The disclosure of medical service information is an important tool to help patients make medical decisions, improve the quality of medical services, and strengthen hospital supervision. The effectiveness of disclosing medical service information lies in meeting the needs of patients. The disclosure of medical service information in foreign countries started earlier that China. In order to strengthen the compatibility between medical service information and patient needs, some developed countries had used patient experience surveys, patient satisfaction surveys, and patient medical reports as the sources of public information. These countries publicly released information on medical quality, doctor-patient feedback, and social responsibility through official unified release platforms and processes, while establishing diversified and institutionalized regulatory mechanisms to create a good information disclosure system and mechanism for patient decision-making, service quality improvement, and government regulation.By drawing on the experience of medical service information disclosure in developed countries, the author proposed that we should carry out a comprehensive survey of patient needs, establish a convenient and transparent information disclosure platform, and establish a sound scientific regulatory mechanism, so as to provide reference for promoting the establishment of a patient demand oriented medical service information disclosure mechanism in China

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ginseng schisandra decoction in children with lobar pneumonia(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and improvement of inflammatory indicators.Method 84 children with lobar pneumonia(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)caused by mycoplasma infection admitted to the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases each. The conventional group was treated according to the traditional treatment plan, while the combined group was treated with ginseng and schisandra decoction in addition to the traditional treatment plan. After 7 days, compare the differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, clinical efficacy, inflammatory indicators, and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children.Result The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and inflammatory indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy level distribution was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the modified Ginseng Wuweizi decoction has a positive therapeutic effect and good safety, and is worth promoting.

Electroacupuncture treatment of primary insomnia is widely used and with confirmed efficacy. The factors influencing the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture include waveform selection, treatment frequency, stimulation intensity, stimulation time and acupoint selection. The mechanism of electroacupuncture in treating this disease mainly includes regulating the levels of excitatory neurotransmitters, γ-aminobutyric acid, melatonin and interleukin cytokines.

Objective:To test the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Pre-sleep Arousal Scale(PSAS)in patients with brief insomnia disorder(BID).Methods:Totally 170 patients with BID and 150 normal sleepers(NS)were recruited. All participants were assessed with the PSAS,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI).After 3 months,72 patients with BID were retested with the PSAS,HADS and ISI.Results:The PSAS scores of BID group were characteristic of a normal distribution. The PSAS total scores were positively correlated with the scores of HADS and ISI(r=0.55,0.40,Ps<0.01).Two factors of so-matic and cognitive arousal were extracted in PSAS by the exploratory factor analysis and parallel analysis, interval variance value was 55.84%,and the load scores of items were 0.46-0.89.The scores of PSAS and its subscales were higher in the BID group than in the NS group(Ps<0.001).The best cut-off score for the overall PSAS was found at 32/33 and had high sensitivity(0.72)and specificity(0.81).The Cronbach's α coefficient and the Spearman Brown split reliability were 0.91 and 0.76,respectively,the correlation coefficients between the items and total score ranged from 0.46 to 0.89(Ps<0.01),and the test-retest reliability was 0.37(P<0.01).Addi-tionally,rate of change of PSAS scores was positively correlated with the rate of change of HADS scores and ISI scores(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese version of PSAS is a reliable and valid instrument to assess pre-sleep arousal in patients with brief insomnia disorder.

Objective:To investigate the effects of breast milk to total milk intake ratio during hospitalization on the duration of antibiotic therapy in preterm infants less than 34 weeks of gestation. Methods:Clinical data of preterm infants ( n=1 792) less than 34 gestational weeks were retrospectively collected in 16 hospitals of Jiangsu Province Neonatal-Perinatal Cooperation Network from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021. The days of therapy (DOT) were used to evaluate the duration of antibiotic administration. The median DOT was 15.0 d (7.0-27.0 d). The patients were divided into four groups based on the quartiles of DOT: Q 1 (DOT≤7.0 d), Q 2 (7.0 d
