The paper gives a comparative analysis of retrieval function among PubMed, Google Scholar and Scims mainly form the following aspects: retrieval methods, retrieval results and output formats. Effects of retrieval are compared through 10 retrieval tests, and respective characteristics of three retrieval tools are analyzed. Google Scholar has the largest scope;PubMed has better retrieval function than the other two;in the aspect of result output, three retrieval tools have their own characteristics.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of measuring phrenic nerve conduction time(PNCT)and elicited compound muscle action potential(CMAP)of diaphragm with surface electrodes.Methods PNCT and amplitude of diaphragm CMAP elicited by unilateral magnetic stimulation(UMS)of the phrenic nerve were measured with surface electrodes and the results were compared with those measured with oesophageal electrodes.Results (1)PNCT measured with oesophageal electrode was similar to those measured with surface electrode;the amplitude of CMAP measured with oesophageal electrode was higher than those with surface electrode.(2)There was a significant relationship between the amplitudes of right CMAP measured with oesophageal electrode and those with surface electrodes,whereas there was no such relationship for the left side.(3)The PNCT and the amplitude of CMAP were not related to age,height,weight and perimeter of abdomen no matter measured with oesophageal or surface electrodes.Conclusion Surface electrodes is a useful and noninvasive method to evaluate the function of phrenic nerve and diaphragm.

Objective: To determine tannins in Ershiwuweidatang Capsules (Flos Carthami, Fructus Chebulae, Fructus Terminaliae Billericae, Fructus Phyllanthi, etc.). Methods:Tannins were determined by casein method.Results: The contents of tannins in Ershiwuweidatang Capsules were 0.96%, 0.90%, and 0.85%, respectively. The gallic acid calibration curves were linear at the ranges of 0.8 ～4.0 ?g?mL -1 ( r = 0.999 ). The average recovery of tannic acid was 96.2% with RSD =1.4%( n =5).Conclusion: The method was simple and reliable.

Objective To explore change of diaphragm electromyograms in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypoventilation syndrome (OSAHS) before and after nocturnal sleep, as well as effective nasal continuous positive airway pressure (n-CPAP) ventilation treatment for more than two months. Methods Diaphragm electromyogram was recorded with chest surface electrodes in 22 patients with moderate and severe OSAHS and 24 normal people, and phrenic nerve conduction time (PNCT) and diaphragm compound muscle action potential (CMAP) provoked by unilateral magnetic stimulation (UMS) were measured for them before and after sleep. Measurements were repeated for five patients with severe OSAHS after effective OSAHS patients before and after nocturnal sleep than that in normal people bilaterally, (8.4±0. 6)ms and (8.4±0. 9)ms vs (7. 3±0. 8)ms and (7. 3±0. 8) ms for the left side; and (8.4±1.3) ms and (8. 9 ± 0. 8) ms vs (7.2 ± 0. 8) ms and (7.2 ± 0. 8 ) ms for the right side ( P < 0. 01 ), respectively ; and amplitude of CMAP was significantly lower in OSAHS patients, (0. 60±0. 20)mV and (0. 64±0. 29)mV vs (0. 98 ± 0. 28)mV and (0. 97±0. 27)mV for the left side; and (0. 53±0. 23)mV and (0. 56±0. 26)mV vs (0. 93 ±0. 29) mV and ( 0. 94 ± 0. 29 ) mV for the right side, respectively ( P < 0. 01 ) ; but no significant significantly shortened bilaterally in five patients with severe OSAHS after effective n-CPAP ventilation treatment for more than two months, (8.6±0. 7)ms vs (7.4±0. 5)ms for the lfet side and (7. 8±0. 6)ms vs (6.4 ± 0. 6) ms for the fight side ( P < 0. 05 ), respectively. Conclusions Both phrenic nerve conduction and diaphragm muscle function are weakened in patients with OSAHA, which may be related to hypoxia and/ or disturbance of sleep structure at night.

OBJECTIVE:To screen and analyze the ?-lactamases-resistant genes in imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa (IMPRPa). METHODS: ?-lactamases-resistant genes including IMP,VIM and OprD2 in 60 clinically isolated IMPRPa strains were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR),and sequence analysis was performed on the PCR amplified products of some of IMP and VIM genes. RESULTS: Of the 60 IMPRPa strains,?-lactamases-resistant positive genes were as follows: IMP gene was positive in 7 strains,VIM gene was positive in 18 strains,and both IMP and VIM genes were positive in 3 strains. Sequencing of the PCR products of IMP and VIM genes were IMP-1 and VIM-2 types,and OprD2 gene deletion was noted in 29 strains. CONCLUSION: OprD2 protein channel deletion and metal-producing ?-lactamases are the chief mechanisms for the resistance of IMPRPa to imipenem.

Objective: To establish the determination method of ester alkaloids in Shiwuweirupeng Capsules. Methods:The chromatographic method was carried out on Aichrom TM C 18 column using CH 3OH 0.05 mol?L -1 KH 2PO 4 CH 3COOH-(CH 3) 2CHOH(67∶173∶4∶4) as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. The flow rate was 1mL?min -1 . The column temperature was 35?C. Results: The benzoic acid calibration curves were linear at the ranges of 0.0152～0.076?g( r =0.9998). The average recoveries of aconitine was 93.3% with RSD =1.9%.Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Shiwuweirupeng Capsules.

OBJECTIVE Based on the situation of orthopedic surgery patients infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa,to choose the reasonable treatment and apply the best surgery chance.METHODS The wound secretion from the different orthopedic surgery patients with different infection time was collected,cultured and examined the Pseudomonas aeruginosa,in order to select the antibiotic treatment according to the drug sensitive tests.RESULTS From 252 cases monitored there were 53 patients with positive P.aeruginosa strains,24 patients(45.3%) of whom were cured aften treatment,25 patients(47.2%) were ameliorated,3(5.7%) were invalid and 1(1.9%) was dead.CONCLUSIONS The patients after orthopedic surgery could have the P.aeruginosa infection,the reasonable antibiotic treatment is the guarantees for the best surgery.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety as well as the effects of rituximab on B-lymphocytes and anti-platelet glycoprotein-specific antibodies,in patients with steroid-resistant idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods Twelve steroid-resistant ITP patients,16 to 54 years old,received intravenous rituximab at the dose of 375 mg/m2 once-weekly for 4 weeks.Lab studies included CBC,serum concentrations of IgG,IgM and IgA.CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+19,CD+20 cell numbers were assayed by flow cytometry and anti-platelet glycoprotein-specific antibodies(GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ)were assayed by monoclonal antibody-specific immobilisation of platelet antigens prior to and following rituximab therapy.Results A complete response(platelet counts ≥100×109/L)was observed in 4 cases,a partial response (platelet counts between 50 and 100×109/L)in 3 cases,a minor response(platelet counts between 30 and 50×109/L)in 2 cases,and non response(platelet counts＜30×109/L)in 3 cases.Responses were sustained 0.5 to 12 months(median 5 months).After 4 weeks of rituximab therapy,anti-platelet glycoprotein-specific antibodies(GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ)disappeared except one NR patient and CD+19/CD+20 cells were almost depleted in all patients(295.0±86.4)×106/L vs(4.1±2.2)×106/L(P＜0.01).As expected,the T cell counts,and the serum concentrations of IgG,IgM and IgA were not changed after therapy.No severe side effects were observed.Conclusion Rituximab may be an effective and safe treatment for adults with steroid-resistant ITP.

Objective Measurement of ankle brachial index (ABI) is a simple method of assessing lower limb arterial blood supply,while measurement of toe brachial index (TBI)has only been advocated as an alternative.The aim of this study was to obtain information about whether TBI should be taken in type 2 diabetes,even when ABI is normal,and to evaluate the relationship between TBI and atherosclerosis.Methods In a crosssection study,ABI,TBI,and carotid intimal-medial thickness (IMT) were measured on 979 outpatients with type 2 diabetes in Ruijin Hospital.Those with normal ABI (0.9 ≤ABI ＜ 1.3,n = 945) were divided into two groupsnormal TBI group(TBI≥0.6,n=893) and low TBI group(TBI＜0.6,n=52),and then the clinical and laboratory data were compared between these two groups.Furthermore,the relationship between TBI and atherosclerosis was investigated.Atherosclerosis was defined as the maximum IMT ≥ 1.1 mm.Results Low ABI and low TBI were detected in 1.3% and 6.6% of the patients,respectively.Comparison of the clinical and laboratory data between the two groups showed that age and HbA1C values were significantly higher in the low TBI group.Furthermore,TBI was inversely associated with IMT(β=-0.217,P＜0.01),an indicator for atherosclerosis of the carotid artery.Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that decline of TBI was an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis (OR=1.30,95% CI 1.01-1.69,P＜0.05).Conclusion In type 2 diabetes,the decline of TBI is associated with atherosclerosis,indicating the necessity for diabetic patients to detect TBI,even when ABI is within normal range,in order to detect peripheral artery disease in early stage,and reduce the risk for atherosclerosis.

Purpose To evaluate the diagnosis value of real-time ultrasound elastography for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant parotid tumors.Materials and Methods A literature retrieval in PubMed,Embase,High Wire Press,Ovid and CNKI as of May 31,2016 in the English and Chinese languages was conducted.Articles and reviews related to discrimination between benign and malignant parotid gland nodules by means of ultrasound elastography scoring were selected.Pooled sensitivity and specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,diagnostic odds ratio as well as summary receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound elasticity scoring.Results A final selection of 7 articles involving 486 nodules in 449 patients was included.Pooled sensitivity and specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odds ratio of benign and malignant parotid tumors were 0.781 (95％ CI 0.702-0.847),0.797 (95％ CI 0.750-0.838),3.753 (95％ CI 2.293-6.124),0.285 (95％ CI 0.147-0.555) and 13.941 (95％ CI 4.571-42.519) respectively according to ultrasound elasticity scoring.Area under summary receiver operating characteristic curves was 0.8638 (index Q*=0.7944).Conclusion Real-time ultrasonic elastography has certain diagnostic value in differentiating benign parotid tumors and malignant ones.It can be used as a complement to conventional sonography for improving the diagnostic accuracy of parotid lesions.
