heart disease( CHD ), and its possible pathophysiological mechanisms. Methods According to the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) score,95 patients with unstable angina received coronary drug-eluting stent implantation combined with depression disorder were serve as the study group; randomly selecte 246 cases without depression due to unstable angina pectoris after coronary stent implantation as the control group in the same period. The incidence rate of ISR in these two group were observed, and serum aldosterone ( ALD), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) ,Leptin levels in two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of ISR in study group were significantly higher than that of the control group (28/95 vs 46/246, P＜0. 05). Following with the aggravation of depression disorder,the incidence rate of ISR were elevated( χ2 =8. 148, P=0.017). Serum ALD,hs-CRP and Leptin levels of study group were significantly higher than the control group 7 days later after drug-eluting stent implantation ( ALD:277.4 ± 35.9 vs 258.9 ± 60.9, t= 3. 459, P= 0. 001; hs-CRP: 12.03 ± 3.06 vs 11.10 ±2. 806, t = 2.573, P = 0.008; Leptin:5.27 t 1.07 vs 4.98 ± 0.99, t= 2.323, P= 0.021 ). Pearson correlation analysis showed that its HAMA-24 score was positively correlated with serum ALD ,hs-CRP and Leptin( r=0.291,P=0.026; r=0.350, P=0.014; r=0. 312, P=0.023) ,and SDS score was positively correlated with hs-CRP( r=0. 302, P= 0. 020). Conclusion Serum ALD, hs-CRP and Leptin levels are higher in patients after coronary stent implantation combined with depression in patients, and the incidence rate of ISR is also higher in these patients, and the rates are elevated according to the aggravation of depression disorder.

Objective To evaluate the life quality in front and at the back of the cure of the floating population tuberculosis patients.Methods The SF-36 scale was applied to the new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient in floating population using face to face interview in Shenzhen 6 districts.The contrast was tuberculosis patient in the population of the household register,the people stayed temporarily in the same term.Results The score of general health(43.36 ± 15.67),vitality(57.96 ± 16.54) and mental health(61.46 ± 14.26) in the floating population was lower than the appraisal result with the population of the household register(49.28 ± 17.85,66.38 ± 17.03 and 66.70 ± 15.12),the people stayed temporarily(45.00 ± 17.22,60.99 ± 16.59 and 63.13 ±13.71 ) (P ＜ 0.05 ).It was still lower than the other two groups after 2 (3) months and 6 (7) months (P ＜ 0.05 ).But the score of social functioning in floating population ( 88.92 ± 14.88 ) was higher than the other two groups (82.62 ± 14.44,68.02 ± 27.30).The change rate of general health ( (76.05 ± 132.82) ％,(69.32 ± 111.98 ) ％and (48.36 ± 101.31 ) ％ ) and social functioning scores( (46.49 ± 85.18 ) ％,( 26.33 ± 50.25 ) ％ and ( 51.09±73.44)％ ) were significant difference in the three groups(x2 =12.088,P=0.002;x2 =11.611,P=0.003).The change rate of the general health score in floating population was higher than the household register population and people stayed temporarily.Conclusion It is necessary to implement the management in whole course to the floating population tuberculosis patients.

Objective Based on the theory of Service Quality to develop a scale for measuring personal digital assistant satisfaction by nurses and to detect the reliability and validity of this scale. Methods Through the literature research, cross-sectional study and present satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse to build the item pool. The items were selected by 15 experts consultation and the pilot survey of 666 nurses. Results The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale consisted of 41 items;the exploratory factor analysis identified 8 principal factors and explained for 65.22%. Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension was 0.213-0.684(P<0.01). Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension and total scale was 0.574-0.798(P<0.01). The Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.928 and test-retest reliability was 0.934. Conclusions The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale has good validity and reliability. It can be used as a tool to measure the satisfaction for using personal digital assistant by nurse.

Objective: To explore the current situation of college students’ delivery food consumption and the related factors, and to provide reference for healthy eating behaviors among college students. Methods: A random cluster sampling was used to select 2 597 student sample of various majors and grades of Wuhan University of Science and Technology. The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the frequency and causes of college students ordering delivery food, as well as the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior. The Zung Depression Self-rating Scale (SDS) was adopted to measure the mental health status of the students, and height and weight were measured by a unified height and weight scale. Finally, the influencing factors mentioned above and consumption frequency of delivery food was analyzed. Results: Among the college students,60.0% reported the habit of ordering delivery food; As for the frequency of delivery food consumption, boys were singnificantly higher than girls(OR=1.38), students of first(OR=0.48) and third grade(OR=0.61) were lower than that of fourth grade,the medicine major’s frequency was lower than the science and engineering major’s(OR=0.57), and the art major’s was higher than the science and engineering’s(OR=1.94); The frequency of students who had received relevant health education was lower than the unreceived students’(OR=0.70); Students who had better performance in the nutrition learning attitude, and those who had healthier eatting habits (OR=0.62, 0.49); Students who saving reckoned delivery food as convenient, time and tasty (OR=4.77, 4.82, 2.85); Howver, students’ BMI, the score of depression scale, nutritional knowledge score, knowledge and practical attitude,diet structure score, food packaging, price and nutritional factors showed no significant effect on the frequency of delivery food consumption (P>0.05). Conclusion It is common for college students to order delivery food. gender, grade, major, nutrition and health education background, nutritional attitude, eating habits and convenient, time-saving, tasty nature of fast food are the factors influencing the frequency of delivery food consumption.
